Our apartment is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and the glass of wine in the evening. A parking space is right by the house. Dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee & tea, micro, toaster, soda stream. Bed linens & towels incl. The cozy apartment is very close to the beach (about 90m) and centrally located and was completely renovated in 2021/2022. 2024 the bedroom was renewed again The south-west-facing balcony invites you to spend sunny hours in the afternoon. The 45 sqm apartment offers an ideal holiday destination on the Scharbeutzer beach for 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a sauna which can be used for a fee.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quiet location directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony over the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed.
