Our spaces are “Treehouse Rustic” but with beautiful, quality decor, comfy bedding and all the amenities one needs.

Bear’s Nest on the Brazos River

Relax and unwind at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home right on the Brazos River. Nestled on 1 acre, surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. Enjoy brand-new appliances, stylish furnishings, and a relaxing surroundings. The open-concept layout, modern kitchen, and cozy bedrooms make it perfect for families or a quiet getaway, couples, or a group of friends. Enjoy your meals on the elevated patio overlooking the scenic view to the river. We love pets, but they are not allowed.

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!
