Surf Studio is on our family occupied property in Pacific Beach, 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay, where miles of bike paths lead to the beach and around the bay. Near Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a 5 unit apt building behind our house. We offer off street parking for 4 vehicles. If a larger apt doesn't have a car, you may be able to park on the lot. Street parking is also available.

A beautiful private studio with a spacious patio, ideally located within mins to the cosmopolitan La Jolla Village, restaurants, coffee shops, boutique stores, La Jolla cove, La Jolla Shores beach, Vons grocery store and so much more. The studio is at the rear of the main house which is also rented.

Heart of Mission Hills, upscale area, this private guest suite, separate from the house, is perched above the pool (separate building from main house), own entrance; sure to provide privacy. We are minutes from airport, walking distance to coffee & restaurants and central to all of SD. Please note this property is wiped down after each visit with Clorox as well as all linens washed. We also don’t rent back to back giving time for thorough cleaning.
