nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023.I enjoyed hosting and started another room in mid-December. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. There is also a direct sales office next door next door from spring to autumn. Conveniently located a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, a 4-minute walk to a drug store, and a 10-minute walk to a supermarket. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. ☆Transportation We can pick you up at Shinkawa station by car (Jimny) as much as possible on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. If you have a large group, we'll send them in a few installments if you have a lot of luggage. There is wifi, a private kitchen, and a bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays, workcations, etc.

This room is in the downtown area of Otaru and is located in the place where you feel the living feeling of Otaru people. Because it is in downtown, there are plenty of eateries and it will not endure for meals. Although there is no parking lot, there is coin parking at least. Depending on the season, it is around 800 yen . I do not live here, but I'd like to enjoy my favorite city Otaru as much as I can, so if you have any troubles, please tell us, because it is me of the local people, the shops you know, information I think that I can tell you. . The room is one living room and one bedroom. I have two pairs of futon in the bedroom of the bedroom tatami. On the first floor there is a restaurant open until 11 o'clock and the room is the second floor. It is not a kind of hotel but a simple room, but it is a clean room. The scenery from the window is bad because it is in downtown. Since there are stairs until you go up to the room, we do not recommend it for family with children.

There is a large 50 "TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi.USB outlet. Replacement work was done from the hot water tank to the hot water boiler in December 2019.There is no need to worry about hot water.
