It's located 1 min away from the Lower Barrakka,The Mediterranean Conference Centre,The Malta Experience and the Historical site Fort St. Elmo. There is a bus stop just in front of the alley's exit and in a walking distance there is a ferry to the 3 cities.Quiet location only 5 mins away from bars, restaurants and shops.

Valletta house close to the sea

The house is located at the bottom end of Old Bakery Street and close to the main road circling Valletta. St Nickolas Street runs from one side of Valletta to the other. No 90 is close to the beach, 2 minutes . The house next door has scaffolding as it is being renovated internally so there might be some disturbance however work should not start before 9am and not on a Sunday . Valletta the Capital of Malta is a very busy city with workers and tourists visiting so could be noisy with traffic

It's a ground floor maisonette with an area of 60square metres which has been recently refurbished to high standards. This maisonette is located in a pedestrian street and within two minutes walk you find yourself near the seafront and a bus stop. Also within a five minutes walk you find yourself near the Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Manuel Theatre.
