Up to 4 people have working at the house with no issues. The parking space can fit 4 cars. RVs & trailers up to ~35ft should fit as well. Only 13 miles from the south gate of Yosemite, this beautiful creek side home with a waterfall was once the original art studio home of a well known Yosemite Landscape Artist.
