Independent outbuilding near the beach

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m. from the beach, 5 minutes from the fair of Rimini and 4 min from the center. It has private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as outdoor space is shared.

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony!
