Today, living in Annecy, the « Little Venise of the Alpes », 30 minutes away from Geneva, I find inspiration in the regional and local products the region has to offer, in order to create an inventive and generous French cuisine. This is why I propose you a day of "cooking and sharing" : a typical French culinary experience. 8:30 am Visit of the local market ( tuesday and friday) in the Old town of Annecy in the heart of the historical district. We will meet the local producers of cheese, fruits and veggies. We will stop in local shops and buy all the necessary ingredients to elaborate the recipes for our meal. 10:30 am Together we will cut, slice, boil, simmer and cook an enjoyable French seasonal lunch. 13:00 pm A table ! Let's eat together at a beautifully dressed table with silverware, crystal, and « Limoges » dishes. A glass of AOC ( origin controlled appellation ) regional wine will be served if you wish. Leaving with the recipes you made, and with great memories of our day, get ready to impress your friends and family back home. Let's get in touch ! FROM 5YO TO 99YO! We can fly together and enjoy the majesty of the mountains and glaciers! From 5yo to 99+yo. The flight duration is around 20mn. We will go and fly together from the Planpraz or Plan de l'Aiguille station. I will explain you everything about the mountains and how to fly in Chamonix. If you want, you can pilot the wing over the valley, and learn the basic of flying. For more adventurous people, we can do accrobatics and have a big adrenaline rush! Under a paraglider there is no fear of height (yes that is true! It is like looking through the window of a plane). No skills are required except running a few steps at the take off. And the landing in the center of Chamonix is very smooth. You can add the option for photos and videos of the flight if you want to keep a great souvenir. Un petit tour dans les vignes entourées de montagnes vous permettra déjà de comprendre l'histoire du domaine et sa façon de conduire ses vignes. La suite de la visite vous conduira dans nos chais où nous vous expliquerons les différentes étapes de vinification et d'élevage. Ensuite, vous découvrirez nos cépages locaux (Jacquère, Altesse, Persan, Mondeuse) et bien d'autres, grâce à une dégustation de notre gamme variée. I propose a photo shoot in the streets of Lyon, but not only, it will be a historical and cultural walk to adapt according to your desires. We will discover the narrow streets of old Lyon and its architectural wonders of the Renaissance, I will guide you through the famous traboules, then we will stroll along the banks of the Saone before reaching the great Cathedral of Saint Jean. This walk will be shaped by portraits in this cozy setting. If you're looking for another atmosphere, we can also meet at the Hôtel-Dieu for a chic and elegant decor, in the Confluence district to discover modern architecture through minimalist portraits, in Part-Dieu for ultra city portraits between buildings, where well in the slopes of the Croix-Rousse rich in street art and with breathtaking views. Durant la visite j’incarnerai en costume d’époque Marie Vignon, jeune bourgeoise catholique ambitieuse qui devient la seconde épouse de François de Bonne de Lesdiguières après 26 ans de relation. De l’hôtel de Lesdiguières jusqu’à la tour de l’Isle vous découvrirez l’influence de mon mari sur l’architecture de la ville qui devient la “Capitale des Alpes”. Je vous raconterai son incroyable ascension, de noble protestant de province au 2ème personnage le plus influent du Royaume de France, sans oublier de vous révéler les rumeurs et péripéties qui rythmeront nos vies entre guerre de religion, scandales liés à notre mariage et histoires de sorcellerie.
