The half-timbered farm was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful bathing jetty, the lake landscape thus right on your doorstep. Our courtyard is the centerpiece and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, grill, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rent.

The property is separated from Lake Plauer only by a low-traffic side street. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a swimming meadow with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motor boat rental and the ferry dock. A parking space for two vehicles is right next to the house. Bedding and towels are included. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

There is currently a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 Euro per person.
