At equal distance from Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and the fashion boutiques of Sevres Babylon, on the 3rd floor of the elevator, very bright, located on a quiet street and on an old convent garden. Completely renovated in 2018 it was treated as a charming junior suite hotel. All equipment is new. Designer furniture in the living room, large TV screen and beautiful antique fireplace. Room with large dressing room , new king size bed. Bathroom and kitchen equipped with new equipment.

Very Bright Appartment in the 15th arrondissement

The apt in located in the 15th arr of paris, near metro Convention.It is in a nice parisian 19th century building, at the 4th floor with elevetor. The living room is very well orientated and offer a great daylight through all the day. The apt has been renovated and kitchen and furnitures are made to measure furnitures so it requires some care and guests who can both appreciate and take good care of it. Great choices of cafes, very good bakeries and food stores just down the street, welcome.

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage. Mon appartement est chaleureux, bien situé et complètement équipé, comme le montrent les photos. De plus, emplacement gratuit dans le parking souterrain de l'immeuble sur demande.
