BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheimer City. YOU CAN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: All you need is right outside the door. Directly on the Enz is our nice small 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with kitchenette (fridge dishwasher, microwave with grill, induction hotplates, Senseo coffee machine as well as crockery, coffee, tea, water ). The room height is 210 cm. Access directly to the natural garden, which can be used (grill available). To the entrance, 10 steps are to go down. Parking is available right on the street outside the house.
