Apartment to feel good in the heart of old city

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Comfortable and furnished to feel good. Restaurants, cafes are right outside the house door, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible in about 15 minutes by train by train. Bikes can be stored in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio with 160 cm queen size bed, small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. From the window you see the Neckar, within a few minutes you can walk to the main sights of Heidelberg. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. I won`t be there to greet you - the key will be left in a key safe at the door. But you can always reach me on Whats App. The apartment is not suitable for kids.

Very close to the Neckar you can live in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes walk away. Next to the bedroom there is a kitchen and a shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two working or guest rooms, which we mainly use during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the window!!
