Genghis is a very hospitable man. He is kind and make you welcome !

Genghis was a super nice host. He greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet but near lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and we had what we needed (ie. towels, pillows, blanket, Wi-fi) and we were even provided a small space heater. The only thing I didn’t like, was the strong smell as soon as you walk in the house. And it’s coming from the restroom which Is clean but has a strong odor. Otherwise, We had a very nice stay for a great value. Thank you Genghis :)

Nice, family-like friendly hosting, clean rooms, and a huge Chinese supermarket just around the corner. Silent and safe area, not too far from anything. Highly recommended!

Had a great time

They were very kind in leaving to indicate the entrance to us at night. In the parking lot there was no problem for a very large truck. They had availability to use more blankets if required and the kitchen very functional.

Besides detergents, cups, plates, pots, spices, cutlery, microwave ovens and coffee makers, I had a lot of things needed for everyday life. It's about 30 minutes drive from Hollywood. Quiet, secluded neighborhood and peaceful. It's hot, and it's hot.

Lovely few days here, we were extra busy exploring LA but for the time we spent in the home it was lovely. Really liked the Netflix on the tv :)

This was a great experience! Katie was a great host! She even borrowed us syrup one morning!! It was also SO nice having a place to park our car! Next time I’m traveling that way again I would love to stay there again!!

House rule is simple and clear. The place is nice and clean. Small but cozy. The only thing I would complained is I wish the host would have picked up my phone when I was checking out. It was straight hang up for twice. And No response through air bnb app text either.

Our stay at Katie's guest house was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was available. Will definitely stay here again if we're visiting the same area.

It is private. The family lives upstairs, you're downstairs by yourself. Big curtains that you close so everyone knows your there. Beautiful shower and bathroom. Soft bed! Great room great price will stay there again and again. Thx Mumu!

Mumu's place was very good. The entire first floor is available. The place is very clean and easy to navigate to. There are plenty of parking spots and Mumu is very fast in responding back to any of your issues. Had a great time there.

Very clean space with the essentials, host was quick to respond to anything (though we didn't need much), not too much noise, and the dog was extremely friendly -- even let us give him some belly rubs! :)

This place was amazing. For the price, you get a lot more than what you’re paying for, including a very large space, as well as a clean, modern area. I would definitely stay here again even if it is a little far from downtown LA, for the value is great.

The synthesis is still very satisfactory. The children saw it at first glance, they were all amazing. The first floor is not the same as the picture, and an extra bed was added. The location is very good. It's close to downtown. Is there a walmart nearby? The first building on the roadside was a bit noisy at night on weekends, at least until after 2am. The coffee in the coffee pot is moldy, the other spices are basically complete, and the oven is a bit dirty and useless.

Great place to stay if you’ve got 6 or more travellers. The place is really spacious and huge. The host is very responsive and friendly. However the bed seems to be a little dirty. There’s hair on the bed which I think was not cleaned before they hand it over to us. The neighbourhood seems a little unsafe but apart from that great place to stay!

I’ll start off by stating the obvious, it’s a three story townhouse which is already very fly lol Next, the set-up is nice and roomy once you make it to the second floor with a large living room area on one side complete with couches that could seat at least 10 adults easy...on the other side is a very nice kitchen area with an eight seat dinning table, extra sofa chairs and a private bathroom. Not to mention a large balcony. Lastly I’ll just bundle the other great qualities of the place. A large out door patio in the front equipped with chairs. Three nicely arranged bedrooms on the third floor. A private two car garage. Helpful hosts willing to help, as we needed assistance. If you couldn’t tell, I’m saying we enjoyed our stay here. And I believe you will too

Great little place to stay if you’re coming to LA. It’s about 30mins away from Downtown LA (45 mins) if you include traffic. Nice area and quiet, would recommend.

This place is just great. The location is good, you‘ll find everything you need. The beda are comfortable amd the kitchen is well equipped. You can reach some shops and malls by car within 10min. Everthing was clean and tidy

Beautiful and clean home! We misplaced the door key and Sue was quick to bring another to get us inside. Home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The backyard is beautiful and comfortable to be outside and enjoy the weather. The bathrooms are very nice and even have installed soap dispensers.

This house was well laid out, clean, and has easy to access from the freeways. It's also close to groceries and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear and even spices, too. The bathrooms were a little smaller than expected but worked for us. Ling is a fantastic host.

Joe's Airbnb is quiet so I was able to rest very very well. Likewise the bedroom and shared bathroom were clean. The location is great, near to freeways and to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, Taconazo. I recommend Joe's Airbnb.

Overall Mandy's place offered pretty much all we needed. Floor was waxed such that it even sparkles. Lots of cookware and cutlery which is a great convenience for us as we like to cook our own breakfast. Parking, location, and such are all very convenient. It's only that the clothes were all kinda messy with blankets and pillows tossed in the corner. One of the sinks in the master bedroom was also clogged but these didn't really matter for us that much. The AC controller, however, took quite a bit of trouble to figure out and it's a little difficult to use. Nonetheless, I would recommend Mandy's place to anyone who's just looking for a place to spend the night while sightseeing/touring the city and such most of the daytime.

This house is PERFECT for families who need lots of bedrooms OR friends traveling together that want their own space and privacy. The home is super modern and tastefully decorated. We went to Disneyland from here. The weekday morning drive was about 50-60 minutes to the Mickey and Friends Parking Garage. The weekend and evening drive back was about 30 minutes. Michelle was great and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Townhouse was 3-stories which I wasn’t expecting but was a bonus. This place offers everything a group of friends or a family would need. Michelle was an amazing host and was available to help us if needed. 10/10

Beautiful modern and clean space

The house is very new and clean, the decoration is very comfortable, and there is a parking garage, very convenient, suitable for family travel. There is a Chinese restaurant near the car, just because it is near the road, it is noisy when sleeping at night!

Wow what an amazing and beautiful place. The design is modern and the place is very clean. All the appliance is brand new and modern. It comes with a garage opener which is convenient since I don’t have to park on the street. The location is close to all the major tourist attractions in los angles. The only thing I think need to have is a baking tray.

The trip to Los Angeles was very successful. Living in the well-developed EI monte, with very convenient public transportation, it is a good experience for friends who wanna save money. The home is very enthusiastic. When you wake up in the morning and after a tiring evening, you will have a delicious and light radish rib soup. Coming here is your very right choice!

This is a warm home. David and Jane are very hospitable. They cook dumplings for me every day, as well as soup in Guangdong, which makes me feel the warmth of home in a foreign country. The room is very clean and tidy, the house is very tasteful and style, highly recommended!

We enjoyed comfortable and relaxing stay during 4 days journey in LA. David allowed us to check in early. Parking is free but you may need a car to travel between downtown and David’s home.

It should be a first-class house in Los Angeles for Chinese people. The landlord couple is very nice, especially the breakfast the landlord made for us is delicious and the landlord also plays the piano well. Stay here next time I come to Los Angeles, like home, great!

Jun's apartment is in a great location. The airport only takes 40 minutes by car. This is already a good location in Greater Los Angeles. Of course, you must rent a car! Block parking can be a minor issue, so it's best to find a good place to make sure that your car is legally parked when you go back every night! Overall, the Jun family is very kind and enthusiastic! thank!

The surrounding environment is quiet, clean and clean. It is about ten minutes away from the bus stop in downtown. The most important thing is this incomparable price-performance ratio ~ highly recommended!

The place was a nice and clean private room with plenty of space. You have your own private bathroom in the same space. Perfect if you need a quiet place to rest if you're traveling for work or exploring LA. The host was very responsive and gave easy instructions for check in/ check out.

We had a great stay at Man's place. She is a great host. Communication was always super quick and very reliable. Man provides very detailed information and instructions. Self-checkin is very convenient. The room is on the first floor of the brandnew townhouse which you have for yourself. You have your own private bathroom and amenities such as a small fridge, microwave and kettle. Everything is super sparkling clean which is really outstanding. There is free street parking on a first come basis - we had no issue finding a parking spot. The LA area is rather expensive - Man's place provides excellent value for money. I totally recommend the place, and would return anytime.

Man was a great host! Place was nice and sparkling clean. She was very responsive if you had any question and will help your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking was hard to find if you ever come home late but man was kind of enough to save a spot on the street for the guest up til 12am. Other than that place was great!

The place was great! Very clean and a quite safe area. Joe was great I had to drive from the Bay Area which is about 6-7hr drive and Joe accommodated me arriving at midnight and was still able to check in. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in town again.

Joes place was great! Rented the space for family visiting from OOT. It was easily accessible. Locked gate for extra security for my family’s car. Joe also was accommodating for my family who was arriving really late in the evening (11:30pm). Everything in the Airbnb was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable, and nice furniture.

Super easy check-in process, clean and tidy settings for all parts of the place

The place was very clean and felt very safe. The kitchen was full size and each room has an individual thermostat which worked out great. Each bedroom also has a separate key. The house is connect to another house so there is a family living next door but it was not a problem at all. Great stay over all.

Joe’s place was clean and located near the places that we wanted to go. The bed was comfy. Overall it was good.

Host is very friendly and detailed, stayed late to make sure we can get into the house and taught us how to use the shower, camera/gate, etc. house is great, clean, and roomy. The only thing is the TV remote control sometimes don’t work and there is no couch. Also the heater doesn’t seem to work as well. Otherwise, everything else is great, would recommend.

Great place, it was clean, give so many extras, your own bathroom and felt like home, you got your own fridge and microwave, little snacks for late arrivals and you can make your own coffee in the morning.

Thomas’ place was perfect. We visited LA for my birthday and my anniversary with my partner. The place is very clean, we had all the amenities that we needed, and we also got complimentary drinks and snacks. We got to Thomas’ place an hour before our check-in time and he was nice enough to let us in and wait while he finish cleaning the room. Our stay was very comfortable. Lots of privacy and going in and out of the property was easy. We recommend 100%

Absolutely Wonderful Space, I recommend it.

This space is very centrally located in Arcadia with easy access to my events in Pasadena as well. There is a spacious kitchen and I was able to store food in the fridge/freezer. The family's first language is Chinese, but all communication via Air BnB was in English and they were very detailed regarding check-in, parking, etc. Extremely quick responses to messages! The room itself was basic, not "glamorous," but has everything you need: a nice large bed, desk, and good wifi. I was very comfortable, safe, and well accommodated. Private parking is a plus. The family lives upstairs but FYI there is no common living/lounge space (mainly oriented for bedroom-only stay). They are all very kind. I would come again!

We had a very nice stay with Xiaojie and his family. The house is beautifully decorated and the room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and modern. Everything was in very good condition. The location of the property is also excellent. Various restaurants and shops (Walmart, petrol station etc.) are in the immediate vicinity. You can also easily get to all the sights by car. Of course, you should keep in mind that traffic in Los Angeles generally takes some time. We can definitely recommend the accommodation! A big thank you to Xiaojie and his family for the great hospitality! We will be back!

We had the most pleasant stay. This air bnb is equipped with some amazing technology that made the entire stay super efficient. Would stay again!

The check-in and check-out process was so easy! They were waiting for us at check-in time in order to welcome us into their home and even help us carry our luggage inside! At check-out they carried our bags all the way to the car. During our stay, they provided us with a nice clean space which kept us comfortable.

Close to the golf course, with green grass and high pines, you can see the snow-capped mountains and hear the birdsong. The day of check-in was the fifteenth day of the traditional Chinese festival. The host gave me a gift, which made me feel at home. And help in many other ways, it is a good staying experience, thank you!

Xiaojie's Airbnb was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. The room is exactly as pictured in the images--if not, even better! It was clean, spacious, neat, and all in all a comfortable place to stay in during my short trip to LA. The location is prime as well: close to a freeway entrance, has free parking, and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Xiaojie was also quick to respond to any of my messages. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great place to stay, quiet and cozy

This place was the perfect cozy get a way. It was much further than I anticipated for just a days visit to check out LA but in all the place was amazing and clean! It was still really cool when we went so we had to use the heat and it worked so good and warmed up really fast! If you want to be closer to downtown and Hollywood it’s a little further away Lyft were about $15-25 each way.

House is in a great neighborhood. Guest house is clean and she made sure everything is sanitized. The room is a little bit smaller than expected. It was great to see lemon trees in the backyard.

Great location super close to the freeway, in a safe gated community. I recommend you getting a parking pass if you'll be out and about through out the day/night. All around loved my stay, will book again.

The space was super clean and comfortable, perfect for my short stay! The hosts were really accommodating in arranging parking, I got to park for free in the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible, I would stay here again.

Set back from the main house, this space has been purpose built onto the back of the garage and has it's own key for entry. Very safe area and plenty of shopping and dining opportunities all around. This space has a microwave oven and a fridge, a great coffee maker and a large screen TV with access to many channels. I came and went as I pleased and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Please note that the hosts parents on-site are not fluent English speakers. I highly recommend buying a parking permit as parking is restricted and street cleaning just makes this even more difficult. A permit costs $3 per night from city hall.

It was great

Very cozy space to spend the evening on our road trip! Even had coffee for the morning before we left and walking distance to local stores. We were able to park within their personal gate which was very nice also.

Joe's place is convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping plaza ( Walmart ,Ulta,etc.) Located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. And there is a washer & dryer that was a bonus for me. Joe is very friendly and hospitable.

Thomas's place was great! Clean and comfy bed with Netflix. The only thing was that the shared bathroom has another bedroom that is attached and I could see the cracks slightly open. I was a bit scared that someone could look in while I was showering or using the restroom. But other than that, it was a clean and comfy spot. Will consider staying again!

Great place to stay for a few days. The bed was extremely comfortable, we even had Netflix and food provided by the host. Everything was clean and Thomas even helped us wash and dry some of our clothes. The parking is generous, the area peaceful, you wake up with birds singing. Definitely a great deal!

The room was cozy and comfortable with close access to the bathroom and its own AC. It was well worth the price.

Mia's home is clean, quite, and located in on a hill with a great view of the city. Hostess is professional, courteous, and accommodating.

This is a great spot-- access to a kitchen and to laundry. Parking is also adjacent to the house, which was convenient. I'll likely be back.

Would not hesitate to stay here again! Super clean home a little outside of the city, but no more than a 30 minute drive to most locations. You can’t beat the value! Host was super nice and house was very quiet in a lovely quaint neighborhood.

Eileen was a wonderful host. I met her at check in. She was super kind. Walmart and restaurants at walking distance. Only issue was walls are thin so you can hear traffic and people outside. Safe area and clean!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have been at. We felt right at home as soon as we entered in the apartment. The place was very clean and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy. Loved how the host and her family give us some cool treats (fruits and cookies). The host was very friendly. Would definitely come here again in the future!

The place is really nice and more than enough for 2 people. I like it how they have so much space for stuff. Only reason I gave 3 stars for location is because I was there for only 4 days and in LA traffic it wasted so much time going to downtown or any other place But good thing its next to freeway easy to find and walking distance to Walmart and couple restaurants. Area is nice and quiet. Overall I will say its really nice.

Lorna’s place was great! Communication was quick and instructions were clear. The room and bathroom are located on the side of the house where the washer/dryer is, but you’re given private access and complete privacy. It got a little cold at night, but there was a space heater in the room, which was really helpful. There was even a stocked mini fridge in the room, as well as snacks in case you get hungry! We enjoyed our stay and thank Lorna and her family for their hospitality!

Lorna’s place is great. Clean, easy check-in, washer/dryer in house. Lorna and the two guys there are very flexible, kind, and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The space is really great. Private with its own entrance and bathroom. There is a shared laundry space outside the room, but I only heard the owner there once in the week of my stay. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The wifi worked well. The bed is super comfy. Lots of nice snacks provided. It was cold the week I arrived, so the space heater saved me. :) Overall a wonderful stay! I highly recommend Lorna's place.

Lorna was an amazing host. The place is in a safe and quiet area, the room was perfect... nothing much to say but this is the place I would stay again without doubts.

Had an amazing stay here. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and provide essential amenities like a fridge and microwave. Love what they did with the space and it really is a haven! Nice neighborhood as well and off street parking was a plus! :)
