Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Charming, cozy house in the heart of Nykøbing F

Right by the water and yet only a 5-minute walk to the city lies my lovely home. It's quiet. Garden with many flowers, shrubs and oases where you can relax in the garden furniture. There is always the possibility of finding both sun and shadow. The long summer evenings can be enjoyed under the covered terrace, for example. The house has two bedrooms on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with smaller dining area, corner living room and bathroom with heating in the floor. Entrance from brewers that also includes washing and washing machine.

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump.
