On a small organic orchard in the Okanagan Valley, this newer 2 bedroom, 850 sq ft licensed suite is close to wineries, restaurants, beaches, a boat launch, and hiking trails. Fifteen minute drive to Kelowna airport and UBCO. The space can accommodate 5 people in the 2 bedrooms and there is a convertible sofa for 1 in the living area; note the space is tight for more than 3 or 4 adults, roomy kitchen and narrow bathroom. We live above the suite with 2 dogs & there can be noise sometimes.
