On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. Tranquil tiny home in the country. Close to I-40.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
