You will stay in a typical Engadine house in Sent above Scuol. The accommodation is cozy and functional. From the windows you have a partial view of the mountains and of San Peder. The accommodation consists of the 3 1/2 room apartment on the 1st floor and a pine wood studio with 2 beds/bathroom toilet/mini kitchen on the ground floor (via a staircase). You can easily reach the shops on foot. Practical for skiers is the bus stop at the house (end of the dream run to the house 5 min). Wifi available, 1 garage space.

In the room there is a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor swimming pool, mountain railway (hiking/skiing area), national park region and Samnaun (duty free). Restaurants/shopping are within walking distance. We have been living in this unique, stylishly renovated Engadine house as a family for 8 years. Since we are abroad for professional reasons from the summer of 2023, the unique occasion arises to be able to rent our home. We hope our guests feel comfortable in our spaces that are surrounded by us. The house is located between village square and church very central but absolutely quiet. The apartment on the ground floor is for 2 people. Central heating is available, the stove in the Stüva can also be heated with wood. In the large eat-in kitchen with complete equipment 4 people can comfortably sit at the table. From the adjoining veranda there is a beautiful view to the south into the mountains.
