Comfortable 2Zi apartment to be close to the center

Comfy 2-bedroom apartment First floor with sun terrace ,garden area. Wifi Downtown about 5 min. walk, almost the main promenade, train station 15 min. Shopping -Aldi right across the street. Box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + a sleeping couch in the living room (extendable- 140 cm wide) Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob.. Coffee machines (NEspresso and filters )and toaster, dishes, pans, etc. For our little guests there is high chair, travel cot and a small toy box :)

In the living room, there is the large sofa bed, with which the apartment comes to a total of 4 sleeping arrangements. A parking space is available right in front of the house. In just 10 minutes you can walk to Dietzenbach/Steinberg train station with direct connection to Frankfurt and Offenbach. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

The approx. 50 square meter apartment is located in the old town of Dietzenbach and is located on the top floor of the two-story new building. The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is about a 2-minute walk. Surrounded by a few nice and good restaurants as well as two supermarkets. The surroundings are very quiet. The apartment kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils for cooking and there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Beautiful loft by the forest

Enjoy life at this lovingly designed place. The two-room apartment is located in a suburb of Frankfurt with S-Bahn connections. The forest for running and relaxing is right outside the door. The trade fair city of Frankfurt with its museums and cultural activities offers many possibilities for leisure activities. The house is older and therefore the tiles in the apartment have signs of wear and tear.
