2-room apartment in Innsbruck

My beautiful, large apartment is located in the district of Pradl and can accommodate 3 people. In the immediate vicinity are all the shops you need. It is located 10 minutes walk from the center, bus and tram almost on the doorstep. My apartment about 50 m2 is located in the district of Pradl, is very centrally located, quiet and fully furnished. It consists of a large living room with a nice, comfortable bed (140x200cm) as well as a pull-out couch (140x200cm) and a TV. In the second room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is also a pull-out couch (130x200cm) that allows a child or another person to sleep. This room is open and cannot be locked by a door. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a 10 m2 large balcony south facing, very cozy. The apartment is fully furnished: 2 TV with cable TV, towels, bed linen, dishes, glasses, cutlery, hair dryer etc. In this apartment they are undisturbed, my apartment is 3 floors above. The apartment is located in the center of Pradl and there are in the immediate vicinity all shops, supermarkets, post office and pharmacies etc. The beautiful Rapoldi Park with children's playground is a 5-minute walk away, as well as a large outdoor pool and indoor pool. 10 minutes walk from the train station to the apartment or by tram no. 5 (exit Defreggerstraße). From the airport take the bus line F to Hauptbahnhof and change to tram no. 5 (get off at Defreggerstraße). Parking from Monday to Friday for a fee (daily fee. €7.00) Unfortunately, the city of Innsbruck requires a tourist tax that you should deposit in cash at the check out at the table, since I then have to pay it. €2.00 per day /per person

The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.
