Places to stay in Seattle
Gaze out at an unforgettable view of the Space Needle from the open rooftop of this contemporary studio. This urban getaway is in a historic building, making excellent use of the space, with hardwood flooring, a clawfoot tub, and stylish furniture.
A cute studio with a bedroom nook that fits a queen bed, (bed has high quality pillows and 1200 thread count sheets!). High quality towels provided as well as bath gels, shampoo and conditioner. TiVoli blue tooth stereo and cable tv!
This studio is in the northwest area of Seattle. It is the most vibrant neighborhood in the city and is within walking distance of restaurants and classic local coffee houses.
  • Matthew's place was wonderful! Such a cool neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. His street was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and stylish. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back!

  • Wonderful little room perfect for a few nights out in the city

    Devin2017-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I had a great time in Seattle, with a big thanks to Matthew for providing such an easy/wonderful AirBnb experience. The rooftop patio was amazing! We enjoyed the views both night and day. The location was perfect for our quick trip. Lovely, safe neighborhood. The apartment is small, but perfect for 2 people. The bathroom was a little tight for my 6'2 husband, but did not matter much. Everything was clean and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. I'd love to book again!

  • Fantastic spot in downtown Seattle. Lots of nice touches including tea, coffee and snacks. Trendy studio and the view from the roof terrace is unbelievable. Super easy checkin and checkout and Matthew was really helpful, provided lots of local tips too. Perfect base for a few days in Seattle.

  • It was great!

    Caleb2018-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed our stay. One of the favorite AirBnB's I've stayed in. Clean and stylish. Feels lived in, and has really nice touches and necessities (shampoo, conditioner, tea, etc). Matthew was very accommodating and response. Was hesitant to leave such a positive review as I definitely foresee myself staying there again and don't want it to get too popular :p

    Rita2018-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend! Easy walking and close to the public transportation. We had an awesome time!

    Claire2017-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome spot! It is a bit old, but that should be expected for such a prime location. It was everything we could need, the location is top notch, and the host was more than excellent. If you are from the south, note that there is not air conditioning. There probably won’t be a need for it though. I would highly recommend!

Admire sweeping views of Puget Sound from inside the cozy studio, or head to the rooftop to get a closer look at the famous Seattle Space Needle. This modern, monochrome apartment is full of art created by the host and rustic wooden accents.
Lower Queen Anne is a great neighborhood close to the action. Walk to Seattle Center and the Space Needle just a few blocks away. There are great cafes and restaurants all over the area.
  • Marissa's place was fantastic and she was so helpful and responsive to make sure we arrived and had no difficulties getting into the apartment. She really goes above and beyond to make sure all the necessities are provided for you with all her special touches. The view from the rooftop was perfect and being able to park onsite and walk everywhere was a definite plus. Highly recommend Marissa's apartment to anyone looking for a great space to stay in while enjoying the city.

    Chelsea2018-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Marissa’s place was extremely convenient especially being right above a CVS store. The studio was spotless and had all the necessities we needed during our stay. She was within a mile of all the major sights. Even her rooftop has an amazing view of the Space Needle. Marissa was extremely responsive to all my questions. Definitely in of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in.

    Nicolette2019-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great location. While the parking space is a great deal if driving, we walked or had no more than a 10/15 minute ride to all areas we wanted to see.

    J2019-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • I can’t say enough good things about our stay there. It is a BEAUITFUL apartment, and SO clean (which is a big deal to us). It is very comfortable, more than enough space for two people, and all the little amenities that were provided go way above and beyond. The check-in process was very easy, and Marissa responded quickly to all my questions. I would recommend staying here without a doubt. You’ll love it

  • Excellent stay. Convenient, great location, clean. Will be coming back!!

  • Exceptionally clean, lovely rooftop patio with comfortable furniture, great location, nice walk to Pike’s Market, and more.

    Evonne2018-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was traveling with my boyfriend for 4 days/3 nights and it was more than enough space for us. It was very clean and the location could not have been any better. It’s in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood and there are a ton of different restaurants around us to choose from. If you want a good, cheap, hearty breakfast, go to Ozzie’s which is 1 or 2 stop lights away. It definitely is great that the place sits atop a CVS because we needed a couple of things and literally took the elevator down and it drops you off in the CVS. The location is close to Kerry Park and the Grey’s Anatomy house (if you’re a fan of the show), the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pacific Science Center and MoPop. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to those places with the exception of Kerry Park. We didn’t walk to Kerry Park because it was located up a steep hill. I’d recommend an Uber/Lyft. However, her AirBnB is super conveniently located to everything. Plus, the rooftop view is amazing. That was an added bonus to the place! We didn’t get a rental car, but had we did, it’s nice to know that we had a parking spot waiting for us. Marissa’s Place has all the amenities you need: fridge, microwave, Keurig, washer & dryer (didn’t use, but nice to know it was there), warm & comfy bed, WiFi, Roku enabled tv with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime tv & Sling. It was awesome! Marissa is a great host. She’s super accommodating and gets back to you in a split second. My boyfriend accidentally unplugged the WiFi and she was on the phone troubleshooting with me. She made me feel welcome from the minute I booked the place. I would definitely stay at her place again without hesitation and in a heartbeat! If you’re still thinking of where to stay, there is no need. Just book Marissa’s Place. You won’t be disappointed!

  • It was awesome. It was very nice staying. Everthing is well-organized. If I have a chance to visit Seattle again I should definitely ask her whether I can rent her nice flat.

My place is close to The Key Arena, the McCaw Hall, the Washington State Convention Center, the Space Needle, the Seattle Center, Bell Harbor International Conference Center, the Memorial Stadium, Myrtle Edwards Park, SIFF Cinema Uptown, and much much more. 5 min to Downtown. You’ll love my place because of its central location, ambiance and beautiful view. Enjoy 24HR access to a private deck equipped with BBQ grills and sitting areas. Parking is simple in our private gated parking garage.
The Apartment complex is brand new with modern decor. In the apartment You will find art filled walls and a terrific view. Fall asleep in the Queen bed looking up to the stars through the window at your pillow! The sofa bed is the black couch you see in the picture (not the lounge chair). It lays out flat into a full bed size. There are plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows provided to make yourselves comfortable! The lounge chair is excellent for napping as well. Large windows in both living room and bedroom. Wheelchair accessibility: My apartment is considered wheelchair accessible by the complex. This includes the bathroom. However, the bathroom does have a shower/tub, so you might need to provide your own portable shower chair. All levels can be accessed from an elevator. This includes from the garage to the apartment floor and rooftop deck. Also the main entrance (street level) is free of stairs and goes directly to the same elevator. The apartment has an open floor plan, and standard size doors. Feel free to ask if you have anymore questions!
Lower Queen Anne is a great neighborhood close to the action. Walk to Seattle Center, Space Needle and Key Arena just a few blocks away. Additionally there are many stores and restaurants nearby. Step outside and explore!
  • This condo is absolutely lovely and in a fabulous location. Just a short walk to Seattle Center and surrounded by many good restaurants and other activities. The unit was very clean, comfortable, stylish, well appointed kitchen and bath, and was even stocked with snacks. The view of the Sound in the picture doesn't do it justice; it's fabulous! And the view of the Space Needle from the rooftop deck (complete with BBQs) is stunning. Marissa was a great hostess as well. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear and she very responsive to any communication. I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Seattle.

  • Marissa was a wonderful host especially with all of the "little touches" that made our stay most special. VERY clean and an ideal location. I can't recommend Marissa's place enough - you won't be disappointed! P.S. Her artwork is amazing!

  • This Queen Anne location is fabulous for visiting Seattle. The upscale apartment is easy to use with nice amenities including roof top deck and wonderful mountain views. We used the Lime bikes that are scattered around the city to get to movie theaters, a Sounders game and restaurants/shopping. Highly recommend this place for an easy visit

    Janet2018-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great location with modern design elements. Loved watching the ferries come and go to distance islands. Nice rooftop deck with Space Needle view. Marissa was so warm and welcoming explaining the area and the unit. Loved the special touches and the complimentary items.

This beautiful Master Suite Apartment in our guest house is located in Green Lake, one of Seattle's best neighborhoods, and was fully updated in May 2017. It features a king bed, gas fireplace, and a huge bath suite. It is a short block from beautiful Green Lake, and walking distance to many great local restaurants, cafes, shops and outdoor activities, as well as a short drive (or longer walk) to the University of Washington and the Zoo. This private Master Suite is perfect for 2 adults who want a residential retreat in a vital Seattle neighborhood. The Suite is a large studio consisting of large bedroom which is connected to a very large bathroom. The bedroom area has a king-sized bed, a dresser, a 40" TV, a gas fireplace, and loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed. The big bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower, and two sinks. Off of the bathroom is a large walk-in closet that doubles as a simple kitchenette consisting of a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates & silverware, plus coffee & tea. Other amenities include: Wifi, TV, Netflix streaming, heating, fans, linens, hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner.
Seattle is among the most active cities in the U.S. and the Green Lake neighborhood is Seattle’s hub for recreation. Circling the lake is a 2.8 mile walking/running/wheels trail. The adjacent park offers tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, a public 9-iron golf course, public swimming pool and beaches, boat/kayak/paddle board rentals, and a theatre. Green Lake is also a great place for people watching, and we are walking distance to multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops.
  • My wife and I spent the day here before our flight back home. The location was great being both five minutes away from Green Lake Park and about 25 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It's a wonderful place to unwind. I would recommend this place to my family.

    Zac2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Rob's place was exactly as described, easy to locate, clean, and exactly what we needed. Rob gave thorough instructions on staying at his place and also had a welcome guide to help us navigate staying there. We were able to park in their private driveway both nights that we stayed there, which definitely gave us piece of mind. My fiancé had a great time staying there and would definitely stay their again!

    Mykala2017-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed at this place before so I knew what to expect, how to get in, etc, totally great value and good location. Uber was only 16 bucks to downtown where the concert was we were attending. Could drink a bit, not worry about driving, parking, walking a Mile to the venue, etc and because this air bnb has free off street parking, it's just a win/win.. I recommend!

    Mary2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Hi Rob, Thanks for the stay. The location was great. We loved being able to have the lake so close by for walking. It was also extremely convenient to use the metro system right outside your front door. The place was nice and clean . The one draw back is you can really here the guests in the above penthouse suite. The tub was a little disappointing that it was repainted over although it was clean the chipping made it appear dirty. Thanks for the open easy and quick communication.

    Monica2018-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • More spacious than we expected. All listed appliances worked fine. Check-in was a breeze. Nice location near the lake. Rob's local tips were awesome for a couple non-locals with limited time.

    Bryce2018-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great spot if you are staying in Seattle. The place is clean and very spacious with a King size bed! Communicating with Rob was easy and he was very accommodating. It is walking distance to the West Lake were you can go for a nice walk along the lake. Also walking distance are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

Historic renovated studio apartment that has 98 walk score and is only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. It's a corner unit apartment with 13-foot ceiling and has all the essentials. Top Pot Donuts (best Seattle donuts) is right next door!
This studio condo is in downtown Seattle right in the center of everything! You'll be within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, EMP Museum, and Pacific Science Center.
Belltown is a great neighborhood and is at the heart of everything. Pike Place market, Space Needle, EMP Museum, and Chihuly Garden and Glass are all within walking distance.
  • Great option for seattle. Walking distance away from several touristy and local type store and restaurants... And the host does a very good job. Keep it up K.

    Mohand2016-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean, minimalist space in the heart of downtown. It was a quick walk to everything I needed, including my client. Having the whole space to myself was an added bonus.

    Colin2018-12-13T00:00:00Z
  • A very spacious studio in a great location. Comfortable and homely with nothing cluttering the space. Within a mile to Pike’s Place, shopping, Capitol Hill, and a couple blocks from a CVS for emergency needs. Kumail replies quickly if ever needed as well.

    Yvonne2019-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Place was overall nice and in a great location close to all the attractions. However, there was a loud clanging noise in the pipes that would come on multiple times a night. Also, the windows aren't insulated that well so the street noise was very profound.

    Brandon2017-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Kumail's studio was great! There were 4 of us so it was a bit tight, but the studio accommodated us adequately for our short stay. The bed, futon and air mattress all worked as comfortable beds, the studio was stocked with fresh sheets, kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. PERFECT location, walking distance to great areas, and we had an amazing dinner at Black Bottle which was not too far from the studio. Overall a great place to stay!

    Cameron Scott2016-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Kumail's apartment is in the perfect downtown Seattle location. We were walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do during our week long stay. Everything else was just a short bus or ferry ride. The area seemed safe and there were many restaurants and coffee shops in the area, along with Top Pot right next door. Communication was excellent. Kumail provided all of the information we needed prior to our arrival and even allowed us to drop our luggage off early. The apartment building was nice as it had keyless entry. However, it was a bit dated. There is no elevator, which wasn't a problem for us. The musty smell when you walk through the front doors is a little off putting. Fortunately, Kumail's studio does not share that smell. So you only have to survive it for 3 flights of stairs. The studio itself was great, though it could use a few updates. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a huge closet with ample blankets and toiletries. There is no air conditioning but Kumail provided 2 fans that kept the apartment from becoming stuffy. We kept the windows closed. We did not use the kitchen other than to store some snacks and water in the refrigerator. I agree with some other reviewers that cookware would be nice, but knew going in we wouldn't really be able to cook our own meals. We did get some yogurt at Ellenos to have for breakfast. Unfortunately, there were no spoons. There was a plastic cutlery box that only had forks. It was doable, but spoons would have been nice. The bathroom was fine. The water pressure in the shower is excellent and Kumail provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, there were some issues in the bathroom. The floor seemed to be covered in mildew or soap scum (something sticky) that coated our feet. We put down some spare towels and that fixed it for the most part, but I did feel that could have been cleaned a little better. Also, as others have said, there is chipping paint and mildew on the baseboards and the wooden window ledge in the shower. Not a deal breaker, but added to the "not quite clean" feel of the bathroom. We had a great time in Seattle and would stay in Kumail's apartment again.

    Whitney2016-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • My Friends and I came down to Seattle from Vancouver for a few days and stayed at Kumails place. What a trip it was. Loved the area! Close to everything you need, plus it's a perfect and clean little studio that had everything we needed. We fit four girls in the apartment and had no issues. Kumail is a great host! If we come back (which we will), I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Kumail for making our trip so wonderful. See you soon!

    Kaitlyn2017-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Kumail's place is your ideal AirBnb. He made it extremely easy to check in, and we were welcomed into an amazing space. Perfect location, the Space Needle is right there. Would definitely stay here again!

Right off of Yesler street. This space provides an open view of the city. Sleeps 2 people in a full bed. Property includes laundry mat and gym. Access to pool table, TV, and vending machine in the common area. Several blocks away there are convenient stores as well as Broadcast Coffee Shop and local bars.
The room has a standard bed, a full size fridge, a coffee maker, a desk & chair, and a private bathroom with a shower.
There isn't much of a neighborhood because the apartment is located right off of the sidewalk and you just enter straight into the courtyard.
  • This place is very nice. The girl who let me and was very pleasant. Was much smaller than I thought. It's a very small hotel room and just sort of sterile. Very few amenities provided. All in all a good place to stay though.

  • Ella’s place was great for a couple days in the city! The rooftop deck had great views and Ella was prompt with responses and made sure we got in okay.

Modern, basement studio apartment located just blocks from Alki beach. Enjoy Impressive views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains while you soak in the hot tub or relax on our spacious deck. All the amenities to make your stay perfect.
Studio apartment in the basement of my home; a well-lit space which is cool in the summer and has a toasty fireplace for the winter. Completely private with a small kitchen, queen size bed and the couch will also convert to a queen size bed. Great views from the deck and hot tub.
Alki beach is one of the largest stretches of saltwater beach in the city. Located in West Seattle, it is a short drive or bus-ride to downtown. In the summer the beach is high-energy and in the winter quiet and peaceful. I live just far enough - about 4 blocks - to escape the noise but still close enough to walk. Grab a bite to eat - restaurants range from inexpensive burgers and tacos to high end bistros, grab a drink or enjoy a gelato.
  • simple check-in, modern and clean space, excellent hospitality, and dog-friendly.

  • Beautiful place! Amazing host.

    Lauren2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Ron was an extremely gracious and hospitable host. Allowed us to drop off our bags before our check-in time and offered a great list of places to eat in our spare time. The location was gorgeous and easily accessible to downtown. The space was well cleaned and maintained - very cozy! He also provided a cheeky "locals guide" which we found entertaining and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Brianna2017-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Ron's beach studio matched the description perfectly. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The studio was very close to the beach and the view in the morning was beautiful. The neighborhood was also very quiet at night, which is perfect for light sleepers. Ron was also a very welcoming and kind host. He greeted us when we arrived and provided us with useful information about how to get around and what to do in the city. All in all this was my best Airbnb experience yet. Would definitely recommend!

    Lucine2016-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • Let me just start by saying the views from this place were picture perfect! And Ron definitely made his place feel like home, so many thoughtful details and amenities!

    Alexis2018-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Ron's place has a take-your-breath-away view. Check in is quick and easy and although it's located in a residential area, amenities are a short Uber trip away. Lime bikes are all over as well, which makes everything quite accessible. We had a wonderful time, and I can't recommend this place enough!

    Megan2019-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Ron was a fantastic host. He introduced himself while we were admiring the sunset views from his deck when we arrived, offered us a drink, and shared his favorite nearby places to eat and visit. The apartment is located about half a mile from the beach. About 2 miles down the beach is the water taxi crossing into downtown Seattle's Pioneer Square. The crossing is very nice and offers great views of Seattle's skyline. The apartment was very modern and tastifully furnished. Very clean, quiet and private. Bed is comfortable and warm. Had everything we could have needed! The apartment itself can get a little chilly, but Ron has thought of this as well, providing a space heater if needed. Overall we had an excellent experience, and would definitely stay with Ron again if we return to Seattle. Thanks Ron!

    Dave2015-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Ron's place was fantastic. Awesome location on Alki with an amazing view, especially from the hot tub. Ron was very helpful, leaving a packet of recommendations and favorites. The place was very private and stocked with everything needed and then some. (The bean bag chair was very comfortable.) Made us feel at home and even let us play fetch with his dog a bit from the hot tub. Overall great experience.

GENERAL Our space is completely new and passed all inspections, up to 2017 codes. The house was built in 1919. We aimed to keep original detail— wainscoting, millwork, original clawfoot, subway tile, while updating to modern standards and amenities. The unit has radiant in-floor heating. Makes for very comfy atmosphere. No blowing furnaces or ducts. For hot days, there is a ductless AC unit. As well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The potable water runs on a tankless system, so you can always expect hot/warm water right away and to never run out. All new double-paned windows, most opening for fresh or cooler air if needed. Both bedrooms have good-size (egress) windows. This is a lower-level unit, however it is mostly out of ground and has full windows, and good natural light compared to most lower-level units. The bedrooms in the back (are partially underground) so they stay nice and cool (even in very hot days) as well as a bit darker than the living spaces for sunny morning sleep-ins. PARKING Free un-zoned street parking. Unlike a lot of Seattle areas, you should not have a problem finding a spot on our street and usually near or within reason to the unit. ENTRANCE Private entrance. Entry door is controlled by a key pad, so no keys. We will provide an entry code upon your arrival. Note: Most houses around here sit up from the street and the unit has about 11 steps up to the front door. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Our max guest allowed is 6 and will sleep 6 if are sharing beds. Which has worked great for families, couples, or even a group of good friends. We have a total of 5 beds including one comfortable self-inflating air mattress. OFFICE An office nook area for laptops users with wi-fi and hard connection. DINNING AREA A large dining area, large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as and eat up counter with 4 comfy counter chair/stools. Plenty of seating for diners. POTENTIAL FOR NOISE This is a lower-level unit and although we've insulated well, you'll likely hear occasional muffled footsteps, etc, however you won't hear any talking, TV, etc noise. We also live fairly close to a freeway. It’s a bonus to us and many, 'cause it’s very convenient for getting around. However, there is an ambient level of noise outside if you're hanging out on the patio. We pretend we’re at the ocean. You won't really hear much of that inside, especially if windows are shut, so should not disturb your stay/sleep.
Nestled in between and walkable to several vibrant neighborhoods including Tangletown. This hidden strip is named for its intertwining streets, and has become home to coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, salons, and dessert spots.
  • Lindsay and her family have a beautifully remodeled old character house. The space is comfortable and welcoming. She describes the space exactly. She has put a lot of time and effort in restoring this beautiful house and it really shows. Lindsay is a wonderful host. She is readily available to answer questions, offer suggestions and anything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. You would never know that there is a toddler and a dog living upstairs. I would definitely stay here again.

  • the location was amazing! There were great restaurants and stores within walking distance. The location also made it easy to get to downtown Seattle by public transportation or personal car! The space was very comfortable and easily accommodated the 6 of us. The amenities were amazing, but the design and accommodations were over the top. Lindsay was a wonderful welcoming host. We loved the gas/electric fireplace on those chilly Seattle mornings! It was a plus for us that there were toys for our grandkids! They were entertained for hours.

    Connie2018-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • From the pictures and descriptions, we expected this place to be amazing, and it was! We stayed in the larger room and the bed was so comfortable, pillows were great, and that shower! The shower was incredible, I wanted to take two a day while we were there just to experience the shower! Very clean, so stylish, and centrally located which made it easy to get to downtown but far enough off the beaten trail to get away as well! Loved all of the soaps and lotions they provided as well. Definitely worth every penny. Will stay again if we are in the area!

  • Lindsay's place is awesome. We had an enjoyable two nights stay. The house interior looked exactly as what the pictures shown. Lindsay is friendly and would more than happy to assist us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends next time if they come visit.

    Ella2017-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Lindsay was amazing! We felt right at home and settled in no time. She and her husband were flexible and able to accommodate any requests or questions we had!

    Jamie2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and it's just as described! The beds were comfortable, the space beautifully decorated and it's a great location with easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend.

    Kelley2018-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely home in a quiet but convenient location. The host left ample amenities and we could have left all our toiletries at home if we needed. The toys kept the kids entertained while the adults slept a little later after a long night out.

  • I stay at Karl's place frequently since I come to Seattle for business and to see family. The apartment is lovely and convenient, well-stocked, and very comfortable. I really do think of it as home away from home, and you should too!

  • This place is a must-stay! Beautiful decor, amazing views, clean and comfortable with great communication from the hosts. Quiet and close to downtown, I highly recommend!

    Regina2017-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • A wall of windows in the living room overlook Seattle. As you sit on the couch you’ll see water along with the hillside. It’s very nice. It’s “retro” decor is so much fun! Right down to the coasters! My husband normally doesn’t say much about the places we stay, but he kept commenting about how neat the inside of the apartment was. The bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back, so I appreciate sleeping comfortably and having the ability to bounce right up in the morning. The host were wonderful and very responsive. Arlene met us at the apartment on the first day to make sure we got in OK and to give us advice about the city. They had left plenty of “extras” for us to enjoy, like fresh fruit, snacks, coffee/teas, a bottle of wine and even bus fare!!! Our daughter had provided us with bus passes, but I thought the bus fare was such a thoughtful touch. This apartment has everything you need (dish soap, hair dryer, stove, microwave, coffee maker (coffee), ironing board, you name it. It is clear that the hosts find your comfort a priority. Much appreciated! We WILL be staying here again.

    Patty2018-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely spot with a pretty water view over the green garden and treetops. The wall of windows makes it amazingly light and airy. An older place but perfectly vintage and chic and so charming. Quiet and amazingly close in location (to downtown). Beautiful neighbourhood. Best of all was all the kind extra touches and host who was just super helpful. Wish we'd been able to stay longer!

    Kathy2018-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • Karl and Arlene's place was neat and tidy, and very clean and welcoming. It was super hot during our stay (way hotter than normal) so it ended up being pretty uncomfortable in the rental. The AC unit that you could plug into the bedroom helped, but the rest of the apartment was toasty. I remain baffled why rentals in Seattle don't have ceiling fans. There was also quite a bit of construction right across from the apartment, so it was very loud. It's a semi-walkable neighborhood, but being on Queen Anne Hill it is extremely hilly, so that is just something to note for the less active renters. Overall our experience with the rental was good. I wasn't accustomed to meeting the renter upon arrival, so scheduling that made the check-in process a bit more difficult than normal. The instructions they gave could have easily been left for us, as other AirBNBers have done. They are welcome hosts and the rental is sufficient, and pretty darn cute (in quasi mid-century mod style). I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

  • Very helpful and kind hosts. Nice retro feel with amenities of today.

    Bradley2019-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Karl and Arlene's apartment was the perfect base from which to explore Seattle for a couple of days. In a beautiful neighbourhood close to downtown with picturesque views, it gave us a glimpse of an idilic Seattle lifestyle. The apartment itself was meticulously maintained and full of retro character - super clean and super comfortable. Great hosts with perfect communication leading up to our stay and also during, I highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic Seattle experience!

    Chris2017-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cute apartment! The kitchen was really great to have and the living room was really nice. View is amazing and loved eating breakfast next to the windows. Location is pretty good since it is close to bus stops to downtown, at first I was worried about it being far, but it ended up being great since it was close to both Fremont, cap hill, and downtown! Having a whole foods close by was also great. Only "problem" was the shower was a little finnicky but that wasn't a problem for me since I'm used to things like that haha! If you want a really homey and bigger apartment, I think it's worth the compromise of not being in downtown, but just a bus ride away!!

Welcome! I have a private one bedroom suite with a bath and private entrance. The space is newly remodeled. There are crisp linens and a well stocked kitchenette. Parking is easy because the driveway is all yours. The room is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I have Wifi, a flat screen television and an Apple TV for those looking to binge. I am located in Ballard/Greenwood, a great location in Seattle - walkable area with easy public transportation options.
This is a newly remodeled one-bedroom, bath and kitchenette with a private entrance in my basement. It's clean, inviting, and completely private. There is wifi and a flat screen television, ample space for suitcases and hanging your clothing, an espresso maker and milk foamer so you can start the day with a latté. Lovely linens and fluffy towels to make your stay comfortable. Should you need to work during your visit, there is a table in the room for you to sit with your laptop and built-in USB outlets to charge all of your electronics. Here are excepts from recent comments left in my comment book: "Thank you very much for all of the wonderful personal touches in your place. They really set you apart from other Airbnbs. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom products are great! Your gardens are beautiful and your recommendations for places in the area were great!" "Thank you very much (very, very much) for letting us stay in your very cool space - it was just perfect for what we needed.... Thank you for all the little goodies as well. If we have friends and family come to Seattle, we will recommend you!"
I live on a quiet street in the Greenwood/Phinney Ridge neighborhood, a safe and vibrant area with cafes, eateries, bars, European-style bakeries, all within walking distance. A little further, only minutes by car there are the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods with even more dining options, shops and live music and something for everyone from funky to chic. Dining options range from terrific burgers and reasonably priced ethnic options to elegant Pacific NW cuisine. There are also two famers' markets in the neighborhood. I am minutes from downtown Seattle by bus or car. I have created a guide book with information on restaurants, sightseeing and activities in our neighborhood and beyond. A hard copy of it is located in the room and I can also share it with you digitally after you book with me.
  • Tim and Susan's Airbnb is wonderful. It is such a cute, private, comfy, and clean place to stay. The location is also wonderful because it is close to public transit and yummy places to eat. One of my favorite parts of this experience is the guide book to Seattle that Tim and Susan put together. It was so helpful when I needed to find somewhere to eat, (near or far), and it was organized! This was a 5 star experience. Their cute little dachshunds were a plus!!

    Claire2017-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • Tim was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and a great sense of humor. This is a really nice Airbnb, and I had a great experience. The bed is super comfy!

  • Tim's Airbnb is the perfect spot if you're looking to stay at a 5-star hotel without paying 5-star prices. He has many guides on everything you need to know about Seattle. One of his suggestions was the Sunday Farmers Market which was perfect end to our getaway weekend before catching our flight. Definitely one of the most enjoyable Airbnb experiences we've had!

    Nicholas2018-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Tim’s place was great! He had fresh fruit and chocolate for us upon arrival along with fresh flowers. He also had espresso and tea available which were great. His place is a bit of a drive from downtown Seattle, but the part of Seattle he is located in has so many great things just a short walk or drive away (beer, restaurants, coffee, etc). Would recommend his place to others

    Kristin2019-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Tim was a very communicative host, which I really appreciate as a trip approaches. His place was clean and quiet and the neighborhood was just lovely. His tea selection, food offerings, and kitchenette setup were pleasantly practical. And the linens and bathroom were spotless. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the Phinney Ridge area. Two thumbs up!

Swing on a bench on a funky, bulb-lit patio as sun sets over the valley beyond the trees. Wood ceilings, sliding barn doors, exposed brick, and lovingly curated vintage pieces warm the interiors. Colorful retro flourishes add quirky charm.
With no adjacent neighbors, our place allows you to enjoy life in the trees, while being close to everything Seattle has to offer.
The urban farmhouse lies at the end of a little dirt road in the Greenbelt, where Beacon Hill meets Georgetown. Residents include a dog, cat, humans, goats, and lots of birds. Walk to Georgetown, and drive to Capitol Hill and downtown in 15 minutes.
  • Very accommodating and space is very comfortable and welcoming!

  • WE LOVED THE PLACE SO MUCH!!! Our only complaint is that we only got to enjoy it for one night. The whole place, in both layout and decor, is incredibly well done. It's beautiful and cozy. There's snacks and coffee, a huge walk-in shower, and fantastic outdoor space. We definitely want to stay here again.

    J.C.2019-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • TLDR: Place is awesome if you want comfy, affordable, animals and outside the big city. They live on a dirt road. My girlfriend and I decided to stay one night at Luke's place for a few reasons. 1) When traveling to a new big city we like to spend some time outside the normal touristy area (but close enough to uber to the city). 2) It was cheaper than a hotel. 3) The space gave us the privacy we were looking for, rather than a shared home. 4) They had farm animals (Max and Linda, who are the nicest goats ever) and a dog (Herbert). Before I go on about how awesome this was, I'll point out the one possible downside that may affect other's stay. Luke's place is on a dirt/rocky road so it may be a little tough to find the first time, and maybe difficult for Uber/Lyft. I recommend that you don't use Uber Pool like us (use UberX) because we always had to walk up/down the road to meet the driver and it can be tiring if you're out of shape like us! However, Luke and Marcos do provide a very helpful navigation guide so getting lost is very unlikely! We were just expecting to stay at a nice farm-like Airbnb, but our expectations were exceeded tremendously. During our first attempt to find the Fab Farm we actually missed the street because we didn't see a street sign for the dirt road, but easily recognized that we passed it and got right back on track. The welcome guide is super easy to follow and we found out how to access our room instantly, along with all the other necessities. The best part was that we could see the goats relaxing in the den from our doorstep and so we walked down to pet them. I have very little experience with goats, so at first, I was very hesitant about petting them. However, after getting a little closer, Max and Linda walked towards me and welcomed me. They're definitely one of the sweetest goats ever! In terms of the room, it's one of the best that we've ever stayed in. Comfy soft bed, the temperature was perfect with the A/C, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and cool vintage style appliances, the shower has heated floors and an additional rain shower head! If you're like us and appreciate fun unique experiences, definitely stay here!

    Patrick2019-07-26T00:00:00Z

My place is close to Pike Street, Cal Anderson Park, The Cuff, Cupcake Royal, Lost Lake Diner. You’ll love my place because of the location, the cosiness, easy checkin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
I love my neighborhood. It's comfortable, friendly, unique and it's why many people come to Seattle. Downtown is fun and all (Pike's place, Space Needle, and shopping); but, when it's time to feel the real Seattle Capitol Hill is the place to be. Between the coffee shops, fancy (and not-so-fancy) restaurants and bars you will have plenty to do and see.
  • Exactly as described, host was super thoughtful and helpful and checkin was a breeze.

  • My husband and I stayed at Jeffs place for 4 days and we loved every part of it. Jeff was a great host, always a text message away. His place was clean, modern and walking distance to everything. The neighborhood is so hip and lively full of art and love. Check in was so easy. Jeff even texted us a long list of restaurants, bars, etc. Our stay was very comfortable and wonderful. I recconmend his place to anyone that is traveling for business or with their significant other. We cannot wait to visit again. Thanks again Jeff!

  • Boutique hotel quality experience with the perks of private accommodations. The apartment was tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space. Great location-- 3 blocks from the best vegan food, donuts and coffee in the city and a block from Cal Anderson park. My host, Jeff, was very responsive, friendly and informative. The check in/check out process could not have been easier. Highly recommend this host to travelers!

We at Emerald Stays welcome you to our modern and stylish vacation rental condo, in a brand new building located in the hip Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The absolute best thing about this apartment is the location, located in Belltown, the residential neighborhood of Downtown. You will be steps away from the famous Pike Place Market, Puget Sound Waterfront, Seattle Aquarium & everything Downtown. The Space Needle & the rest of the Seattle Center are also within walking distance. You will also find some of Seattle's best restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars & lounges, just outside the building. With a Walkscore of 98 and transit score of 100, the building is a "Walker's Paradise". So you can skip renting a car. The Convention Center is just 15 mins walk away. You can also catch buses to all of Seattle from across the block and Zipcars are 3 blocks away. This condo’s location makes it ideal for both business and holiday travelers. Since the building just opened up in June 2013, everything is new, modern and stylish. As soon as you enter the building’s spacious, beautiful lobby, you will notice the well-equipped 24-hour gym to your left. At the first chance you get, take the elevator up to the rooftop deck and you will be treated to awesome views of downtown and the waterfront. The rooftop deck also has a comfortable lounging area and is fitted with BBQ grills. The apartment itself is a modern open one-bedroom with hardwood floors and excellent furnishings. The huge windows provide ample light and a spacious feel to the condo. We have furnished this place such that you will feel absolutely at home. Between the plush queen bed and futon (which unfolds to a full size bed), this apartment will comfortably accommodate 3 guests. Apart from the towels and linens already laid out, there are many more to spare in the closets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, serve and enjoy a wonderful meal (How about taking the food upstairs and making a picnic out of it). We think Internet is a basic utility and provide dedicated high-speed Wifi. There is a 43-inch HDTV with complimentary Netflix. Please note, we do not provide Cable on the TV. The Roku box does provide you access to news and on-demand programming. There is also TV with cable in the common lounging space. Come live like Locals in one of the most premium buildings of Seattle! It is a No Smoking Building, so we will expect you to respect that. Parking : Parking in the building can be arranged ( based on availability) at $20 per day. Although if you are staying in the center of the city you don't need a car at all.
  • Sid made this stay smooth and simple. Directions were easy and we had no issues whatsoever with our stay! Nice place and great location. Only needed an uber for the airport. Everything else we did was walking distance! Highly recommend this as a place to stay!

    Robyn2017-05-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great location . Clean, modern, comfortable . Outstanding communication with Sid.

    Leora2017-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • This was a wonderful place to stay, clean and well kept. Very convenient, and many small stores, convenience markets, and restaurants very close by. Could easily walk to both the Pike Market and Space Needle areas. Highly recommended.

    Raymond2013-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Neha was very helpful and easy to work with. There was no toaster in the unit; Neha went out and bought one for me. Much appreciated! It's good to know ahead of time that access to the parking is in an alley between 2nd and 3rd off battery. It's an unmarked garage door. Bell street is closed, so be prepared for that. A good thing, keeps it quiet. The keylock to get into the building is very unusual. It's to the left of the door in the wall; a special slot, separate from the standard front door key hole. I had to call Neha to figure that out after some frustrating minutes. Overall, a great place-quiet, light, well-furnished. I'd recommend a dresser for the unit or shelves in the closet at some point for those of us with longer stays. I hope to stay there again! Highly recommended.

  • Sid was great and super responsive when we had a question about the parking. We had no problems getting in and felt super secure inside. The location was perfect; so close to any and everything you would want to do in downtown Seattle. The apartment was exactly as described, well furnished, very nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice sitting space in living room. We truly enjoyed ourselves and hope to stay here again the next time we visit. I highly recommend Sid and his wonderful home. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

  • Great location, clean, and as advertised.

    Sabrina2017-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was great along with the facilities available! The best part was the location. Sid was also a fantastic host and was very accomodating.

Welcome to the Sunshine House. Enjoy a completely refurbished apartment that is located in one of the most central and exciting neighborhoods in Seattle. You are just a few blocks from vibrant Capitol Hill and just a couple miles from downtown. This is the ideal location if you want plenty of choices for food and entertainment within walking distance.
This daylight basement is bright, fun and comfortable. There is a large bedroom with closet and a private bathroom with shower. The newly renovated kitchen is open to the living room and dining room area, so it feels open and bright.
The apartment is located on a quiet, residential street on the back side of bustling Capitol Hill. It's an easy walk to great coffee, beer at Chucks Hop Shop, restaurants, Uncle Ike's pot shop, cocktail bars, and Seattle nightlife.
  • Sunshine house may looks slightly questionable at first glance, but the downstairs apartment is quite lovely inside - very well set up and quite cozy to hang out in. My two friends and I stayed here while visiting Seattle and were a short Uber ride away from all of our adventures. The hosts were welcoming and informative, and had some good tips for local spots. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

    Seeca2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place was just the best!! Location in Capitol Hill was great and walkable to lots of different areas. The apartment itself was amazing too! Really clean and neat, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed AND the fold out couch was soooo good. Better than most proper beds I've ever slept in. Really nice soap/shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom which was such a nice touch!! Communication with the hosts was super easy and they have a brilliant guide book to lots of different things to do/places to eat. I wish all airbnb's were as good as Adam's. Felt homely and comfortable. Would highly recommend and if I come back to Seattle I will try to stay here for sure. Thanks guys!!

    Verity2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Adam's place was great and provided everything we needed during our time in Seattle. The Airbnb is only a 12-15 minute walk to the bottom of the Capitol Hill neighborhood (where you can find Molly Moon's ice cream & Elliot Bay Books). We even walked all the way to the Space Needle one day! We ended up using Lyft a few times - it wasn't more than $6 or $7 to get between Adam's place and the downtown area. We didn't use many kitchen supplies, but the apartment seems well stocked. Our only regret is not crossing paths with Quincy the cat during our stay. Maybe next time :) Thanks for everything, Adam!

    Alex2017-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Adam's Sunshine House is a perfect spot for a capitol hill adventure. It's close to everything, while still being private, quiet and cozy. The space is perfect for traveling families or couples, you can quite comfortably eat in if you want but also stroll to a sweet cafe nearby.

    Vena2017-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect location! Clean, efficient, & very comfortable. Owner is very responsive & accountable. We lived for stay!

    Kathleen2017-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Adam you have a beautiful place. I would totally recommend anyone is Seattle this place is beautiful

    Armando2018-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Nicely-outfitted apartment in an extremely quiet and restful setting. Adam was very responsive and happy to accommodate a couple of my special requests. Would highly recommend for 1-2 people on business or personal travel to Seattle.

  • This is a perfect space for a bit of home away from home. We’ve stayed twice now as we’re back to Seattle several times a year to visit family. It’s great to have a full Kitchen and space for dining and relaxing. Great location too. We’ll be back!

Fantastic views!! A stunning and serene apartment in the heart of Seattle. Vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, mid-century decor, and a heated tile bathroom floor create a warm and cozy experience. The Sky Cabin is a 730 sq. ft. private space on the 3rd level of a lovingly cared for home in a quiet neighborhood on the shores of Lake Union, across the lake from the Sleepless in Seattle houseboat. From almost every window and the patio you'll relish watching the seaplanes, boats, sunsets, and even the occasional eagle. Free street parking 1-2 blocks away with guest permit. You won't want to leave!
Come and enjoy this beautiful and peaceful home-away-from-home with amazing views in the heart of Seattle! Our light and airy "Sky Cabin" is in the Eastlake neighborhood, one block from Lake Union (where the film Sleepless in Seattle was made). It is a completely separate unit on the top floor of our lovingly cared for three story house and has cork floors and wood paneling that make it feel like a cabin in the sky. The wall of windows faces West with views onto Lake Union, the Olympic Mountains, and even a small view of the Space Needle. You'll have a master bedroom, a bathroom with three shower heads and a heated tile floor, an open living space/kitchen with 13 ft. tall cathedral ceilings, and another small room for doing yoga, playing music, working (there is a desk and a printer), or just meditating while looking out to the lake. The deck is perfect for watching the kayaks, sailboats, paddle boards, sea planes, tug boats, and floating homes that make Eastlake such a unique and special neighborhood. The Sky Cabin is decorated in a mid century style with comfortable furniture and feels cozy and cheerful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, and there are two televisions and one dvd player. Wi-Fi is included. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as easy bus access to either downtown or the university. Parking is free street parking half a block to a block away, and I provide a parking permit you can borrow that is good for our whole neighborhood. We are 5-10 minutes by car to both downtown and the university and 10-20 minutes by bus, depending on traffic. In the Sky Cabin I have Seattle and Washington state guide books and maps for people to use while they are here, as well as various board games and DVDs for those nights you just want to stay in. No pets, no drugs, must be at least 21 years of age, no smoking inside or out, and no extra guests. If you would like to stay in a one-of-a-kind, beautiful and quiet home, then the Sky Cabin is for you!
Eastlake is a quiet, hidden neighborhood between the University and Downtown. The Sky Cabin is a block from Lake Union, home to seaplanes, kayaks, paddle boards, and floating homes that create a village-like feel. There is a varied selection of local restaurants within walking distance, as well as one of the city's best wine shops. Eastlake is only 2 miles from Downtown, which is easily accessible by bus or by walking along the lake. Come and enjoy peace and quiet in the heart of the city!
  • We absolutely loved the Sky Cabin - the view, the neighborhood/location...everything! We were met by the host to be given the keys and the rest of our stay we were left to enjoy this incredible space. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, the water front and floating houses. A quick drive to get downtown. Perfect!

    Christy2013-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place far exceeded our expectations! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The apartment is appointed with everything you need, including a lovely offering of fresh coffee beans both regular and decaf. The view is spectacular. Loved watching the boat traffic and the rowing teams. The bathroom heated floor was a special treat. We even had Netflix and Wi fi. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. Easy access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Pete's Market just a short stroll along the historic houseboat waterfront had an incredible selection of wines and cheeses. She even has a classical guitar in the yoga room. Many book collections : cooking, art, travel. A host of maps and local information books and pamphlets. All kinds of spices for cooking. Spectacular. My husband kept commenting that I hit the lottery with this one!

    Kristin2015-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • The place was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Such a lovely space and what a view! We will be back... My best, Nancy

    Nancy2018-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I decided to skip the hotel for the last two days of our honeymoon and stay here. It was a great choice. The neighborhood has some interesting restaurants and a great wine store. It's close to everything you would want to see in Seattle. And the apartment and view are both beautiful. You should stay here!

    Ben2013-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in more often that I had planned just because this place was so pretty. The view, the windows, everything. So perfect and there were so many helpful hints and maps and thoughtful touches that made it feel so much cooler.

    Morgan2018-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, relaxing, inviting, one-of-a-kind space. Excellent location. A view to swoon over. A terrific host. Clear, easy communication. A place you may never want to leave or will want to return to over and over again.

    Elena2018-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing comfortable Airbnb. Each morning you will be greeted with the beautiful view of the lake and the city. One of the most breathe taking places I have ever stayed at. The host Gillian is very hospitable and answers questions quickly. If you find yourself in Seattle I highly recommend you stay here.

  • Lovely place to stay for trip to seattle.

  • Super good place. Everything is wonderful . Charly and Linnea are very thoughtful . Highly recommend their place. Next time I will still choose them.

    Max2019-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Charly was a great host, we just saw him at the end of our trip during check-out and he was really charming. The place is a little bit old, but really specious. We wanted a hair dryer but couldn't find any, so it doesn't have this kinds of amenities but for the price we got this place, I think it was reasonable.

    Kourosh2018-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • The value for this place was great. It’s a good central location in north Seattle and we had all the privacy we wanted. Definitely recommend!

Watch the flames flicker in the gas fireplace while cozily tucked up in bed. All kinds of fun pieces are on show here, from a carved-wood table and light-up neon screen to abstract canvases. Heated floors are a nice touch in the new bathroom. This fully remodeled basement suite is located walking distance from Queen Anne's best restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores. You are a short drive from Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, Fremont and Ballard. This in-city classic neighborhood is truly in the heart of Seattle.
This is a daylight basement studio apartment with its own separate entrance. We live in the remainder of the house, so you may hear sounds of a family "living" above you. However, we make every effort to be considerate of noise from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Typically, the only complaint we ever get is that during daylight hours a guest periodically hears a running kid above or the faint din of a voice. When booking, please know that you are booking a separate suite in a house with a family living in the rest of the home. If you are a night owl who likes to sleep in, this is not your place. If you are looking for a quiet place to write your thesis during the day, not your place. If the occasional kid running across the floor, bothers you, please choose another listing. Thx!
Take an easy stroll to Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and boutiques. Local favorites include Paragon Bar & Grill and the Americana-themed 5 Spot, while the Kerry Park viewpoint offers great city vistas.
  • You will feel right at home in this cozy and stylish space. With the heated bathroom floors and kitchen space with coffee and breakfast favorites, it’s an easy stay long or short. Also, plenty of restaurants walking distance in the charming Queen Anne neighborhood and a Trader Joe’s, too, because that is always useful.

    Chérie2019-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • Cute place, better than expected even with the pics Scott posted! Location in Queen Anne is hard to beat

    Davis2018-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was perfect! The hip decor felt cozy and relaxing. Especially loved being able to use the fireplace. Felt like a very high end hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was great with Scott. My only complaint is that it smelled heavily of bleach when we first entered, however I appreciate the immaculate cleanliness of the entire place. Was very easy to get to pikes place from here!

    Ashley2018-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great interior design and very clean. This place seems to be pretty booked up with short stays. The host let us know that they had back to back bookings all month and texted me at 0430am the night we were staying there to ask what time we were checking out (even though check out is supposed to be at 11am). We felt very unwelcome.

    Kali2018-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • The Weavers separate-access basement apartment was perfect in every way. My wife raved about the decor and the feel of the place, and it was such a relaxing place to unwind. They even left some seltzer’s and cold waters, and breakfast cereal/oatmeal/coffee. The shower was also great. And the Bed was MAJORLY comfortable. The place was in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to Queen Anne district with lots of shops and restaurants (and a short uber or couple mile walk to downtown Seattle). To top it all off we were lucky enough to bump into the family and they were the friendliest people ever. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area!

    Grant And Kaity2018-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time staying in Queen Anne! The unit was as pictured and in a great location. The bed/linens were very comfortable. The water bottles available to us in the fridge were also a nice touch. We took a ~15 minute walk down to Kerry Park, which I highly recommend for a great view of the skyline. Noise from the main house being above us was not an issue as we were gone during the day.

    Breanna2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is an excellent location. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance of a shopping area where you can grab a bite to eat or amenities from the drug store or a grocery store. It's also within walking distance of a bus line to downtown Seattle. There is a small kitchenette with a toaster, coffee maker and hot plate so you can also make your own meals to save money. It was a perfect, affordable location for exploring Seattle. The host mentions that noise may be a problem during the day, but we didn't notice any bothersome noise at all. (And there is a box of ear plugs provided if you are sensitive to noise.) Highly recommend.

    Pennie2019-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • From booking to check in to our check out, very efficient and excellent communication/directions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. A great place to relax and rest after a full day of exploring Washington but also equally as enjoyable to stay in for a full or partial day. Neighborhood is very safe and beautiful with free street parking and canopies of trees covering the streets. HIGHLY RECCOMEND this space!!

This apartment is located on the lively side of Capitol Hill. The living room has a great view of the city! Though the building is old, the interior of apartment is updated with nice bright wood finishing. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance of apartment. Like most of the city apartment, you will expect to hear slight crowd noise especially in the weekend. However I do provide ear plugs for you who are noise sensitive.
This corner 3rd floor unit has great westward views of downtown and the Space Needle. With over 650 square feet and a full separate bedroom, it's quite spacious. The couch is large and comfy and can be used for the third person to sleep on. The 42 inch Smart TV features Netflix, Hulu and 40+ basic channels. The kitchen is nicely equipped. I provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, cooking oil, and salt and pepper. Some possible items you may find not suitable: 1. There is no elevator in the building. 2. The windows are single pane. So, street and bar crowd noise can be heard. I do provide ear plugs for those who are sensitive to it.
Experience Seattle as a local does. Not only can you enjoy downtown and the sights, which are located within a few blocks of my place, you can live like a local in Capitol Hill. Capitol Hill is where the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Seattle are located. If you're looking to hit the bars, parks or sights or want to try a different coffee shop within a block each day of the week, you've found the right place. I personally enjoy Victrola Coffee, CC'attles bars, and Kedai Makan, a Malaysian restaurant 2 blocks away.
  • James is an incredible proactive and thoughtful host — checks in often with local recommendation, clear helpful details for check in and check out, while leaving you space and privacy during the visit. The space is airy and open with all the practical amenities needed. Thanks again!

  • This is a lovely, spacious apartment located in a great location. James was very helpful during my stay. He sent me all the information I needed for check in as well as recommendations for my stay well before my arrival. The noise outside didn’t bother me at all. Overall had a fantastic visit.

  • This apartment was perfect for our stay in Seattle! It was perfectly situated in the capital hill neighborhood and was an easy walk downtown to tourist spots like Pike Place Market. There were tons of awesome bars and restaurants around in close walking distance and Uber's were easy to get if you want to go to other neighborhoods. James gave us a long list of great recommendations for bars, restaurants, and things to do which was very helpful. We rented a car and it was a little tricky to find free parking but there are some free areas a couple of streets up from the apartment. There was definitely some street noise at night while trying to sleep but they gave us earplugs which helped a lot :)

    Corinne2017-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • I had a blast staying at James' place. Only issue that might be worth noting was the noise outside as it was Labor Day weekend and lots of bars and restaurants in the area, but I still slept like a baby. Great location, super close to all the good restaurants, as well as 15 minutes walking distance from Pike Place Market. The room is quite large, with lots of windows. I would really recommend this place, though I'd like to keep it a secret just for myself. James was an awesome host, and even went out of his way to try to squeeze in an early check in. Thanks so much James!

    Kenji2018-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • James was a great host - very responsive to any questions. The apartment is well located to explore Capitol Hill and walkable to downtown. It was great to be able to spread out and relax - and to watch a beautiful sunset over the mountains. I will note that the bar noise is quite loud. James provides ear plugs. But we found that if we ran the box fan (just placed it under the window pointing away from us) the white noise masked the street noise very well.

  • There needs to be an option for more than 5 stars for the location. It was perfect. Chris was very fast and consistent with messaging and answering any questions that I had. Pictures with instructions were 100% accurate and very easy to understand for getting in to the apartment. Price for the location was amazing. A hotel would directly across the street would have been more expensive. I highly recommend staying with chris

    Ryan2017-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • The place was amazing! While there may not have been a view of anything from the room, I was in Pike's Place Market in under 3 minutes. Great value and I look forward to visiting again. Matt provided clear information and was very communicative.

    Matthew2016-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • It is nice to have access to a refrigerator and stove. However, there is no dining room table. The coach in living room is not comfortable. Bathroom is Large with plenty of walking space. No closet or storage space. Quite noisy if you leave windows open at night for cool air to circulate. There is Freeway & loud traffic noise. Could be dangerous if out late at night.

    Jose2018-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • The place is cozy and the location is unbeatable. The owners have very explicit instructions on how to check in/out and the apartment was really clean and cared for. The view out of the window is nothing to write home about but who cares! You are literally a block away from the water or the market, where you can take way better pics. Awesome experience overall.

    Juan2016-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • This studio is amazing! Just as described. We arrived for a 3 night stay and were so glad we chose this place. It's so close to Pike Place Market, the piers, museums etc. We had no issues at all and communication with Chris was top notch. I would highly recommend this studio and hope to stay here again.

The place is close to the heart of the Greenwood neighborhood with a number of breweries and bars, grocery stores, and cafes all within walking distance. Located near 8th Ave NW, it's a straight shot to into Fremont and Ballard, 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle. Bus line 28 goes directly downtown and stops less than a block away; it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown by bus.
The basement mother-in-law studio is clean with wood floors. There is a small, simply outfitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and toaster. There is no dishwasher so dishes must be washed by hand. The large closet easily accommodates hung clothing and a dresser to unpack into. The house, above on the first floor, is lived in by the host. The studio access is through the backdoor into a shared laundry room and storage space in the basement. The entry way into the studio itself is a separate door and key, and check-in is available 24 hours. This house is in the Greenwood neighborhood, located with access to other sights in Seattle: Pike Place Market: 6.7 miles Space Needle: 6.4 miles Capitol Hill: 6.7 miles Golden Gardens: 1.8 miles Greenlake Park: 2 miles Carkeek Park: 2 miles Fremont: 3.2 miles University of Washington: 4.3 miles Washington State Convention Center: 7.2 miles Ballard: 2.5 miles You'll have access to the laundry machine and dryer 24/7. Wifi is accessible everywhere, including the back yard. There is a briquette charcoal BBQ available for use in the summer. Feel free to make use of the backyard and front yard patio. Chairs, tables, and the BBQ may be stowed away seasonally but are always available upon request. Your apartment is equipped with coffee and various teas. I enjoy sharing knowledge of Greenwood and Seattle. Don't hesitate to ask Tyler or Kristin about the area because we hope to make your stay memorable and unique. If you have down time, we can be found at local watering holes or events (or just chilling on our porch), don't hesitate to see what's up!
The place is close to the heart of the Greenwood neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and every day amenities such as grocery stores and a post office within walking distance. The beer connoisseur would find this neighborhood especially fun because of Naked City Brewery, Chuck's Hop Shop, Flying Bicycle Co-op Brewery, Lantern Brewing, and many other in neighboring Ballard. Located near 8th Ave NW, it's a straight shot to into Fremont and Ballard, 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle. There are many great parks within 2 miles, including urban lakes and saltwater shorelines. Although we don't allow smoking in the apartment, you are welcome to smoke outside as long as debris and butts are cleaned up. We are 2 blocks from Have a Heart pot shop.
  • If you’re planning on spending most of your trip in the REAL downtown of Seattle, I’d suggest renting a car because Uber/LYFT gets pretty expensive from Tyler’s BNB to pikes market/other touristy attractions. In the long run, it’s a cheaper bet. Loved the neighborhood as far as safety, quaintness, friendly, etc.

    Rebekah2018-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Tyler’s place is great! Tyler is also a really cool host, we met him at Chuck’s Hop Shop on the corner and he gave us some really good recommendations for things to do in the area. Right next to the bus stop making it very easy to get downtown without a car. 11/10 would stay here again

    Lewis2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great time staying here. My hosts were very helpful and polite. I had a wonderful stay.

  • Great place! Thanks Tyler

    Scott2017-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely little space. Really loved having a kitchen so we could make breakfast and dinner, saving money on eating out, and allowing us to eat healthier on our trip. Tyler was a great host, and we loved getting to know the chickens (something that swayed us to choose this space). Super convenient location, very close to the bus that runs everywhere we wanted to go.

    Maddie2018-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Tyler's was very accommodating and recommended a great neighbourhood hangout around the corner. All in all a great stay!

  • We loved staying at Justin’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for.

  • A nice and modern space in a lovely neighborhood in Seattle. Justin was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time.

    Elias2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Justin’s place was great. When we arrived there was music to welcome us. There is a clearly warm feeling and aesthetic. The entire place was very functional and comfortable. Justin even had chargers and usb blocks for guests to use. The kitchen was perfectly laid out and it was very convenient for our multi day stay. It’s really as great as it looks!

    Yvette2019-11-12T00:00:00Z

  • This place was the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Seattle! There was a parking spot included which was a huge bonus, because other Airbnb’s actually charge if you want to park your car at their location. I liked the proximity it was to downtown Seattle ~ 10 minutes to Pikes. I also liked how private and safe the area was! The Airbnb itself was gorgeous and private. I felt very cozy during my stay. I will definitely be back!

  • An awesome place! Close to downtown easy transit travel miss Anna provided awesome resources to entertainment and food will definitely come back again!

    Andres2019-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • The location was great and the neighborhood was really fun to walk around with great restaurants. The space is very small, but our host was welcoming and very tidy.

  • Anna’s place was a perfect stay! Walking distance to many restaurants and to the train. Anna was great with communication and getting to her place and settled in was very easy! Thanks again Anna! Kristin Lewis

    Kristin2017-12-14T00:00:00Z
  • Anna is a great host. Very responsive and informative. The location is what you're paying for. Countless little gems around the neighborhood that everyone can appreciate. Room itself is nice and tidy. Don't expect much from the room though. It is just a place to sleep.

    Aver2017-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • This place was exactly what was advertised and exactly what we were looking for. It is a small studio, which was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bad: The mattress sags a bit in the middle and it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, but that is the worst I could say about it. The good: affordable, great location, newish building, host responds quickly, clean, cozy, basic amenities provided (yay for the blow dryer). Wasn’t expecting the tv (limited channels) so that was nice for watching local news when we were in. Never saw any neighbors and noise was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Anna!

    Emily2018-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent location! Nice and cozy would recommend!

    Ray2018-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Anna’s place is small (as the description / reviews state) but cozy. It’s in a great location (~5 min walk to Translink if you’re coming from SeaTac) in Capitol Hill. The bathroom has shampoo / body wash / towels, but bring your own lotion! TV has all local channels but no Netflix / Hulu - WiFi is fast enough to stream on your phone or iPad though! There was a small hiccup in the beginning but Anna was super responsive and came by to fix the issue!! Also, the place has an AC unit (works really well) and fans. 1PM check-in is earlier than other Airbnb’s in the area so that was definitely a plus!

    Kristie2018-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place is smaller than it appears in photos. There is a $20 fine if you get makeup on the white towel provided.

  • Darcy has such a gem of a place! And it has a hairdryer, ladies, I repeat...a hairdryer! Everything about this space was wonderful! Darcy was a fabulous host with quick responses and the staff at the bar below were amazing in recommendations and suggestions for the area. The place is exactly how described, while above a bar, I never found it to be unbearably loud or obnoxious and the location was prime to walk around and explore! It’s a short walk to pike place, the pier and many others! There’s also a sweet Mexican restaurant down the alley with great happy hour! Would definitely stay again!

  • The apartment was great! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and location was perfect. Just a few blocks from the pioneer square station and a nice quick walk to pike place market.

  • This is a nice little place in a busy part of town- lots of tourists and homeless people. I stayed on a Tuesday and it was still loud on the street late at night. If you are a light sleeper, it might not be the place for you. I would recommend parking your car at the 1st and Cherry garage.

    Denise2015-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • This place is just as advertised. Very cute space that is perfect if you're flying in late and don't plan on staying in Seattle very long. I will say that visitors need to be aware of the night club, I forgot about that and they do stay up and party pretty loud. The room is very close to the street so you will hear almost everything going on down below. Other than that, if you're a heavy sleeper, this place is great.

    Lucy2017-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Historic and rustic place. Very cozy little apartment.

    Bryan2016-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, incredible price. Literally overlooking Pioneer Square, and half the cost of any (other) hotels. Easy walking distance to lots of transit options. The building has character, like the step down between the bed and the bathroom. Good selection in the bar downstairs. This is my new favorite place to stay in Seattle.

I love my neighborhood. It's comfortable, friendly, unique, and it's why many people come to Seattle. Downtown is fun and all - Pike's Place, Space Needle, and Shopping. • Very convenient location for any Washington Convention Center events! Great food locales right outside the door!

    Lori2018-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • From the start, Emma was extremely responsive to all of my emails to her. We chose her place because of how central it was to everything. My husband and I walked to the coffee shops, restaurants, and took Uber (would usually take less than 5 minutes) to our designations (pikes place, Columbia tower, mall, etc.). A goody bag was left at the door to welcome us (great touch!). The unit was very clean and open when we walked in. Literally every amenity that we would have needed was left for our convenience. Emma was a great host - I would absolutely stay at the property again in the future. Thanks Emma!

  • I can't say enough good things about this place, the location, and all of the hospitality that James offered.

    Emily2016-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Space was great. Clean, comfortable, and functional. Best of all was the location - steps from all types of food and coffee options. James was very easy to work with. Very responsive and check in/out was very simple and smooth.

    Bryan2016-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Jamea is a great host and the apartment is in a great location for visitors. Excellent communication and details provided about getting to apartment and local food recommendations. James was flexible on check out time and understanding with our late arrival due to transport delays. No problems at all and would certainly recommend!

    Helen2017-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Airbnb app would not let me view my itinerary so I wasn't able to view James' directions for how to get in to the apartment. But I did have an email with his number so I gave him and call and one of his friends helped me out. The communication over text was almost flawless (there are two buildings and I went in the wrong one and had to backtrack). Once inside I was glad I finally arrived. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Location was amazing Decor was very high end and stylish Communication getting in the building, connecting to wifi, and recommending a restaurant was an added bonus when Airbnb was down Cons: Slight odor in the bedroom coming from the closet (smelly shoes) Just a little bit of street noise in the middle of the night Tub did not drain well at all during showers All in all I would consider staying as James' place again in some of the issues were addressed. Part of my frustration during this stay had to do with the checkin process and Airbnb not being able to solve the issue.

    Nick2018-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • James's place is in a great Capitol Hill location--great shops, restaurants, and what turned out to be our favorite vegan ice cream place (Frankie and Jo's--omg!--The long line was worth it every time). The view and ambiance for the rooftop deck was a great spot for the end of each day--cozy seating, fire pits, and perfect temps. James is a great host--well informed, great communicator, and very accommodating. We loved being able to look out of his place and see Mt. Rainer in all its glory. WOW. We highly recommend checking it out. We will definitely be returning to see our daughter who is attending boarding school about 7 blocks down Pike. Thank you, James! The Hill Family

  • James's place is simply awesome! Very conveniently located in Capitol Hill with access to great restaurants and bars. It has everything you need from a beautiful flat screen TV to a washer and dryer and portable AC unit for those rare PNW heat waves. Couldn't recommend it more!

  • John was very helpful and gave several suggestions for things to do and places to see. The space was cozy and perfect for a couple on vacation. The space was very centralized and there were plenty of places to walk to during the day and night. Uber rides were cheap because places were not far from the apartment. We had a great experience. 10/10 would come back!

  • If you are driving, make sure to find a nearby parking lot. John is a friendly guy. He helped us a lot. I would recommend his place as a choice if you are visiting Seattle.

    Haoruo2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Loved staying at John's place! Very clean, near restaurants and bars (but not a loud area which is nice) and amazing views. John always replied right away and the check in process was a breeze! Had a nice little kitchen area which was nice and convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Seattle area.

    Nicole2018-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, close to everything. Easy check in:)

    Sarah2019-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is exactly as described in the profile, but the building is very old and definitely could use some renovations (typical downtown Seattle). The elevator was installed in 1918 with a pull gate, it worked for most of my time there. The greatest thing about this apartment is that it is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to Pike’s Market, the Space Needle and everything in between. There are tons of restaurants right outside your door along with music and good vibes.

  • Our stay at Kevin's apartment in Belltown was perfect! It was our first trip to Seattle, and our first time using Airbnb and Kevin was more than kind and helpful. The location was very conveniently located and the apartment was freshly cleaned! Could not have asked for an easier stay.

    Kelsey2015-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great apartment in a great neighborhood! It was incredibly easy to get to the apartment from the airport and to hop on the bus to get anywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

    Troy2016-04-04T00:00:00Z
  • Cute studio in a great location! It's about a 10 minute walk from Pike Place market, a few steps away from great restaurants and bars.

    Carolina2017-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • Not a family friendly location, or for single women travelers. The night life seemed unsavory on a Monday night

    Amanda2017-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location within walking distance of all local attractions. Kevin was a super host making the stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I would recommend this B&B to my friends and plan on returning for another visit.

Stylish and Chic apartment close to Downtown Seattle! Perfect for a short or long stay for 1-2 guests. Affordable alternative to a hotel. Looking forward to accommodating you!
The location of this studio is only a few minutes away from Capitol Hill, First Hill and Downtown Seattle. Very close walking distance to Seattle transit, the rail station.
  • Great clean beautiful apartment in a safe location. Had a very comfortable stay.

    John2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Frustrating experience overall. Hard to find place since the instructions do not list Sorento. No water in fridge or any snacks. Very basic and disappointing. Unclean. Hair balls on floor and also in bed by feet and on shower wall. Expected to be a lot more welcoming but place was cold upon arrival and could not get heater to work so had to sleep with space heater all night. One socket by bed did not work so phone did not charge. Ice cube tray had dirt inside.

    Sarai2018-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • Cute space with an even better rooftop patio with a view! It was the perfect space for our vacation in Seattle with a streetcar stop across the street. Cozy cafes and a store just a block away.

    Dani2019-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable stay and great location!

    Lily2019-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and so clean! Love the big windows!

    Sarah2019-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • In general the unit shown in the pictures was delivered as promised. The unit is in a transition area between the "nice" and "not so nice" part of town. about 4-6 blocks West or North is a lot cleaner and safer. We stayed here in late August and the temps outside were 75 ish during the day and the unit got pretty warm. The single window let some cool air in but the unit stayed too warm all though the night and it was virtually impossible to sleep soundly with the window open due to sirens every 30 min outside. Lastly the white roller blinds did not keep the unit very dark at night which added to the sleep issues. A decent value for what we paid but most likely wont stay again due to the items listed above. Maybe some earplugs and a sleep mask would help.

    Brad2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean place with a good location! Fun rooftop area with a nice view. Heating didn’t work, but a space heater was provided which was sufficient. Overall good stay!

Nestled between Capitol Hill nightlife, the international district, adjacent to downtown, & surrounded by restaurants, this apartment is the best spot to explore Seattle or settle down for a month. A LEED Platinum building & solar assisted, it's a small apartment of 204sf, set up with a double bed and a bunk bed. Complete with essentials like towels, hair products, and hairdryer. Wifi, microwave, fridge, hotplate. The building is about ecological urban living in the heart of Seattle.
This clean simple 4th floor(no elevator) ergonomic 204 sqft (19sqm) studio Apartment, is all about comfort and sustainability in an urban location and at an affordable price. I do my best to conserve on water, energy and to reduce waste through composting and recycling. Please place your trash and recyclables under the sink, you'll also find a composting bag tied to the sink drain. While it is ideally set up for 2 people, if you want to fit in more than 2 guests, it will be little cramped, just let me know, so I provide everyone with a towel and extra blankets. Furnished with a double below with a green tea mattress. Things you should know -Note: there is only 22 inches clearance between the bunk bed and the ceiling. I have no problems climbing up, but be warned that it is best for agile people who like cozy sleeping areas. -there is only one sink and the kitchen is what you see in the photos. Set up with a hot plate and some basic cooking utensils. If you plan on cooking a lot, let me know and I can set you up with more kitchen gear. -Must climb stairs, the building does not have an elevator 4th floor apartment -strict quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, it’s just not the best sound insulated building. So I have to in-force this. -What it means to be eco, first it starts with a Leed platinum construction. Solar assisted heating and energy production, Rainwater capture, a goal of zero plastic waste(not there yet), reusability as in for instance besides toilet paper we don't use paper towels but rather washable cotton hand towels and low water wash eco bath towels. Everything that can be recycled or composted is, I'd appreciate your help in this by placing these disposable items under the sink in the correct spot eg compost, recycling & trash bags found there.
The place is next to Seattle University. I use the track to run in the mornings. Location is in the Capitol Hill/First Hill neighborhood, which has lots of great restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from downtown (Pike Place Market) and is centrally located in Seattle so it is a quick trip to visit Queen Anne, South Lake Union etc. If you like museums, the apartment is close to the Frye Art Museum which has no entry fee.
  • Fantastic stay! Magic made it so easy to check in and out and the location was great for accessing the downtown happenings. Very central to work in South Seattle and social exploration downtown!

  • As expected. Great location for good value.

    Michael2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great. Squeaky clean. It caught my eye because it’s like a tiny house and that’s all my 5 year old and I needed for our trip. It gets great light. It has chairs that you can position next to the window so you sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning. It has nice little views. There is cheery artwork on the walls (I felt like it called to me because it has art of NY bridges on the walls and those are some of my son’s favorite things). The layout makes for a cute little nook where you can stash your suitcases so it acts as a little closet. It was cold while we were there but the room heats up very nicely. It’s not perfect. It has quirks about it that make it a little awkward. For instance the upper bunk is just too high and close to the ceiling and therefore neither of us slept in it. It’s a tiny bit cramped because the bed is so big but there are only two of us so it’s fine. Also there’s very little surface space in the kitchen and bathroom but we have improvised. It could use some hooks on the walls for coats and also a couple of small shelves. But probably my only pure gripe is that the pillows are kinda cheap. Too soft and lightweight. But they smell clean so there’s that. Magic made getting in the place super easy. He was also super responsive and helpful when I had questions. This place was just what we needed in a cute little package. Definitely recommend.

  • This place was perfect. It was exactly as pictured, clean and super eco-friendly. Magic was an amazing host, he was responsive and very personable. I look forward to staying here again, it's the perfect location to be close to everything in the city. Can't wait to come back!
