A fabulous holiday cottage based in the quiet village of Cheriton, nestled in the North Gower peninsula. The cottage has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and further sleeping space in the upstairs mezzanine, which is accessed by a space saver ladder. The barn also boasts a private garden with patio area and a private Hot Tub.
A lovely self contained holiday cottage which has been newly refurbished. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout. A handmade oak ladder staircase offers access to a mezzanine bedroom above. Exposed oak timber throughout. The holiday cottage has a private garden area and boasts a private hot tub for guests.
The cottage is located at the top of the village which means that there is plenty of peace and quiet, especially at night. The barn is located at the roadside which offers easy access. There is very little road noise though as the road is very quiet at all times. Parking is available next to the barn with gated access onto the road.

  • Beautiful accomodation in such a beautiful part of the world. I went to get away and clear some head space and the holiday here really helped, the hot tub is lovely with a roof for the rainy days. Really appreciate how easy everything was and the privacy the hosts gave me

  • Lovely little cottage. The underfloor heating made it really cozy so it was lovely to return to after cold and windy walks. Some beautiful dog friendly walks from the doorstep and stunning surrounding countryside. Thanks Matt and Lara for a lovely stay

**NEW BOILER FITTED OCT 2019** Our house has been lovingly hand made using reclaimed materials and a unique, inventive design. We have an open fire in the living area to keep you cosy and in the winter evenings Outside we have a large garden space with multiple seating areas and a BBQ for those long summer nights Our home is perfect for a cosy romantic getaway, a catch-up with old friends or for a family treehouse adventure, kidds love it! We allow dogs but charge £10 per dog that stays 😊
Home of the designer builder of the solar showers and recycling ‘Reclaimator’ at Glastonbury from late 1980’s and first ‘Green Gatherings’ Passive solar designed for natural winter heating/summer cooling and a TMSthermalstore Our Beautiful Eco-Home, nestled in the treetops of Three Cliffs Bay, will tantalize your senses and make you feel OH so at home. Hand made from logs and recycled materials - There is love in the walls. Designed to maximise internal space but minimise the external (for energy reasons) – Is truly like an eco ‘tardis’ The house is 4+ bedroom, however not in the conventional sense - Two bedrooms are on upper mezzanines (hence the 4 dbl beds) and the 5th bed is a single in a cozy annexe snug. Be aware that the house is open plan and privacy limited - so if you are all on holiday 'together' as a group - one big family, then Treetops is perfect! Just let the tree trunks and flickering flames from the open fire sparkle the earth pigment lime washed walls to create a timeless atmosphere! Space - I lived here happily with my partner and two kids for many years, and we have even had groups of 10+ people stay. Kitchen - recently refurbished, open-plan so you are all together, with fridge, toaster, kettle and a new oven & hob (2019) - enough equipment to cook up delicious dinners! Bathroom - shower with water heated from solar, wood or gas. Cosy & homely, and perfect to wash the sand off beachy feet. Bedrooms - Two downstairs bedrooms, both sunny and bright, with curved hand carved walls and beautiful wood. Two mezzanines, one alice-in-wonderland, up a spiral staircase, which kids absolutely love. The other over-looking the sitting area, for more responsible monkeys, and a grand view of all that is going on. Outdoor - There is a open patio with a large table, a barbeque, outdoor fire pit, and large outdoor sink..perfect for washing wetsuits! Also surfboard storage, padlock points for bikes (cable type locks needed) and covered places to drip dry wetsuits & clothes. The garden sweeps upwards over terraces, spaces for yoga, apple trees and paths of sea shells. Our home makes a beautiful romantic getaway for couples, wine in hand, logs crackling on the fire and with no disturbances. For families, Treetops is a weird and wonderful adventure house, children love the magic of the mezzanines, the tree trunks running through the house and the excitement of the open fire, more communal than televisions! The open plan space allows for a real sense of togetherness. It is also wonderful for groups of friends meeting to catch up and have a good time! However we must add that we are not the house to use for a wild party as we must respect our neighbours. Sound travels to their house quite easily so noise must be kept to a minimum during the night. I.e. no loud music... Sorry!!
Treetops is more or less as close as you can get by car to Three Cliffs Bay. You can walk to the famous Pennard castle with it's glorious sunset views over the river and beach, within 5 minutes. The beach is then a further ten minutes from there. Around the corner is another beautiful beach, Pobbles. By car you can quickly and easily access all of Gower's award winning beaches. Treetops is on Sandy Lane, famous for it's hippy vibes, open minded and down to earth people, its green spaces and quirky hand built homes. It is a special place, famous to many people, and a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life. An experience in itself! Nearby are farmers markets, the busy fishing village of Mumbles, with many shops, cafe's and restaurants, and the Gower Heritage Centre. Pubs are within walking distance (one only 5 minutes away, perfect!) Padlock points for bikes (cable type locks needed)

  • We had a fabulous one night stay here. The cottage is well designed, the bathroom is huge with funky tiles, large shower and deep bath. Kitchen is well equipped and Gilli leaves a welcome pack of organic bread and beautiful home made marmalade. The hot tub is a huge bonus, we had a sunny soak in the afternoon then back again in the dark to study the stars. The King Arthur is a short walk, good food and lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Gower

Bright and airy coastal house a few minutes walk from the no. 1 beach in the UK! Totally relax with some sea views, spectacular walks in national trust land all around, wonderful secluded beaches accessed across farmland, and a very well equipped, spacious home. This is my own home so not pristine luxury furnishings, rather beach house attire that is robust.
Very bright and spacious with 4 double sized bedrooms (2 King, 2 twin), large open plan sitting room and kitchen diner with Aga style cooker, sea views and very tranquil location. The property is not a commercial let and price at less that £20 per head is designed to reflect that. Meant for fun family relaxation without having to worry about things. If you want 5 star luxury with new furniture then this will not be the place for you.
Outstanding natural beauty with beaches, cliff and hill walks and wild ponies. The whole area is national trust owned to maintain its secluded perfection.
  • We had a wonderful family weekend at Kate's house. It was lovely and warm with sea views and within walking distance of the sea. It was very well equipped and very comfortable. It had a lovely big double room upstairs with sofa's and TV with a view of the sea with onsuite shower and toilet. We would highly recommend staying here.

    Philip2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • The house is far more roomy than I expected. Beautifully clean, spacious, warm, beds very comfortable. Great sea views. Very practical flooring if you have a dog with you. Well positioned for walking the coast path and the local scenery is quite spectacular.

    Lucy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful house with so much space. Everything around is so close with just a short walk to Rhosilli Bay. We will definitely be going back!

    Keith2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful house with perfect glimpses of sea views. Well decorated with cosy touches and a very well equipped kitchen. Cooking on the Aga was an experience in itself! A safe and secure garden for dogs and children. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and countryside walks., plus cafes and museums etc etc. Perfect!

    Dawn2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best, most relaxing time at Kate’s place. The accommodation felt homely, and had the most amazing sea views. It’s situated just a short walk to Rhossili Bay, where you will also find great places to grab a coffee or have a bite to eat. Kate’s place is well equipped, bright and spacious. There were even games to keep the children amused! Highly recommend

  • We are a family of 5 - 3 teenage children + niece, nephew + sons girlfriend joined us too - so 8 adults fitted fine in this house. We have a tradition of going away between Christmas and New Year over the last few years to go for walks and play loads of board games. This house was ideal for this Had a great time. House was a perfect for us size for us. Wife appreciated the well stocked kitchen, I appreciated the location. We all appreciated the warmth of the house. The mattresses were very good quality too (I have a weak back - so often struggle when going away). Overall - perfect fit for our family. Did 3 coastal walks from the house itself without driving and 1 walk with driving about 20 mins. Nice open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen too. Recommend to any family looking for a base in the Gower

    Neil2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely few days over Christmas. The place was really warm with all the home from home comforts and amenities to make a prefect roast dinner! We were fortunate with the weather as it was glorious on Christmas Day. We especially enjoyed our walk to the beach, which is not far at all. We hope to come back and stay in the summer. Xxxx

  • A perfect, cosy stay in the hut - not even storm Dennis could stop us enjoying this lovely spot! It was warm, dry and the most relaxing place to read a book, drink wine and listen to the rain. When the clouds cleared we got a superb night sky to gaze up at. The dogs also made themselves at home and none of us wanted to leave. The only thing to bear in mind is the shower/kitchen is a bit of a walk from the hut but I probably wouldn't mind this in dryer weather! Luckily the toilets are just a few steps away. Would definitely recommend and would love to return and explore the area more in the warmer months.

We planned (unexpectedly) our long weekend during storm Dennis - Jacky very kindly kept us informed regarding the road closures and offered to defer our stay because of the storm. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the log burner kept us and the dog warm throughout the evening. The location of the cottage is perfect as it is close to all the beaches and has nice walk routes right next! Thank you Jacky for our lovely stay!

  • We loved the cottage and were sad to leave. It’s super cosy and was very well set out and equipped for our toddler also. It’s in a lovely peaceful setting surrounded by sheep, countryside and within striking distance of everything in the flower as it was so central. Jacky met us on arrival and had bought us a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch. We had fresh logs for the fire and were made to feel welcome straight away. The cottage is very comfortable and we loved the farm animals and the garden too. We will be back again for sure. Don’t hesitate to book especially if you have kids or just want to get away for a relaxing break.

  • Highly recommend the Old Post office its cosy well maintained and has everything you need..

  • Lovely place - the pictures really don’t do it justice. The place is compact but well done, space is all useable and has everything that you need. Really great location, only a short walk to the beach, hotel and beach house restaurant.

  • The apartment is perfect for either a short break or even longer. Everything is provided inclding hair dryer and microwave . With parking right outside the front door and a 5 min walk to the beach this is a terrific place that I shall return to the next time I'm in the area. 10 out of 10. Well done Debbie and Wyn for the effort you go to for your guests.

My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Enjoy the 1st AONB in UK with the world's 2nd highest tidal rang on the doorstep, and a Gower Ambassador host.
You have a large lounge come dining area with a well equipped kitchen. The sofa changes into a double bed, in addition to the two singles or one Superkingsize-width bed in the bedroom.
A small village beside the beach
  • Good hospitality, great local knowledge, fab location (2 mins from the beach), really recommend 😀

    Emma2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed at the house for a wedding at Oxwich Bay hotel and the local is absolutely perfect. The house itself has everything you could need, a lovely space for a weekend trip. Claire was very helpful and accommodating, couldn't fault a thing

    Jenna2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • This one bedroom (plus sofa bed) cosy annex to Alan and Claire's home is a superb stay. Information beforehand was excellent, especially lots of messages about the status of the area in the middle of storm Dennis just as we were due to arrive. The location on Oxwich bay is perfect. We walked to the stunning Three Cliffs bay and back, with gorgeous light, a rainbow and big skies (small detour for lunch at the Gower Inn). We also took a bus to Rhossili (bus stop two mins from house) and hiked back all along the coastal path, about ten miles. With a stop in the pub in Port Eynon. In Oxwich itself here's a fancy beach house for Michelin starred food, or the Oxwich hotel for a bit lower key but we didn't make it to either. The apartment itself has underfloor heating throughout so it's super cosy. It was lovely to arrive to milk, juice, bread, tea, coffee and two hearty slices of Barabrith! Alan's enthusiasm for the area is infectious, and his knowledge encyclopedic. He even managed to lend us a coat when my son forgot to bring his! All in all, a lovely, homely, comfy stay in a superb location, with lovely hosts. Thank you so much!

    Laura2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Good communication, Claire and Alan seem to care a lot about their guests, I felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend if you're an outside person though there isn't a lot more to Oxwich than the beach/walks, but if that's what you're looking for you've found the place.

    Cormac2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent time at Claire & Alan's, and fantastic orientation chat on arrival. The place was sparkling clean and the location is amazing - a stone's throw from the beach. Plus views over a delicious garden. Thank you for your great hosting A&C! We will be back.

    Alex2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fabulous stay and loved the location for our walking trips along the coast. The house was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend. Was lovely to meet Alan and hear the local tips too! We’ll be back! :)

Spacious 2 bedroom bungalow located in Bay View Park in Oxwich with great views overlooking Cefn Bryn. The bungalow is only a short walk from Oxwich beach and The Oxwich Bay Hotel. It is also very close to other local venues such as Oldwalls, Fairyhill, The King Arthur Hotel and Ocean View Windmill Gower.
2 bedrooms, usually set up as 1 double and 1 twin room but beds can be linked and separated to offer 2 twins or 2 doubles if needed. Lovely bathroom with shower, bright and spacious living/dining room and small kitchen. Patio area with table and chairs overlooking Cefn Bryn and shared grassed area just outside ideal for children to play.
  • A very clean, comfortable and well equipped chalet. Very convenient for the beach. Would definitely recommend to others.

  • Jessica’s place was great. We stayed for one night as we were running a trail run in the area. You can definitely see it would make a perfect place to stay in the summer as you could make the most of the terrace and local beaches. Jessica was really helpful and thorough with her communication.

    Matt2019-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • Really lovely chalet in a great location. Excellent communication from the host. I'm sure we'll be back again someday 😊

    George2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, literally less than a 10 minute walk to the beach / Oxwich Bay Hotel. Relatively easy to find and the Chalet itself is equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. There's only 1 small shop nearby that sells the basic items such as bread/milk/butter as well as fish and chips so I'd definitely recommend bringing some food with you if you dont fancy driving to grab food from a bigger store or eating in the local hotel. Jess made our stay very easy and stress free - you will not be disappointed with this place!

    James2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was a brilliant host. The chalet was in a perfect location for Oxwich Bay. It was very clean with excellent amenities. I will 100% book again for any more trips to the Gower. Thanks Jess

    Di2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely chalet on a peaceful and well maintained site. Very comfortable and clean. Useful selection of books for walking in the Gower and reference books for birds and wild flowers. Plenty of wild flowers in the national nature reserve if you choose to do the circular walk along Oxwich bay and back through the nature reserve. Narrow single car width lane to get to Bayview and to walk down towards the beach. Very helpful folder In the chalet with local information. Chalet had everything we needed and is a home from home. Secluded patio area to enjoy sitting outside. Plenty of hot water and nice hot shower. Beds were comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would love to come back again.

    Sarah2019-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cosy atmosphere and in such good condition! Little touches like shower gel, shower cap and flannel were great, we really enjoyed our stay

    Sarah2019-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely modern interior chalet in an amazing location. Beds and seating are comfortable and there were lovely welcoming touches. Gini responded quickly to queries. My family really enjoyed their stay

    Sally2018-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • A well equipped little house, a short walk from the beach with woods (and hooting owls) on the surrounding slopes. Great!

    Kevin2018-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect chalet for a family beach holiday. Bright, airy and clean, with loads of extra touches - wide range of kitchen utensils, picnic rugs, beach toys, jigsaws, books and DVDs etc. Good use of space, excellent bathroom and constant hot water. Oxwich beach is a flat 5 minute walk, with the chalet being close to the beach path exit. We stayed for a week - some fabulous cycling and cliff walks, Saxon, Viking and medieval remains and good food at the Beach House. Walking distance to Oxwich Bay Hotel, where we were wedding guests. Our only caveat would be that we did not find the sofa or single beds comfortable (perhaps we're a bit bony)

This 18th Century Grade 2 Listed renovated Chapel provides a lovely and airy place for a couple to spend some quality time. The Chapel still contains the stain glass windows along with the pews now being utilised as the wooden floor. The open plan kitchen and living room focus on the vast log burner which blends seamlessly into the mezzanine floor containing a double bed and shower room over looking the vast living room space .
The vast floor space and high ceilings lend Y Chapel to spending time round the vast log burner in the winter months. In the summer months the close proximity to the beautiful beaches of the Gower, most reachable within 15 minutes, means you will want to keep returning to explore the area tome and time again.
A lovely rural setting nestled in the heart of the Gower providing quick access to the many beautiful beaches.

Set in a quiet park with stunning scenery, the chalet is a home from home. It will appeal to walkers, birdwatchers, young families and those wanting to get away from the bustle of every day life. Our bungalow is special because it has a mixed hedge all around giving privacy which many do not. The view from the front is stunning, across to Oxwich and 3 Cliffs Bay, also across Cefn Bryn
Our property is on a beautiful, quiet, well maintained site in the village of Oxwich. 7 minutes from the beach and surrounded by trees and lovely walks. The site is relaxed but safely supervised. Many bungalows are owner occupied with people who have been coming back for over 20 years. Fab for birdwatchers and near a nature reserve.
  • What a lovely, warm welcome awaits when you book into Angela's chalet just minutes from a spectacular beach and nature reserve. Situated on a quiet, well kept site, the chalet has everything you need and more besides. Angela meets you in person to talk through how everything works and you instantly feel like you are visiting much loved family members. You might even get a hug! Angela knew we were bringing our five year old grand-daughter with us and provided books and games for her as well as a magazine and some sweets which she loved. We had a truly lovely stay and didn't want to leave - but all good things must come to an end! Thank you for making us feel so at home in your home.

    Janet2019-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • This was a lovely place to stay, very close to Oxwich bay. The gower area of Wales is the most beautiful area of the UK in my opinion, so we frequently visit the area. I sometimes struggle to feel safe in places and sleep well, but in this chalet I had no problems feeling safe and slept very well. The chalet had enough heaters to keep us toasty and warm through a more rainy stay. Angela loving left us a few edible items which was a lovely touch, and went above and beyond by leaving a card for us congratulating us on our wedding anniversary, very thoughtful, thank you.

    Lauren2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Angela is such a generous and welcoming host. You will have everything you need and more. The cottage is homely and comfortable with lots of outside space and privacy, and a fabulous view of the bay. I could not recommend a stay here more highly.

  • Angela’s chalet is so close to a lovely beach and the chalet park is really peaceful and very safe for children. The chalet is very well equipped and very comfortable. Angela was a great host and had even left a birthday card for my daughter for when we arrived. We had a really good stay and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much Angela xxxxxxx

  • What a perfect holiday chalet, it had everything we needed and more. Beautiful outside space for dining and relaxing with a beautiful sea view. Angela was the perfect host, catering to our ever need and more. I couldn't reccomend enough. Fabulous!

    Samantha2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • We have just returned from a long weekend at Bayview - Angela made us and our spaniel very welcome - she met us on arrival and had even put some fresh strawberries and ice cream in the fridge ready to eat! Angela’s place is very comfortable and is very well equipped with an outstanding power shower! The patio catches the sun pretty much all day and together with the outdoor flowers this was a wonderful spot to be. This is a perfect location for visiting the beach and coastal walks. We highly recommend staying here.

    Jenny2019-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • The second time we have stayed at Angela’s chalet and we had a lovely time again. The weather was lovely and we spent time reading on the terrace, walking the coastal path and being on the beach, which is only a short walk away. A perfect few days away.

    Catherine2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely warm welcome from Angela. She showed us around the accommodation and gave us details of local restaurants and beaches which was really useful. • Loved our stay with Neil! Such a quirky location with stunning views. Neil made our stay feel like we’re old friends! He even taxied me about in the wettest storm ever!! What a guy. Thanks again Neil!!!

  • We loved our stay here, it had everything we needed for one night, and everywhere was within a close driving distance. The King Arthur Hotel and The Beach House at Oxwich Bay were both amazing places to eat out at. And being within such close driving distances of the beaches was great. I'm sure we will be back to visit the Gower again soon and would not hesitate to stay and also recommend Neil's place!

    Lynsey2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely annexe in the heart of the Gower. We saw wild ponies on the marshes as we drove down. Neil and Sally are so hospitable and kind, we really felt like welcomed guests. We had a lovely walk on nearby Oxwich Bay and Neil had plenty of recommendations for eateries etc. He also offered to drive us to our car in the morning if we’d wanted to have a few drinks. The space is clean and comfortable and has everything you need, including a spacious fridge, crockery and a sink for washing up (separate from bathroom). We will be returning, hopefully for longer next time. Thanks for a memorable weekend guys! 😊

  • Such a cosy and comfortable place to stay and a perfect (and quiet) location for exploring the Gower. Neil was really welcoming and we loved having the log burner on a cold evening. Would definitely recommend!

    Briony2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great little spot from which to explore the Gower from. The wood burner does a really good job too. Communication and responsiveness was great. Parking is very easy. Scenic views as soon as you step outside. Definitely recommend for a short stay on the Gower Peninsula.

  • Great place to stay right on the estuary - very comfortable, everything you need, and very clean. Didn’t realise that there were no cooking facilities there, but made no difference really! The hosts were very friendly, we enjoyed a glass of wine in their lovely home, and they were more than happy to help us with taxi firms etc. Very comfortable bed, amazing log burner, plenty of hot water (much appreciated after a long day walking the incredible beaches of the Gower coast, and exploring the castle ruins). Highly recommend this little guest house. And definitely recommend a cwtch from Dot the dog! Thank you both!

    Louise2020-01-26T00:00:00Z

A lovely light & airy studio room with private entrance, ensuite wet room, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Room for a cot if required, or a table and chairs if not. 20 min walk to Three Cliffs bay. Shop & dog friendly pubs within walking distance. A paradise for walkers. So many beautiful walks, including the Wales Coast Path, from the doorstep. Great for surfing, body boarding, open water swimming. Well behaved dogs welcome. Enclosed garden.
Access to shared patio and lawn area. The garden is enclosed so safe for dogs.
We are in the lovely village of Pennard, overlooking the world famous Three Cliffs bay. There are a few shops (including a new fabulous plastic free shop) plus a fantastic cafe at Three Cliffs cafe. Food is also available at Pennard Golf Club and the Southgate pub. The Gower Inn in Parkmill is also within walking distance (though uphill on way home!).
  • Sally is an outstanding and flawless host. She has gone beyond normal expectations in making us feel at home. She had kept things for breakfast which is usually not included in majority of places. Her place was neat and comfortable and we did not feel we were away from home even a little bit. Her house location is excellent with many places to visit at a walking distance ( Pennard Castle, Three Cliffs bay, Pobbles bay, etc) for people who prefer hikes. For people with a car it's like heaven on earth. The Premere shop is at a 4 mins walking distance which has sufficient stock for basic grocery needs. If you do not have a car please keep in mind the bus schedules as the number 14 bus is scheduled only once per hour. We will definitely be back!

  • This place is perfect! Such a cute little annex with lovely extra touches like fresh fruit and orange juice! It’s the perfect spot to explore the Gower and we could even relax and enjoy Netflix! I haven’t been here since I was a little girl and this place did not disappoint! I would highly recommend staying here! Sally was really lovely throughout the whole process and extremely helpful! 👍🏼

  • I enjoyed my stay in Sally’s comfortable room, the breakfast was delicious and the hot shower very welcome after a days walking. But the best thing about this place is its location 5 mins walk away from the coast path with coffee shop/ pub nearby too. Sally was very helpful with local information and I sorted myself out walking along the coast and catching a bus back.

    Jane2019-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • This annex is everything it describes. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped .Sally cannot do enough for you and is very thoughtful. The breakfast was lovely. Sally left cereal ,bread and jams and even fresh fruit. There was orange juice ,tea, coffee and plenty of milk. Would definitely recommend, you wont be disappointed. Nigel and Denise

  • Sally's annexe was perfect for our trip. It had everything we could possibly need - fridge, microwave, wet room, towels and even Netflix! It's an ideal location if you want to explore three cliffs bay, only 5 minutes away by car. Sally was a great host, really friendly and quick to respond.

WE ACCEPT PETS The Gower peninsular was the first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty fifty years ago. Twenty miles long by five wide it provides some of the most spectacular land and seascapes in Great Britain. Inspiration for generations of artists and poets, the location is ideal for beach holidays, golfing, surfing, diving, fishing and walking.
The chalet is a five minute walk from the beautiful Oxwich Beach, which was once voted to be in the top ten beaches in the world. There are excellent birdwatching sites at Llanridian Sands, Burry Holmes, Penclawdd and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre on the north side of the Loughor Estuary. There are also many cycle trails, horse riding, surfing and boating opportunities. There is a shop adjacent to the beach car park and food available at the Oxwich Bay Hotel and the Beach Hut Restaurant. There are numerous traditional and modern attractions available on Gower or in nearby Swansea and Mumbles. The chalet is situated on South Gower in the spacious and well-maintained Oxwich Leisure Park, within a 300m walk of the spectacular beach at Oxwich Bay. It is fully furnished with modern facilities to a high standard and has views over Cefn Bryn and Oxwich Nature Reserve to the rear. The fully cavity wall insulated and uPVC double glazed accommodation includes an open plan lounge/diner with bed settee. Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, microwave, and fridge freezer. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, towel rail and spin dryer. There is a patio area with garden furniture ideal for barbeques. Colour TV with DVD/CD/Radio Player: Duvets and Pillows: Reserved Parking: Electric Heating in all rooms: Small Pet Allowed: Strictly Non-Smoking. Excellent food is available at reasonable prices in the Oxwich Bay Hotel on the beach.
  • Bob's chalet at Oxwych Bay was so comfortable and welcoming. It is on a peaceful relaxing site beautifully maintained with cut lawns , surrounded by trees and views. Bob's chalet was so comfortable and well equipped and surrounded by flowering shrubs. The patio was great for sitting out on for our meals. We loved that we could walk down to the lovely Oxwych Bay. A great relaxing holiday, thank you.

  • The chalet is in a perfect location for visiting the whole of the Gower and minutes walk from Oxwich beach. I stayed with my husband and 2 teenage girls and our dog and we had everything we needed for our stay. The beaches in the area are stunning and are dog friendly even in high summer which was ideal for us. The chalet park was quiet and well kept and other visitors were very friendly. I would suggest taking supplies with you as the shop in Oxwich is somewhat expensive but meals at the nearby hotel are reasonable and I would also recommend the King Arthur at Reynoldston for food and a great pub atmosphere. We would definitely love to return to this chalet as it represents great value in such a stunning area

  • Wonderful stay with a very warm welcome, thank you very much again!!

  • Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed! Marshmallow Cottage is a modern, sparkling clean, well laid-out home where the hosts have thought of everything. And they not only allow, but welcome dogs. You might think a dog-friendly place would be sub-par in terms of cleanliness or amenities, but that’s not the case here. There was water waiting for us along with dog treats when we arrived. For us humans, we were greeted with Prosecco and chocolates. Everything felt new and clean! The large windows provide bright light and an open, spacious feeling. The design of the place is terrific! The electric fireplace really creates a wonderful ambience, and the kitchen was easy to use. There’s even a shed/mudroom accessed by the wooden deck out back. Water pressure is excellent, and the overwhelming sense is that the place is lovingly tended with incredible attention to detail. It’s about a 5-10 min walk to the beach. We hiked a few times each day. Great for dogs! And finally, I cannot say enough about our hosts!!! Our van broke down in Swansea on the day we arrived, and our hosts actually picked us up (dog and all), and dropped us at the Cottage. The dog was barking all the way back due to being in the car all day, and Julia was so patient and nice about it. I will be eternally grateful for that. She even drove us to the beach as soon as we arrived to let the dog get a little exercise while there was still light. Julia and Chris checked in on us throughout the stay due to a horrific storm, and we felt very safe as a result. This place is truly a gem, as are the hosts. They are listed as “Superhosts,” but I would put them in another, higher category—“Uber-Super?” “Super-Duper?” In any case, it all turned out to be a fantastic trip, thanks to our hosts. We will return!!!

  • We had a brilliant stay at the bungalow. An immaculately clean home a few minutes walk from Oxwich beach which our dog loved! Great position to explore the rest of the coast around the Gower. Julia met us on arrival and was really welcoming, we were really touched by the thoughtful extras. She was also flexible with check in/check out times and allowed us to stay longer on our departure day which was great. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

    Emily2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Marshmellow Cottage is one of the nicest places we’ve rented on the Gower, and we’ve rented a lot over the last 10 years! Julie has thought of everything. The location is excellent, private and quite, but still within walking distance of Oxwich Bay. The accommodation is 5 star and we will definitely like to return for another stay in the future.

    Sarah2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely weekend stay at Julia’s cottage. Had everything we needed including milk when we arrived which was lovely after long journey. Lots to do, drove to the mumbles which was only a short journey and saw the amazing gower beaches. Highly recommend the Britannia inn for food, the pie was incredible! Cottage is really nicely decorated and comfy beds.

    Sally2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely place, we very much enjoyed our two night stay. Julia was a wonderful host and everything you could possibly need is there, even buckets and spades for the beach :-). Marshmallow cottage is very comfortable, clean and in great location, we'd highly recommend.

  • Lovely spacious cottage, very warm and welcoming. Can’t fault it in any way and we would love to be back. Definitely worth recommending it to anyone, friends and family.

  • Maybe our favourite Airbnb stay so far. Julie and Chris were amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The cottage is amazing - literally everything up could possibly need is there and it is such a beautiful space. And less than five minutes’ walk to the beach AND a Michelin started restaurant. Perfect!!

Self contained one up one down cottage Light and airy and well equipped 5 minute walk to Mewslade Beach and perfect for walking the Wales Coast path A perfect get away for peace and quiet in the heart of Gower Wood burner with first basket of logs provided, further logs at a small additional cost
A unique cottage with all home comforts but with a rural location
  • A wonderfully snug little cottage which is perfect for two people in a wonderful location for the coast path. There is a delightful garden for sitting in when the weather permits. The the cottage has all the amenities you would expect and the woodburner is a wonderful bonus and makes it all so cosy. I love the way space has been so cleverly used and it is such a relaxing place that I really did not want to leave!

  • Wonderful place to escape to for a few days. The cottage is perfectly located for walks along the coastal path and beach and there is a pub within walking distance (10 mins). The cottage itself is lovely and cosy, the space works so well and had everything we needed. Thank you, Kate!

    Lizzie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Warm, cosy, cute cottage with a beautiful view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay! Kate was very communicative and met me on arrival to show me around. We look forward to returning in the summer months.

    Thomas2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • I had spotted this little cottage whilst out on a walk on a previous Gower break and I had kept their business card, pleased to see it was suitable for 1-2 people (I have found in the past that most self-catering accommodation sleeps 4+ and is therefore priced accordingly). It is a lovely little cottage, small in size but cosy, with a warm rustic feel to it, comfortable and well designed, as well as thoroughly equipped. The wood burning stove is very enjoyable in the evenings (a must for me when I select accommodation) and the south facing garden, with table and chairs, is perfect when the sun comes out. The digital radio was a pleasant surprise and so was the extensive library of books and DVDs. The location is superb, with one of the most beautiful stretches of the coastal path just at the bottom of the field. The Middleton bus stop is just a few steps away, making it very easy to reach this cottage on public transport. Rhossili with its stunning beach and the Worm's Head pub, for a pint with breathtaking views, are also easy to reach on foot. A pretty detour on a footpath across the fields makes a pleasant 20 minute walk to the village, off the paved road. Owners Kate and Steve are very welcoming, as is their little dog Djenko. I make regular visits to the Gower, as I love walking in the area, and this little cottage makes a perfect base. Thank you!

    Nico2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect place for going down to an amazing beach and for the coastal path. We could not have stayed somewhere nicer!

    Elizabeth2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cosy, lovely little place! Ours hosts were very friendly and helpful - including their very cute little dog Jango! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. A short walk from Rhossili Bay and a 10 min drive from a great pub - The King Arthur - that Kate recommended to us.

Beynon Cottage is a luxury seaside retreat, newly built in April 2011, to a high standard. It sleeps 4 in comfort, and is situated in the heart of Port Eynon village just a two minute level walk to Port Eynon's award winning sheltered, south facing, blue flag beach. Beynon Cottage is a 7-minute drive from the Michelin-starred restaurant The Beach House at Oxwich.
The cottage is named after one Philip Beynon, Master Mariner, who lived on the site of the cottage in the 19th Century. Port Eynon is a Conservation village with a simplistic quality and style of house, typified by white-washed walls and slate roofs. Once occupied by mariners, oyster fishermen, and quarrymen, the village is now a holiday destination flourishing amidst a truly magnificent coastline and some outstandingly beautiful countryside.
Port Eynon is the most southerly point on the Gower peninsula and is steeped in history and intrigue. The Gower was the very first part of the UK to be dedicated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with all of its beautiful beaches, stunning scenery and renowned coastline within easy reach of Port Eynon, itself a dedicated Conservation Area village.
  • Ideal location to explore the area, walks from the doorstep and added bonus of a pub just around the corner. Well equipped cottage with everything you could need

  • Lovely short break in the Gower. The cottage was very clean and well equipped - we enjoyed the welsh cakes and milk left for us. Good communication and easy check in. There are walks from the door - pub is a short distance away and the beach as well as the cottage is in a good location for exploring the Gower. Would consider booking again!

    Helen2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • A great little cottage in a fabulous location from which to explore the Gower. Rhossili Bay is stunningly beautiful but so too is the walk to Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable with some nice touches. We would absolutely recommend cottage Beynon to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the world.

  • Beynon Cottage is a delightful place to stay to enjoy the wonderful Gower Peninsula. Perfectly located on a village lane 1 minute walk from the beach and round the corner from the Ship Inn. As Gower was the UK’s first designated area of outstanding natural beauty, you will find an abundance of beaches, woodlands and marshlands. Some of our personal favourites are Mill Wood, Three Cliffs Bay and Rhossili Bay, yet there are many more hidden gems that I hope you get time to explore during your stay. For walkers there’s the Gower coastal path which forms part of the links with the Wales Coast Path, covering the whole of Wales’ 870 miles of coast. Please find below a list of other local attractions that we can recommend: • Gower Coast Adventures • Oxwich Water Sports • Oxwich Castle • The Bird Hide, Oxwich (hidden just off the beach car park entrance) • The Gower Heritage Centre, Parkmill • LC, Swansea • The Waterfront Museum, Swansea • Oystermouth Castle, Mumbles • King Arthur’s Stone, Reynoldston • The Worm’s Head, Rhossili
  • The location is great for coastal path walks and beaches. Just make sure you stock up on food there are not any local shops open in the week

A delightful stone cottage we call the Stable. The house was build in the 1700’s, just perched above the village green. Our holiday accommodation boasts spectacular estuary sea views. We are located just 100m from two dog friendly country pubs. Llanrhidian Marsh is part of the Welsh Coastal Path, ideal for walkers. Adjcent to our home is the local church. Our holiday accommodation is ideally positioned in Gower close to wedding venues and for holidaying by the seaside. NO EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES.
The Space. A small but unique country style two floor open plan self catering cottage, with a double ensuite bedroom. The lower floor has a living area with a kitchenette. Includes: (Portable oven, 2 stove cooking elements. A microwave, Tefal chip fryer. Plus a toaster, kettle and fridge.) We also provide complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Plus a cereal pack. N.B the ensuite shower & toilet is to be shared by all guests. There is a TV with DVD player. We have a selection of DVDs, plus a small library of books. There is an electric fireplace with steam effect flames. Parking. We try to keep a space free just outside our house. Although we do appreciate that 1 Space is kept free for our neighbour who drives a grey volvo. He parks near his house opposite. However it can be busy with weddings so if you are struggling to park then please let me know and I can arrange a space at the rear of our cottage to park. Dogs. Dogs are very welcome to stay free of charge. Max 2. Dogs are not to be left alone at the property. Guest privacy. We respect guests privacy and please make yourselves at home. Soon as you have your front door key you are free to come and go as you please. In the late summer evenings its lovely to sit outside on the garden furniture looking out at the estuary sea views. If you require any further information and tips of local knowledge then please drop us a text on the airbnb app. Alternatively you can knock on our door. We are very friendly and we always enjoy meeting our guests.
Some people miss out on magical places because they head straight for the beaches and who can blame them. However Llanrhdian village has some amazing senary that attracts walkers from near and far. Weobley Castle is easy reachable from Llanrhdian, just a 30 to 40 minute walk along the Welsh Coastal Path. And finally not forgetting the Dolphin Inn beer garden, one of the best beers gardens on Gower.
  • This is the first time we stayed at this accommodation. We booked for one night with the intention to explore the local area. The accommodation was in an ideal location for exploring the local beaches and sights. It was around 10 minutes away from the Three Cliffs Bay and Whiteford Beach. The accommodation itself was easily big enough for two people and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We went to The Welcome Inn (which was a stone throw away) for dinner. They served typical pub grub which was nice but a little pricey. Overall we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Thank you!

    Lauren2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely Airbnb, would highly recommend. The cottage was spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated. Communication from the hosts was excellent as well.

  • Great place to stay.

    Ruth2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The stable was a perfect size for two in an ideal location and the fact you can take your dog was a massive factor in choosing this accommodation. The hosts provide thoughtful little touches like a highlighted map of things to see, cereals, proper coffee, milk and welsh cakes. It was super clean and everything clear and easy to use. Don't panic when you can't see a hob or oven as these are portable to use if you want to cook, however there are two great pubs within an easy walk which are dog friendly too so eating out is an easy option.

    Tansy2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • A sparkling clean and well designed little cottage with a nice garden space which would be nice in the summer! We did miss not having an oven, but would cater with that in mind next time!

We came to the Gower for a wedding at Oldwalls and Christine's place was perfect - clean and homely, with beautiful views of the hills and a bus stop right outside to get back to Swansea station. Christine made a delicious cooked breakfast both mornings and was incredibly kind and helpful when our taxi for the wedding didn't arrive in time. Would love to come again to see more of the area!

  • Absolutely ideal for our weekend in the Gower. Friendly communications with Richard, easy to find and access via the key safe. Weather wasn’t in our side this time but not to worry as the heaters kept us toasty warm.

  • A very clean and well equipped cottage. I would recommend this accommodation to family and friends

    David2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is clean and well presented. It has everything you might need. We stayed here with our two children (3 years and 3 months) and our collie dog. We went off season at the end of September and the holiday village was lovely and quiet. The soft play is good and clean and the play park is ok for toddlers. We didn’t go swimming in the pool on site so can’t comment on that. The nearest beach Port Eynon is sandy and pretty and Rhossili only 10 minutes away is stunning. The weather wasn’t on our side but we still enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a bath and a shower. The shower is lovely and warm. The water for the bath stays hot enough for one bath and then probably needs to heat up again. There are lots of spare blankets. All the kitchen appliances work well and the kitchen has everything you need including cleaning products such as washing up liquid. The tv is easy to work and has cbeebies and normal channels. It was torrential rain one of the nights we were there and the kitchen and bathroom windows leaked. However, we mentioned to the owners and they are aware and the windows are being replaced soon. The owners were easy to communicate with replying promptly and let us know we could get into the cottage early too as it was ready for us. They left amazing touches too to make us feel welcome, a welcome message and some beverages in the fridge. Very thoughtful hosts. The beds were comfy. It was very easy to stay here and we would stay here again if we were to visit this part of Wales again.

  • Very nice place to spend time in this special place of nature. The amazing beaches make this area very desirable so it’s pricey. With small kids the ultimate joker is the free heated indoor pool and hot tub that is only a minute away. The pool is really warm and the hot tub is hot. So we spent every morning there and went to the beaches after lunch. The house is very roomy for it’s size. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The fake fireplace makes it cozy and dry on rainy days. The kitchen window occasionally offers the view to rugby training or a game and sunshine when it’s out. As the location is at the almost end of the Gower peninsula it is not ideal to explore other parts of Wales as there are only backcountry roads leading to it. Getting to three cliffs bay alone takes 20 minutes. Swansea is 35 minutes away. But there is world famous Rhossili beach around the corner and the whole coastline is absolutely breathtaking and every day offers a different walk.

  • A beautifully presented little bungalow, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and in a great location for exploring the Gower. The kids loved the swimming and there were lots of other families on the site so they had other children to play with. Rich and Sue were perfect hosts - communicated really well and left little extra touches which were really appreciated. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

    Naomi2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely house, spotlessly clean and stylish. We had a great stay, the pool and soft play were really convenient, the area is stunning with some fabulous beaches just a short drive away. Comfy beds and everything we needed on hand.

  • Spacious chalet, great amenities comfortable beds lovely hot water, 2 miles from the nearest beach and pub. Great walking in the area and peaceful. Swimming pool and jacuzzi an extra bonus.

We are situated in a lovely village only a ten minute walk to the famous Three Cliffs Bay on the Gower Peninsula. Our cosy flat is ideal for golfers as we are only a five minute walk to Pennard Golf Club. There are several eating places in the village again all within walking distance. There are limited cooking facilities ie: no stove, but there is a microwave and toaster for light cooking, also cereals, milk and preserves. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The village is extremely welcoming. Lovely coffee shops with home made delicacies, one specialising in organic treats. There is a also pub in the village that provides good home cooked meals and a golf club that is open to the public for meals in their bar or restaurant, all within walking distance.
  • Nice cosy flat in a great location for exploring the gower, welcoming hosts

  • Fabulous location for Three Cliffs Bay and amazing cliff walks. The amenities are great and excellent value for money. It is like having your own little self contained flat and perfect if you don't want to eat out. I would highly recommend a stay here.

  • What a beautiful flat, hosts were fantastic and made us feel very comfortable, I stayed with my mum and 7 month old daughter and the bedroom fitted a travel cot in between perfectly. Lovely touches of homemade bread and jams and milk and butter in the fridge on arrival. Would definitely recommend and only a short walk to the outstanding view of the three cliffs. Location was perfect & will be booking next year again! .

  • Drop Anchor is the best apartment we have rented through Airbnb. The location was ideal, close to excellent walking and beaches. The place was clean and comfortable with a nice patio area. The WiFi worked really well and despite there being no hob for cooking , we managed to self-cater for most of our stay. Access was easy and we had a great deal of privacy with our own door. Jackie and John were most pleasant and helpful hosts, friendly and anxious to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended!

  • A great location - a short walk from the beach. Well equipped, great value and Valmir was helpful and responsive. We loved our stay.

    Andrew2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Peaceful location and a short walk down a quiet lane to the beautiful beach. The chalet is fairly small but it is comfortable and clean and was very well equipped and there is lots of storage space in the bedrooms. For the four of us for a 3 night stay it was spacious enough. I particularly liked the fact lots of the switches were labelled so it was really quick to settle in and feel at home. Valmir responded to a little problem we had during our stay really promptly which we appreciated. Make sure you explore the nature reserve sand dunes adjoining the beach for an abundance of butterflies and wild ponies.

    Samantha2019-08-20T00:00:00Z

The farmhouse which, was built in the 19th century stands in a walled garden , near the village of Rhossilli. The location is peaceful and idyllically rural. The farmhouse is a ten minute walk through unspoilt countryside to Mewslade Bay, one of the most picturesque and secluded beaches in Gower.
Lower Pitton Farmhouse offers outstanding self-catering accommodation. This spacious property has everything for a relaxing holiday in Gower. This booking is for a bedroom with two single beds. The room also has wardrobe. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests should provide their own beach towels if needed. There is no kettle or tv in the room but these can be located in the shared part of the house as described further below. The farmhouse has 4 other bedrooms that are also on offer to rent and can be found as different listings on airbnb. I do not over fill the house and like a sensible number booked in to allow max comfort. I usually allow 3 rooms to be booked at any one time to allow each room to have there own private bathroom. THE SHARED PART OF THE HOUSE: The interior comprises of a large hallway, large utility room, kitchen with a table that can seat 16 people, two lounges one with open fire and the other with wood burner. That I can light if required. There is a lighting charge. There are three bathrooms each consisting of a toilet, a hand basins, two bathrooms have showers only one bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is a fully furnished kitchen that you can use but you must clean up after yourself and put everything away after use. There will be complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pans, crockery and cutlery you would expect. The electrical appliances include a cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers. There is also a washing machine if required but again there is a charge to use this. The kitchen and conservatory have Wi-Fi. There is central heating throughout the house and a space to store bikes, canoes, surfboards etc. The farmhouse is set in a beautiful large country garden with sun decking, BBQ area with an outdoor table and chairs. The upper garden is flat perfect for garden games such as boules, badminton and football or for just chilling and relaxing.
  • Yes I’d recommend Mark. He is honest about air bnb and the place was great. Also Wales is a beautiful country which should never go missed

    Nathan2019-12-12T00:00:00Z

  • Perfect hospitality, spotlessly clean and a great location to tour the Gower peninsula from.

    Mark2019-10-31T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic family run bed and breakfast, or Airbnb depending on how you book. The owners are a friendly and very welcoming. The location on the south west end of the Gower is ideal for accessing the coast as well as further in land. Its peaceful but not isolated. Phone signal can be hit and miss, but the farmhouse has WiFi. The farmhouse is warm and clean. The rooms are well appointed and the shared facilities are clean and tidy. Pleasingly, the water pressure in the shower is really good

    Eliot2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Mark is an exceptional host; he literally saved my friend and I by guessing where we might be in a torrential down pour and offering us a lift back. It could not have been more appreciated by us both! The farm house is lovely; there are several rooms and we shared with some other friendly guests which was good fun. It was great to be able to cook there too. It's a short walk down to a beautiful beach and the coast path and Mark gave us directions and tips. I'd definitely book here if you are coming up to the Gower, and we will certainly be back!

    Sarah2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • The location is fantastic; a short walk to the spectacular Mewslade Bay and 1km from the stunning Rhossilli with its incredible sandy beach and stunning Worms Head nearby. The place was spotless, peaceful and practical. Mark was an attentive host.

  • Lovely clean, comfortable bungalow with everything we needed. The site is well kept and quiet with a nice heated pool, soft play and games room - great for families. Local shop was handy but a bit pricey! Excellent location with lots of beautiful beaches nearby as well as plenty of nice places to eat out. Marina was always easy to contact and replied quickly. There was a problem with the toilet which was resolved very quickly. Thanks for a great holiday!

  • Great location for exploring the Gower. The chalet was comfortable and as described.

    Nick2018-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • You’ll receive a warm welcome to this clean, but small accommodation. We would have liked a dishwasher and washing machine, but there is a laundry room on site. If you are looking for value accommodation with no frills but with most things you need and that accepts dogs - this is great. We had a lovely stay in the Gower with this as our base. Marina is lovely and there is free use of the swimming pool on site.

    Helen2018-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great week at this holiday bungalow with a wonderful on site pub playing bingo twice a week and onsite swimming pool and pay to use tumble town soft play for little ones there is a laundrette and fish and chips and a local shop all very helpful and decent. Petrol station not to far up the road. Plenty of fab beaches and places to visit with the children a great stay for us thank you !!

  • Bungalow was spotless, spacious, comfortable. Site is peaceful at all times, great for relaxing. Close to 3 beaches, all within 5 to 15 minutes drive. (Port Eynon, Rhossili Bay & Oxwich Bay) All beds made up. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar all supplied so you can make a cuppa as soon as you arrive. Hand towel, and bath towel supplied. Marina the host is quick to respond to any questions before and during your stay. She met us at the Bungalow, showed us around and told us everything we needed to know like how to turn on the hot water and shower, etc. Highly recommended - hoping to stay again in the future.

    Nikki2018-07-24T00:00:00Z

Couldn't fault the accommodation and brilliant location out of the back gate and straight on to lovely walks. We walked to the pub in Pennard across the golf course which was nice for pub food. Also went for walks at Port Eynon and found a very lovely pub there too. The Gower Inn on the main road wasn't too our tastes but the Cafe at Three Cliffs Bay was amazing!! All in all a lovely base to explore the Gower Penninsula.

  • Thanks for a lovely stay and warm welcome Amanda and Jeff. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cosy. We loved the walk to three cliffs bay through the garden gate with our dog . A lovely circular route, past pennard castle, down to the beach, over the river and down to three cliffs and the sea front, then along the coast to three cliffs cafe ( seating mostly outside with a dog, with lots of gf , veggie/vegan options and yummy cakes) then Southgate county club ( dog treats and warm welcome) on the return. Nice and relaxing to return to a warm clean apartment ( in February) which had everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the provision of herbal teas, ground coffee and cooking oil/condiments. We look forward to visiting again. Mary
