Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Wine village between Epernay and Sézanne, ideally located 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes, in the heart of the Coteaux du Petit Morin and at the foot of the Marais de Saint Gond. This cottage has an equipped kitchen, large living room, TV/office lounge, walk-in shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a garden. A jacuzzi with a shower area. No pets allowed.
