Glamping at its absolute finest. This glass mirror cabin allows for amazing panoramic views. Unwind in the outdoor two-person cedar sauna, relax in a cedar wood burning hot tub that also doubles as a cold plunge, cook on a Pyro Tower grill and pizza oven combo (Pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperonis included), enjoy the tranquil natural stone water feature, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, pollinator garden attracting butterflies/hummingbirds. Black out curtains provide privacy at night.

Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi

Built in 2024, the Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Bison Farm - Cabin "Loma"

Bison Farm cabin in a very secluded section toward the back side of a 300 acre working bison farm. This is a tiny home Park Model with 400 sq. ft. and a nice spacious covered deck providing an outdoor living room. The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cook-top, a convection oven that is also a microwave and a small refrigerator and freezer two drawer unit that has decent space but is not a full sized appliance. Note: bison rotate pastures daily. Please don't expect them in your cabin view.

Welcome to our home, nestled in a serene and picturesque neighborhood. Our home offers both comfort and convenience for our guest seeking a relaxing getaway. Additionally,the home features two thermostats for personalized comfort,and three inviting patios, two adult bedrooms, one children's bedroom (ideal for toddlers or school-aged kids, with space for up to two), and a convenient crib for an infant. Come relax, unwind, and enjoy! At this time, only accepting booking from guests age 25+.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

A tucked away rental surrounded by trees . A 1,000 square foot furnished basement apartment with private entrance, laundry room, full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and plenty of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside on the patio. The apartment is adjacent to our pool which guests are welcome to use. Apartment has full size bed, a rollaway twin size bed and a pack and play. Apartment is close to Stafford Hospital and VRE.

Our cozy home is located in the rural area of Spotsylvania County and is nestled in 5 acres of woods with a serene creek, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Old Town Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Battlefield, Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Central Park, and Mary Washington University are minutes away. Lake Anna and King's Dominion are within a short drive. After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

Potomac Cottage at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 16: each bedroom has a pair of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will love staying in this home. The home is close to I95 and RT 1 and in the middle of Washington DC and Richmond Virginia. The VA Hospital and Spotsylvania Hospital is about 10 minutes away. The Kings Dominion Amusement Park is 30 minutes away and Dominion Raceway is about 7 minutes away. 10 minutes away from all the shopping.

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

This getaway is 2.5 miles away from Dominion Race Track & I-95. A very convenient area for sightseeing historical battlefields, downtown Fredericksburg, & shopping. Richmond is 46 miles away, & 66 miles away from our Nation's Capital. The stay is in the basement of our home and you’ll have your own access.
