It is a renovated apartment next to the Roman Circus/Hippodrome. Easy to park on the same street. 60 m2 overlooking the Roman Circus. Living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Very bright, focused to the south. Cozy and comfortable without noise. Two large plasma TVs in living room and large bedroom. Air conditioning and heating in rooms and living room. All equipped, 10 minutes walk from the center and other monuments. Wifi with cable TV. It is a 2nd floor WITH NO ELEVATOR.

cosy well-equipped village home facing a garden with a large variety of plants, where a well and a garden bench engraved with antique tiles are prominent features.
