Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

The tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. At 160 square feet, the little cottage is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo/a traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Note that it is very very small. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.
