NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unrestricted views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local wood were built completely free of pollutants. A place of letting go, of breathing. With private garden and south-west terrace. The cottage has a large living room with carpenter's kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with spring mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with shower.
