Gorgeous cool luxurious space near Truist Park

This beautiful studio house in the heart of Smyrna, 5 minutes from Truist Park and 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta is filled with mostly local art. When you walk in the front door it feels lush and welcoming. There are lots of little details that will make you comfortable from the coffee bar, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, beautiful art everywhere and full kitchen. My hope is that you'll feel relaxed and inspired. You'll love being so close to a pedestrian mall with great restaurants.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Please review our strict pet rules before booking.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrances to front (via carport) and back yards (small deck.) We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!

This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium.
