Completamente renovada e situada bem perto do centro histórico, conhecido pelas muralhas, pelas igrejas e museus, bem como os optimos restaurantes e bares. Está localizada numa rua calma e com estacionamento. A casa é composta por sala, quarto, wc, cozinha totalmente equipada e pátio onde podem disfrutar de uma deslumbrante vista para a piscina e tomar fantásticos banhos de sol. :) Composto por uma espaçosa sala de estar com sofá-cama e cadeira de baloiço, TV com canais por cabo e NETFLIX, Wi-FI grátis, diversos jogos de tabuleiro e coluna portátil de som. Very centrally located studio flat, in the heart of Lagos, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and the great Lagos night life. A huge terrace with sunshine all year round. Suitable for young people, as in the months of May, June, July, Aug., Setp. and October gets very lively, not appropriate for those seeking for a quiet time. Earplugs are recommendable. The studio is on a 3rd floor of an ordinary 30 years old building. You will be miggling with the locals.

My place is close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and local commerce. You’ll love it because of the location, outdoor space, and ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with small kids). The location is great: only a 10-minute walk from the old town center (Porta d'Armas), and 8 minutes from the beautiful D. Ana, Camilo & Porto de Mós 'postcard perfect' beaches. A magical cottage with a private patio in the heart of the walled old town – seconds away from all the fun, food and shopping and only 10 minutes to the nearest beach, but tucked away on a quiet cobbled street. I bought the cottage as a ruin in 2016 and have lovingly refurbished it using local craftsmen and materials. I hope you enjoy the transformation as much as I do!
