There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.

The living room has a pull-down double bed, Smart TV + Sky Sports, and a selection of books and board games. The patio has a table, two chairs, a daybed in the summer months, & optional hot tub.
