  • We had a lovely cosy stay during half term week. This place is ideally situated for access to the zipworld sites and even the rubbish weather didn’t dampen our stay. Naomi is a wonderful host, we will definitely stay again in the future.

  • Had a great weekend at this lovely little place, although storm Dennis had other ideas, we made the most of our weekend going to Conwy and up to Llandudno. The hut is stylish and the heater is very warm and creates a cosy space. The hot tub was great however did take a while to warm, once in, it was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly face who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The chocolates and wine were a nice touch too, thank you for a lovely weekend. We’ll be back (without the storms) :) Chloe and Annabel.

Naomi couldn’t do enough for us, so many nice little touches with this site. It was super clean and looked after and the hot tub was great (Naomi even helped to light it for us 😂) we’d definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks x

  • Great location and very quirky!

  • This place is fantastic! It feels as though you are in the middle of nowhere yet there's help should you need it and the nearest village is just a 5 minute drive away. We took our 3 children, 6, 4 and 9 months and they adored it. They slept the best they have in months. The yurt was super clean and the bathroom and kitchen were sparkling. Jo and Dylan were just a shout away in the house. They are very affable and friendly. We will definitely be returning, perhaps without the children next time!

    Kirsty2019-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is an awesome stay action location. The yurt is a great balance between adventure and comfort. The location for local activities is perfect. I would highly recommend.

  • The Yurt was great, and the location is amazing. Our two boys loved the place, and it is the part of the holiday that they talk about the most. What’s not to like about sitting in a hot tub with a glass of wine looking at the wonderful scenery of Snowdonia!

    Simon2019-08-08T00:00:00Z

  • Me and my partner had a great stay at Jo’s. Each yurt has its own bathroom which is a great touch. Sitting in the hot tub after a day of hiking was a personal highlight for me. Would love to stay again

    Phoebe2019-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my partner had a lovely 2 nights here! So peaceful, private and only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket, so we could buy food for the barbecue provided. The hot tub was lovely however it took a while to heat up due to being wood fuelled so we had to keep on top of the fire to keep the heat at colder weather but when the sun was out there was no problem. Our private bathroom was lovely and very clean. The communal kitchen was also handy. We had a lovely stay!

A very welcoming couple with two very friendly dogs. Come and go as you please and have a lovely time in your private room overlooking the Cowny Valley toward the small trades town of Llanrwst. We are a stones throw away from Snowdonia national park and only 20minutes away from Mt Snowdon the tallest peak in wales. There are many places we are more than happy to recommend for either day trips, gorgeous views or just somewhere to enjoy food and company. Please do not hesitate to ask.
  • Fran and Pete are the most wonderful hosts. Great communication, flexibility and nothing was troubl. Everything was just perfect, the location with amazing views, very quiet, lovely room and of course the special touches. I can't recommend highly enough! Thank you Fran and Pete! • Can’t recommend this place enough! Frances and Pete are outstanding hosts - open, warm and incredibly helpful. They gave us recommendations for walks and local coffee shops, left breakfast for us and made sure we had a great (as well as safe) stay. The en-suite room and the kitchen (which was for our use too) were fantastically equipped, outstandingly clean, warm and cozy. In a nutshell: fabulous stay with exceptional hosts.

    Anita2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • What can I say, Francis and Pete are the embodiment of what Airbnb is all about. Excellent hosts, great place and the list can go on forever. We’ll return again for sure, we visit the area monthly and we’ll certainly book with them again.

    Gyles2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was perfect, we were greeted by Fran and Pete, both lovely. They showed us where everything was and how it worked. As it was my boyfriends birthday they even left little chocolates :). Great local knowledge, we visited one of the restaurants recommend (Indian restaurant) and it was as they described, 'award winning'. The room was lovely and clean, even had a hairdryer in the wardrobe, absolute bonus. Asked to borrow an iron and it was delived within 1 minute!! Great little setting, fabulous hosts, would recommend to anyone.

  • A really lovely little space in a nice area with lots of walks and easy access into the hills. Stayed for a couple of days of walking and the warm, cozy heated room was very welcome after walking in freezing cold rain. The tea, milk and biscuits was a nice touch and Grant and Jaqui provided loads of helpful tips for local things to see and do. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

    Charlie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was perfect: the place, originally a pub, was refurbished in a really beautiful and stylish manner while retaining its warm and homely charm. It was spotless clean, the bed is super comfy, and there were a lot of thought through details throughout the flat (rustic walls but modern windows, great lighting, good heating). The flat is in a perfect location for exploring Snowdonia - really quiet but easy to access. A car is recommended though. Grant and Jacqui were super helpful, including when we needed to detour to find their place due to flooding of some roads. We are grateful and now well rested and will definitely try to come back.

    Paladia2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I had a lovely weekend here. The guest suite was really clean, warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed (wifi, TV with Netflix etc, microwave, kettle, toaster) and the bed was super comfortable. It is ideally situated for any of the Zip World attractions and Surf World Snowdonia, as well as exploring Snowdonia, and the lovely little villages. Grant and Jaqui gave us good recommendations for dinner and helped us to plan our routes around Storm Dennis. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in this part of Wales and we are hoping to return in the summer!

    Bobbie2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Grant and Jaqui for a lovely weekend We had booked it last minute to celebrate me passing some big exams and I was wanting to get out as I'd been feeling cooked up studying for so long! We had a great time and your ".... guest bit down the end.." is a perfect base for exploring the area. Very conveniently located for mountain biking on the Marin trail down the road and for climbing Snowdon. You were extremely helpful and informative and would definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank you Catherine and Simon.

My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
  • Amazing value for money, perfect location for Llanrwst. I was presenting at a conference and the venue was literally a one minute walk over the road. It was quiet and comfortable, everything you need really! Will certainly use again, thank you!

  • Having never stayed in an Air BnB hotel room I was a little sceptical that I'd feel like I was staying in a spare room of someone's house. How wrong was I?! This family run hotel is quaint but feels established and spacious enough that you feel like the only guest once cosy in your room! My room, I assume one of the cheapest unfortunately missed out on the mountain views, being at the back, but also meant I was away from the road which runs closely to the frontage - so no complaints here! My large window had a view of rooftops and hills in the background and luckily no ugly carparks on industrial backdoors. Managed to pop my head into some of the front rooms when they were being cleaned and these are huge with floor to ceiling Georgian windows! The welcome was delightfully unfussy - I gave my name and got my key and instructions to my room with a smile, then I was left to my own devices - idyllic for a lone traveller ready for bed! Room 5 is a great size, with a good wardrobe, full length mirror and a full tea/coffee making table set. There is a small TV set, 2x bedside tables, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The WiFi reaches the room and remained strong throught my stay. Though this building is obviously not new, the furniture in the room was a mix of traditional pieces and revamped painted furniture. Previous reviews noticed the faux taxidermy heads and brick wallpaper - but this all adds to the personalised boutique feeling of the room in my opinion! The carpet is soft and clean, as is the bedding. Lovely to have control of the radiator in the room also. The bathroom, though a little chilly, is as expected. No bath, but a huge roomy and boiling hot (yay!) double shower. I paid £38 per night and stayed for two nights. The same in a travel lodge/ premier Inn (somewhere I almost booked as it is familiar and I know exact what I'd be getting), would have cost me £60+ per night. Though there are small things, like being able to hear the plumbing occasionally, or the slight whiring of a distant fan, or the floorboards creak upstairs, I slept soundly, with no interruptions, and these more 'homely sounds' definitely were barable for the price paid! I didn't check out the breakfasts options or in fact the dining facilities, but I read in the informative guest book, that a buffet continental and full cooked is offered from 8-9:30am for £8 per guest. Overall I felt safe, snug and was able to relax in a lovely room.

  • Loved our stay, fantastic location, friendly staff, great food and comfy accommodation. Just what we were looking for!

    Lynette2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • A quirky hotel, with beautiful touches. Friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was gorgeous. Absolutely loved the bathroom, the shower was huge! I would stay again for sure but next time I would book taxis ahead of our stay as we really struggled to get one and ended up having to drive into Betws y Coed so one of us couldn't have a drink. The restaurant and bar looked lovely but we didn't have chance to go.

    Jessica2018-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • A great stay, Nelson was lovely and welcoming with great communication prior to arrival. Despite arriving early, Nelson made sure that we were able to check in so that we could change for a wedding which was greatly appreciated. • Edna’s place is lovely and clean with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a short break there on the farm. Edna and Mai are warm and helpful. You just need to be aware that the farm is up in the hills and access is along some long narrow lanes.

    Andrew2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing space attached to the farmhouse. It's got great cooking amenities and is well appointed. The hosts made sure someone was home to check us in which was quick an easy. It's was amazingly quiet and we'd happily go back.

  • This nice little chalet in a holiday village is well located on the edge of a little town, within walking distance of a couple of well-stocked shops and a few different food options in the evening. The chalet operates on £1 coins for the electricity so don't forget these. More than adequate kitchen facilities and the shower was decent too. Good spot for a short trip to Snowdonia - less than half an hour's drive in the morning to the base of one of the routes up Snowdon.

We were able to spread out some things and re-pack in a more organized way before we set out for the next week. LOVED having the kitchen with pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. Lovely comfy beds! :)

  • A fantastic holiday in an idyllic location. This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in with such thoughtful touches. Every space contains a new delight - from hot water bottles to a picnic set. The apartment has supplies ready to go for a hearty breakfast whilst you read through the local tips and brochures. A true gem.

  • Thanks for a great stay. Very high quality, breakfast stuff really nice plus honesty box for snacks and wine! Pub etc down the road. A top quality experience

  • The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was lots of thoughtful touches from board games to dressing gowns etc... We were surprised to arrived to a fully stocked fridge and cupboards all for us to use. Dave was a great host and easy to contact and very helpful. Could not recommend this place enough and would definitely re-book!

    Molly2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best airBnBs we’ve ever stayed at! Quiet, perfectly clean, awesome walks and it has been better stocked than most uni student fridges! Everything you need is there! Literally everything! We are looking at coming back in summer.

    Lauren2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Dave’s place is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in - & we’ve stayed in quite a few! Accommodation is beautiful & has everything you could need for a few days away inc brekkie bits (always a massive plus). We used it as a base to go to Conwy, Blaenau Ffestiniog & for walks around the local area. We’re already planning our next trip to north Wales & we’d 100% stay at Fron Bach again.

    Emily2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect setting, beautiful accommodation and amenities and the best of Snowdonia on the doorstep. Dave 's attention to detail and looking after his guests are second to none. Highly recommended!

    Martin2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Would 100% recommend staying at “Fron Bach” we arrived late on the night to wake up to an incredible view of Snowdonia with an appropriate snow shower. Visited Conwy castle, a scenic 20 minute drive away. This house is a great location with plenty within half an hour drive. Host Dave was incredibly generous with and visibly has a strong attention to detail. We would highly recommend visiting. Thanks again James

    James2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Dave's place will be up there with the best Air bnbs you will stay. Great location and the flat itself is so nice. The breakfast items were a really nice touch

The quality is great , lovely furniture, soft towels , a fabulous huge bathtub. We did a great hike from the house and also further afield and it was great to come back to such a nice spacious place . The welsh cakes and home made biscuits on arrival too were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Hope to return . It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve been to and I’ve stayed in quite a few!

The Bothy is in the grounds of our family house with a shared access and parking on the drive. Chinese takeaway, Bangladeshi restaurant/takeaway.
  • Great place to stay in the middle of Snowdonia. Short drive to lots of great walks. Was easy to check-in with Alison and she was really responsive throughout. Even drove us into town one evening as she was heading that way so saved us a walk! Lovely dog Frank too.

  • It’s a great base for exploring Snowdon. It’s less than 20 mins from Betws-y-coed which makes it easy to get out into the area. We stayed as a group of friends and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the kitchen amenities (kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge) were great. The living area was fantastic, really comfortable sofas and lots of DVDs and games. There’s also garden outside spaces which are ideal for eating outside. The next town 5 minutes away has everything amenities wise and some good take aways. Would definitely recommend staying here for Snowdonia and a fantastic price for the accommodation.

  • Absolutely incredible location. So much to see and do. The walk around the lake is beautiful, even without going up the mountains there are so many beautiful waterfalls and streams. I have issues with my mobility and still had the most incredible time! Chrissie is a fabulous host. I have already sent the link to this place to my family and friends and will be visiting again in the summer!

    Joanna2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful cosy cottage on the side of a lovely secluded lake. We spent 5 days watching the rain sweep over the lake whilst reading and sitting by the fire. The walk around the lake was lovely and we saw no one the whole time which was perfect! Very comfortable bed and too.

    Joseph2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage in an idyllic place. We couldn’t enjoy much around because of the weather, but it looked like it had some nice walks around. The cottage has everything you need, including logs and coal for the fireplace. We used it as main source of heat and our bill was £15 for 3 nights plus some coal we brought with us. We didn’t hear the bedrooms since the duvets they provide were pretty heavy and more than enough to sleep warm and cozy.

    Ana Paula2020-01-14T00:00:00Z

  • We had a lovely weekend and the house is clean and as described. During our stay we visited the Velocity Zip Wire which was about half an hour away. We also walked up Snowdon which was about 45 minutes away, so the location was good to do these two activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are definitely all considering visiting Wales again. We ate at the Eagle pub in town on the Friday evening and all had very hearty tasty meals😋

Access to the conservatory/dining room is through the second bedroom, and opens up to a spacious paved patio area with raised flowerbeds and table and chairs.

  • We had a fantastic stay in Wales. Carol and Alyson were great hosts and suggested lots of activities to do, even in the rain! The place was very cosy and we really appreciated the extra little touches of traditional welsh biscuits and cakes left for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

    Naomi2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • We have really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous bungalow. It was an ideal place to stop over after we have been visiting our family close by. Carol and Alyson are brilliant hosts, they are so responsive and reliable. It had really had made travelling with a toddler and dog easy. Communication was great from enquiry, to booking and to the actual visit. The place was so nice and homely. The enclosed garden space was excellent for our toddler and dog; in addition to the spacious conservatory/dinning area. We were able to borrow the high chair and playpen, which saved us much needed space in the car :) (Peppa Pig on Netflix was great to keep the toddler entertained too) It was such a wonderful stay and we couldn’t recommend Carol and Alyson enough. We would certainly look at booking some future stays with them.

    Kate2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay! A wonderful location that is really quiet and a great jumping off point for hiking and exploring the area. Every little detail has been thought of that is often overlooked or out of stock at an airbnb. A very well equipped kitchen with all the little things that you don't want to buy or remember to bring like olive oil, aluminium foil, coffee for the French press, dishwasher & laundry tablets. This property is also amazingly dog friendly with dog bowls, extra poop bags and even an emergency lead! Our furry friends were even though of in the welcome package with very thoughtful doggie treats. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and we will definitely be back!

    Katherine2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • So nice we stayed there twice! Great space, amazingly well located and such thoughtful touches. Will have to go back in the summer to fully enjoy the garden! Can't wait!

    Katherine2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • A homely and cosy bungalow with everything you could need. We went for new year and hiked Snowdon during this time, so coming back to a cottage with a fireplace and a lovely bath was ideal! Only a short walk to the bridge and village centre and equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen. We didn’t use the conservatory as it was too cold but could imagine in the summer that it would be a perfect little setup too. Thank you for our little gift basket and the useful directions to find the place. 😊

  • The stay in this cosy hut was so lovely. The view was incredible - could see valleys and mountains out of the window! The nearby town - Betws-y-Coed was really lovely to visit - worth exploring. The host was really friendly and helpful. The extra finishing touches around the hut were super special as we didn’t expect it & it made us feel like she cared and thought of us which was a nice feeling. A good base to explore the beautiful scenery around the area. Would definitely return :)

  • I spent two nights here for some R&R away from they hustle and bustle of regular life. This place is everything it says and more! Such a cosy stay with a fabulous view. It’s perfect for a solo or romantic getaway. Even if the weather isn’t the best there is still lots to do. Helen and John were fab hosts. Very quick with responses and went above and beyond with all the little extras that really made the stay special! I would definitely recommend and will be back in the summer to explore again.

  • What a wonderful stay we had! We spent Valentine’s Day in Helen & John’s beautiful hut and it did not disappoint... The warmest of welcomes from Helen on our arrival. We really appreciated the essentials provided for our stay as well as so many thoughtful touches- Helen your baked goods are incredible! Despite the awful weather the views from the hut were to die for!! The hut itself was spotlessly clean, cosy and secluded. The location is ideal for exploring Betws-y-Coed and beyond. Without doubt we be will returning very soon and we can not recommend staying here more!

    Hanna2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was absolutely lovely. The hut is fantastic and very warm and cosy. As soon as we arrived we were blown away by the view from the hut and the homemade treats left for us inside. It’s in a great spot for people looking to explore the area and there’s plenty of room to store walking equipment etc. We looked forward to coming back to the hut and cooking dinner after a day of walking. The underfloor heating was particularly welcome after a long day in wet weather! Helen and John were really friendly and helpful and perfect hosts all round. We were made to feel very welcome. 10/10 from us! 😃xx

    Laura2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • 100% recommend Helen and John’s place! We had a fabulous few days. It’s in a great location and though the hut is small it has absolutely everything you need. Helen goes above and beyond to make your stay special and we really appreciated all of the small touches. Having milk, bread etc was so lovely as it meant we didn’t need to worry about going to the shop straight away. The baked goods were amazing and honestly it was the best chocolate cupcake I’ve ever eaten!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay :)

  • Catherine’s cottage was brilliant; great use of space and felt really cosy. Kitchen had everything, and we particularly liked the shower for it’s eco function (only an option, the normal setting is much higher pressure and warmer!). Perfect location to enjoy Betws-y-coed and the surrounding area, and Catherine replied to any queries immediately. Would (and very likely will) stay here again, thanks Catherine!

Cottage cosy and warm thanks to electric heaters even on cold October mornings and extra heater in bathroom ensures getting out of warm shower not a shock! Comfy bed, lovely sitting area and small table in kitchen meant we had everything we needed and we were able to keep our bikes safe under the stairs! Catherine was a great host, quick to respond to communication and very happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again!

  • What an absolute gem! We booked last minute as our accommodation plans had fallen through- this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as we had such a wonderful time here. The annex is clean, bright and far more spacious than it appears on the photos. So many lovely touches from a range of snacks and treats, to a colour changing light bulb! We had booked Surf Snowdonia the next day which was only a few minutes down the road. Kandy gave us great tips on local shops and pubs, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back again, thank you!

  • Amazing stay with Philip and Kandy - really convenient access with the key lock box as we arrived at 10pm so didn’t disturb anyone. Immediately impressed with how clean and spacious it felt. Shower room was the Scandinavian style wet room which was a change but we got the hang really quickly. Loved the Peacock feathers on the table and the little bottle of wine was lovely to arrive to. My partner Gyles got very addicted to the cookie jar of custard creams! I really liked the way everything was labelled, right down to the plugs on the wall so instructions for the TV and lighting was user-friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone else and would stay again if in the area.

This unique bunkhouse is extremely well equipped, sleeping a total of 36 in spacious comfortable rooms of 4, 6, and 8, all with clean fresh linen, duvets and personal reading lamps. Self catering facilities with complimentary tea and coffee in a large well equiped kitchen. Seriously hot showers, freshly cooked food for individuals or groups who do not wish to prepare their own and a great bar for entertainment.
  • Cheap and cheerful. Excellent location, plenty to do in the area. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

  • Neil is great! I would only caution people who book via AirBnB to wait to purchase anything else until you have a confirmation from Neil. We booked the accommodation and then booked train tickets. Afterward, the hostel told us (within a few hours, thankfully) that even though we booked successfully, he didn't have a room for us for one of the nights. So you'll need to confirm with him before you buy anything else. Great hostel, beside my shower, which I couldn't get warm. Neil is super friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming! A good experience!

  • A great place to stay whilst exploring North Wales. Outstanding hospitality, great value for money and handy location. Clean dorms and amenities. Excellent pizza and impressive selection of gins in bar. Will visit again and would happily recommend to friends!

  • It’s a bunkhouse so it’s pretty busy. Lots of middle aged men mountain biking! Amenities are basic but clean. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Breakfasts were large, filling and a great start to the day! Location is fantastic. Highly recommend.

  • Myself and my boyfriend travelled to Wales to climb Snowdon and The Nook was the perfect spot for this as it was just over a 20 minute drive. Great location less than approx 5 min drive to Betws-y-coed - a very nice little village. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone look for an adventure holiday or a relaxed trip away.

  • Small and cosy, if you’re over 6’3 it might be a bit small, but it’s a gorgeous little place to stay in with a really comfortable and cosy feel. Lord Fonty the cat is a bit cheeky but friendly and curious, really giving the place some character. I stayed here with my boyfriend and we honestly couldn’t have been happier. There are some great recommendations for food and tea nearby with one of our favourites being the conwy falls cafe which does some wonderful halloumi.

  • Jodie's sweet (and super cosy) digs is absolutely lovely. It's conveniently located by the attractions, shops and restaurants – managed to check out some of Jodie's recommendations too. Great host, great place to stay for two – can't complain, really. We even got a nice welcome from a nosy fur-neighbour.

  • We stayed at the nook for 2 nights on a winter break in snowdonia. The property is perfectly located for visiting betws-y-coed or further into snowdonia and mt snowdon. After a very simple, instructive check in, everything was very clean, the cottage had excellent amenities and even had some treats left for us which we really appreciated. We used the nook as a base to explore snowdonia and it was ideal for this due to its central location. Thank you Jodie, for welcoming us and being a great host. M+A

  • Great way to spend a different break, enjoying the yurt in a beautiful spot. Beautifully warm, with the wood stove, even on a wet October weekend. Jo was really helpful and responsive in advance, and welcoming when we were on site.

    Richard2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had an absolutely amazing time at Jo's yurt! We visited in August as a family of 5, with children aged 13, 3 and 1 and we all had the best time. Great location too. We visited the Welsh mountain zoo and bodafon farm park during our stay and had an awesome time.

  • Amazing ! Jo was so friendly and very helpful with nice ideas of things to do in the area. The yurt was stunning as too were the views. Relaxing in the hot tub of an evening while the sun goes down was def one of the highlights. Thanks for great stay.

    David2019-06-26T00:00:00Z
  • What a beautiful location! Spacious and clean Yurt with a lovely wood burner in the middle with a basket of logs and kindling provided. Lovely host and dog Cleo. No electricity in the Yurt so bring a big torch, but you can charge your phone in the kitchen area. (Or use your hairdryer) It was a lovely chilled out place to stay. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as it was raining but it would have been lovely in the right weather. Peaceful and a great location. Thanks again x

    Sara2019-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • The yurts are amazing, cosy and comfy with beautiful views of snowdonia, providing the prefect escape from every day life. There is a separate kitchenette and private bathroom a short walk from the yurt which makes all the difference in providing extra comfort when you’re enjoying being back to basics. Would highly recommend!

  • This is the most beautiful, well-equipped cottage in a fabulously rural location and yet only a few miles from Betws-y-Coed and with the mountains of Snowdonia easily reached. Eirian is a thoughtful host and the cottage offers everything we could have needed or wanted.

  • Great place - quite, large, everything you need. Couldn’t fault it !

    Greg2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Eiran’s place is absolutely charming, with a rich history, this stay was absolutely a country experience we wanted, with a warm fireplace and chickens in a coop to watch/feed, my kids absolutely enjoyed their farm stay. Betws-y-coed is also a stone’s throw away from the cottage and we had a car that brought us further to see sights in Snowdonia. Eiran was also extremely helpful and helped us book our Santa train tickets last minute so that our kids could enjoy a steam train experience with Santa, his elves and their presents at Caernarfon. We are truly blessed to have her as our host and would recommend anyone who would like to stay at her beautiful house to contemplate no further. Thank u Eiran for making our holiday an unforgettable one.

On a clear day you can see all of the Snowdonia Mountain peaks as you drive to / away from the cottage. We could see Tryfan from our garden. The cottage is clean, spacious and Karen has thought of all of those smaller things you usually forget to take with you! Beds are really comfy and it’s very peaceful. We will hopefully get a chance to go back soon.
