The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Located in a hamlet 1.5 km from the village, it is close to leisure places such as the lakes of Saint Agnan and Crescent (less than 15 minutes by car). The towns of Avallon, Saulieu and Vézelay are less than half an hour away. Hiking trails including Santiago de Compostela are plentiful as well as mountain bike trails. It features a shaded garden and private parking. The host lives in the house next door.
