The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. We have lived in Venice for 15 years and have a hand book in the house which includes our favourite places to eat, drink and see. We hope that you will come and love the city as much as we do.

As you lean over of the many balconies, you will feel as if you were flying above Venice. A stunning view sweeps round you, a panorama from St Mark’s Campanile to the Molino Stucky, and to the ships anchored in the harbour below. The silence is broken only by the seagulls’ cries and the chiming of church bells. The apartment nestles between Campo San Barnaba and the Accademia Bridge, not far from the 18th-century palace of Ca’ Rezzonico where the ferry stops.
