Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

In the hollow of a valley, at the foot of the hiking trails, you will discover the charm of the Pays d'Othe, its forests, its typical small villages, its cider producers. 10 minutes from Aix-en-Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes, its historic center and factory outlets, 20 minutes from Chablis and its vineyards.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

La Boulangerie, cottage at mill for 2 travellers

15 km from Auxerre, close to the vineyards of Chablis and Irancy, in the center of the rural village of Pontigny known for its Cistercian abbey, the mill offers its gîte. The baker's house, an independent 80 m² cottage, converted from the old mill bakery. This one is suitable for a couple plus possibly a child or a baby. A small terrace, with sitting area, dining area and barbecue has been fitted out.
