In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Welcome to my loft! The apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift, it consists of two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The lounge area is open to the kitchen, it is very pleasant thanks to its many windows. The apartment is located a stone's throw from Place de la Bastille.
