Ideally located 500 m from Germany and 1500 m from Luxembourg. It is a semi-detached stone house of 115 m² habitable, 10 m² of courtyard including 5 m² of terrace and 44 m² of cellar. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Completely refurbished in 2023. Historically, you are in the old customs district.

New apartment in a well-kept environment

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
