We were there in wintertime, and the location is great for touring the White Mountains. In the summer time, it would be an excellent location due to its location on the lake and water toys provided.

Heidi's place is outstanding, and all the great reviews were true. Heidi was kind enough to show us to the back where the entrance was and answered any questions we had. The fire pit outside was a beautiful touch and perfect for sitting around and eating s'mores! We were also blessed with being able to see the stars at night and they were absolutely beautiful. She also allows for guests to enjoy her canoe/kayak, but we were only there for the night so we couldn't take advantage of this. Thank you, Heidi, for allowing us to stay at your home and making it a memorable one!

Perfect location - beautiful view and convenient to everything. Located on quiet street with off street parking. All on one level, very clean, everything you would need in kitchen. Loved the large rooms, bright lighting and large TV with access to many stations. Also loved the fire pit by the lake and talking with Heidi and her friend from Germany. Would definitely stay here again.

Marc's place was great! It's so close to downtown Laconia and only about a 15 minute drive from the largest arcade in the world, Funspot! Would stay at Marc's place again!

Very accomodating, friendly, takes pride in being a Super Host

I was only in town for one night and this was the perfect place for me. I forgot to bring a couple of items and Marc took care of it for me. Very gracious young man and I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through this town.

Marc's place is very simple and clean. The room was a bit cold because it was in the winter and Marc was gracious enough to provide me with a space heater. There was a snow storm that came through while I was there and Marc made sure I was safe. Marc is a great host and has some wonderful stories to tell. His pitbull, TyTy, is a sweet little baby of a pitbull. I highly recommend Marc's place and will definitely be back the next time I am in New Hampshire!

Amazing spot to spend a vacation

A great experience! We rented Dolly's cabin for our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. Just the right size and privacy we wanted, with access to everything we wanted to do within minutes. And the interior was spotless and bright. Dolly will definitely be the first we check for availability the next time we travel up that way.

Beautiful little cottage. Check in was super easy. House exactly as advertised. We stayed as two adults and the space was perfect. Very clean and the decor makes the space very welcoming. Beautiful views of the lake right from the porch. Beach front is great. Yes you have to cross a street but I didnt find it to be a big deal. It was a great place to stay and well definitely be back!

This condo had a beautiful view of the lake, and was in close proximity of many restaurants. It's only a short drive to Gunstock mountain, as well as a lot of other trailheads for hiking.

Generously spacious apartment. We had the entire 2nd floor apartment to us. The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 1 night during a skiing trip, and enjoyed our staying very much.

Christine’s place was perfect for my one night trip to Gunstock Mountain! Her place is extremely clean and comfortable, and very spacious. She had a bag of cookies waiting on the table when we arrived and also tea, coffee, and English muffins available for us to use. She responded immediately to my texts and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We were stunned by the home! So many little touches, it was extremely modern but it had a very “homey” feel. The security was good, we felt totally safe there. The hot tub was wonderful, the neighbors were respectful, this was truly an ideal AirBnB experience. We wish we were staying for more nights! The next time we’re in the area, we know where to stay.

Randy is a Great Host, very responsive and accommodating to make sure you enjoy your stay! We loved the kitchen so much (dream of having a kitchen like that. The master bed/pillows were a bit firm but at the same time it was very comfy and now I want those in my home as it was a very good nights rest. Massive TVs in the living & yoga room and a beautiful bathroom. Only regret is it wasn’t summer so we could’ve taken advantage of the beautiful patio, fire pit, grill, hot tub, and pool!! The breakfast at Karma Cafe was so delicious and great service to cap off our trip!

It was my first time trying an Airbnb so I was a bit worried. But Randy’s place was great! We wished we could have come earlier or stayed an extra night. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and relax for a bit. Also Karma Cafe is so delicious!!!!!! A big thanks to Randy! We loved it and know you guys will too!!☺️

Joe’s and Deanna’s place exceeded my expectations! It was modern, comfortable, and sparking clean. The cottage itself is not big, but everything is very thoughtfully laid out. There is little clutter. I would stay again!

The place is very clean and well appointed. Joe and Deanna answered any questions I had. It is very close to Weirs beach and not far from Meredith. Great location to do activities in the area. A lot of places to eat close by or you can just make something in the cottage.

Joe and Deanna's Eagle Watch Cottage was beyond our expectations. The cottage is set up on a small hill and has a great view of Paugus Bay and we did see the two bald eagles several times during our stay. The location is great - close to Weirs Beach and a ton of great restaurants. A short drive to the Tilton outlets or to Meredith. There is a nice boat house across the street with tables and chairs to sit by the water. It's a little rough to swim from the surrounding area though - especially on the weekends - the boat traffic causes a lot of waves. But the public beach is a short drive away as is Ellacoya - so our Big Lake swimming trips were easy and enjoyable. The cottage's deck is huge and has one side covered with a gazebo for when the sun is high and strong - we ate lunch out there. The cottage is tastefully appointed with a lot of little details that made you feel like you were staying in someone's home and not in an antiseptic hotel. Everything was sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and towels provided are high quality. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need to prepare simple meals. My only very minor suggestion would be a larger coffee-maker - we are heavy coffee drinkers and the little five cupper got quite a work out. The refrigerator is large and brand new. There were condiments and salad dressings on hand as well as some cooking oils and simple spices - which was a big help as we didn't have to buy EVERYTHING when we got there. There are two big TVs one in the living room and another in the bedroom. The living room is big and open and has a comfy couch and day bed. There are DVD players and DVDs - some board games. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Joe and Deanna were very quick to respond whenever we had a question or concern. They are exemplary hosts and we would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

Joe and Deanna's place is amazing! The views of the lake were incredible. The deck is great, I loved sitting on the deck with my husband and son and enjoying the fresh air. Everything you need to feel right at home is there. If you're thinking about booking...do it!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. The views from the front deck at sunset are INCREDIBLE! They provided everything I could ever imagine to be provided and more! The cottage comfortably fit My wife and I and our 2 children. This was our first family vacation and it met if not exceeded every expectation. Very peaceful and quiet area. Incredibly clean can't stress how clean this cottage is. The shower is my personal favorite feature to the cabin. It was so comfortable and relaxing could've stayed in all day. Plenty of family activities all local ( within 5-10 minutes driving ). We all would like to say thank you Joe and Deanna for allowing us to spend the week in your beautiful cabin. Guest Experience

The place was wonderful! We weren’t able to arrive at the schedule time, so Calise made all the arrangements for us to arrive later. The house is extremely homely and everything was super clean. Lovely place, happy to stay here again in the future!

Calise was great at communicating, and the space was perfect for our needs. Of course being above such a sweet ice cream shoppe was a bonus!

Calise's place was great for our weekend getaway with friends. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. The ice cream shop below, which Calise owns, was an added bonus.

The apartment is really clean and we loved being able to wash our clothes and to cook the things we wanted. There is also nice furniture in the apartment and the bathroom is great. It was a bit creepy that customers of the ice cream shop below came upstairs in order to use the restrooms besides the apartment. In one of the bedrooms there was the bad smell of motor oil or something else but altogether it was a great stay!

Amazing views and large space! Incredible host and room

Place was in a great location between the lakes/pier and being within an hour of several great hikes and the Kancamagus highway. Got to see some great fall foliage at a good value.

The view alone made this space worth our stay! Very clean, well stocked with dishes kitchen supplies, and appliances. Super comfortable, extremely large bed!! That and the view were our favorite parts of the place. Nice and centrally located in New Hampshire as well. Great way to stay and explore not just the Lake but the whole state. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Beautiful place to stay

This place is fabulous! The view is incredible and it’s a short drive from Weirs Beach attractions. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Can't ask for a better location. Condo was sparkling clean, stocked with everything we needed. Easy access to all things fun! All the comforts of home. Will definitely be back next year (if not sooner)!!

Loved the location of the air bnb. Weirs beach is maybe a 10 minute walk, maybe. Beautiful on site lake with a grill that we didn’t use. Chill area. The only things that I wish were different were other guests being respectful around our air bnb. 630 am we were woken up by other guests screaming good morning. We were able to go back to bed after that. Another one was it was just the two of us so we didn’t want anyone staying with us but we didn’t want to hang out on the property and lake with friends of ours but friends or family aren’t allowed even on the property which i think is unfair. Overall, it was great. Naz bar is down the street with live music and a DJ, bar and a fire pit.

Patrick was awesome and it is a beautiful place that is very calm and tranquil. He was so kind to our family. I unfortunately was sick but Patrick upgraded our rooms so my other family wouldn’t get sick aswell with two bedrooms rather than the one bed as we purchased. He showed us with maps on what were the best places to go. I highly recommend this place.

You can expect great hospitality

This place was great I took my fiancé here for the weekend, we got in and settled and Jennifer had everything set up for us- the lock box, tv remotes, fully stocked cookware, silverware, and dishes. I recommend bringing a pair of scissors- you never know when you need them until you do...- Plenty of Dunkin Donuts arounds, Walmart 5min away, 18min from Gunstock Mountain where we spent most our weekend. After checking out (the next day in fact) my fiance had noticed she left something behind. I asked Jennifer if we could grab it this week and she responded within seconds. She really is a great host. Definitely recommend and i will be back!

We had a great stay at Mike's place, four of us had a great relaxing night away. We were able to use the kitchen to make snacks which seemed to have all of the essentials, pots/pans/utensils! The kitty was super sweet and spent the night with us!

Nice, big and clean house in a great location. We really enjoyed the big kitchen and did a lot of cooking during our visit. Missing a couple amenities like a hair dryer and some kitchen tools, but everything that you need is there for the most part. There is a cat, but he’s friendly and keeps to himself.

This place was perfect for a getaway with the dogs and we will most definitely return. We found the location offered a fine balance of seclusion and close proximity to town. There is a field at the top of the hill that we would walk the dogs every morning. We had a great time at Joshua's place! It's a cute cottage with all the amenities needed for a lovely stay and our dogs loved the space outside to run and play! Even though the snowy weather kept us house-bound for a couple days, we cooked, xcountry skied, and snuggled watching movies indoors until the storm passed. A wonderful place to stay for a weekend in the lakes region!

Very peaceful. We had a hiccup due to not reading all the instructions on the dining table on how top get to the lake access. Please read all instructions left, it will help a lot. Everything you need is provided for a great, relaxing weekend.

Close to everything and quiet

I stayed for a fishing tournament that I had so I was barely there, but when I was I enjoyed my stay. The space was clean, communication was great, Janis was accommodating to my trailer! Good spot to stay and would stay there again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Peter's cabin. It was very secluded and quiet. I felt completely at peace being away from the hustle and bustle but it also wasn't far from anywhere I needed to be in the area. The views are spectacular especially in the morning when the sun is rising. The cabin is spacious and the rooms are cozy. Checking in and out with super easy with a lock box. I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway at Peters cabin. Check in was a breeze, and Peter was quick to respond to any questions. They kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms are equipped with anything you could possibly need, and the space is well appointed. We would absolutely stay again should the opportunity present itself.

Peter’s place was a great find for our low-key Girls Weekend! We loved the location just minutes from the Outlets and stores in Tilton! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. He did tell me there was no cable, but there was WiFi, so I planned ahead and brought my Apple TV to be able to stream shows and movies. Overall the house was clean and we felt safe and comfortable.

Great quiet location with everything you need!

What a great place! We went for a weekend and had the best time! So much hang out space on the water. Beach is private for only those renting. So while there is others there, it’s often quiet too. Our son even made friends. We swam, fished, grilled, used the paddle boat and of course relaxed. There’s a nice sun deck to hang out on as well. The owners are around working here and there and are super friendly and helpful. We were even bumped to a bigger room right before arrival. This is a great place to spend all your time or use as a base to check out the area. We would love to come back and maybe try a cabin next time!

Fantastic location and it was nice to sit out on the deck and have a great view of the water. Patrick was an excellent host, greeted us at check in and he was always available if we needed anything. We also loved the paddle boat that was provided at Proctors!! :)

We had a fantastic stay! We got a warm welcome and felt at ease immediately. The cottage was simple but very clean and had everything you needed. They cleaned the beach every day and took very good care of rest of the property.

This was our first big family vacation and this house was perfect, great location, great beach area, very clean house and many amenities, the deck at night was awesome to sit on and watch the boats go by, and fireworks in either direction.. Also, bonus was the bald eagle that seemed to make its home in trees right next door ! I would highly recommend this place and Jeanette was very easy and pleasant to deal with ! Amazing views and its really close to everything. We loved the place, waking up and having brunch on that patio was absolutely amazing. This house is definitely set up for a family with small children so plan accordingly. I would love to stay here again next time im around.

This home was the perfect weekend getaway from Boston. It was the perfect size to fit our 8 guests without feeling cramped at all. We cooked most meals in the huge eat-in kitchen and ate on the gorgeous back porch. Jeanette was always available for quick questions throughout the stay which was very much appreciated. I only stayed at Erika's for one night with my boyfriend and two friends to attend a concert downtown. We needed a place to rest our heads since we were coming up from MA. It was clean, easy and made for a quick walk to the venue. Erika was always quick to respond and ensured we were all set for our stay.

Erika was great! Responsive to our every need. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the visit. Loved that it was filled with all the luxuries of home. Funny - the toilet paper was even what I use at home!! It seemed to be more of a summer house as it was a little drafty, but the heating system kept that at bay. Overall worth it!

Heidis place was great! I arrived in a sunny day and Heidi and her adorable pup greeted me outside. We played in the backyard along the lake for a short time and also talked about traveling and life in general. Heidi is such an interesting woman, she’s an ex Olympian but has done so many other cool things as well. She was great to chat with. Also, the pup is absolutely adorable. Very friendly and playful. The room itself was great. It was comfortable and warm, and I slept like a champ. It’s right on the lake so you can wake up and watch the sunrise over the lake. It’s also close to Meredith which is a nice little town. Recommend!

It was great staying there, we loved the big dog! She was a sweetheart and loved cuddling us. It was also amazing that Heidi didn’t mind us getting home late from concerts. I would recommend coming back here!

Nice room .beautiful location

This was a perfect spot on the lake. Super serene and exactly as listed. Heidi was very kind and I loved using her kayak and relaxing in the hammock. Everything I needed was provided. The shower was wonderful, bed was comfortable, and I was able to completely relax in the serene setting! Excellent value!

Awesome location, great house to stay in.

Noldin's place is really a gem in Laconia. Its centrally located to town and only 15 minutes from Gunstock mountain. For the price of a motel you can get a lavish cabin close to everything. The cabin itself was lovely and theres more than enough room for everyone. Will definitely look to be coming back

Noldin's home was wonderful to stay at. They were communicative and incredibly friendly. This was my first time renting out an entire home, and Noldin had fantastic check-in/check-out instructions that were easy to follow. It was nice to be able to have a little bigger run of the place, since we rented the whole home. I very much enjoyed my stay!

What a fantastic stay at Janice’s place! Check in and out was clearly defined. We particularly appreciated the little things provided to make a short weekend stay so much easier.. paper towel, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. The condo was sparkling clean. We would love to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Janice’s condo for a quick weekend getaway. She was responsive and accommodating to our requests. The condo was clean and stocked with all day to day amenities. She provided all local food/bars and activities near by which was helpful. There was a nice selections of board games also which we enjoyed. Should we return to this area we look forward to staying again.

Amazing place. Sparkling clean and had all the amenities needed. Check-in was a breeeze.Nicely located 10 mins away from Gunstock. Quiet neighborhood, along with a few grocery chain stores closeby. highly recommended.

Good for a short stay for a few people.

Janice's condo is PERFECT for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the lake's region. The condo itself is spacious has everything you will need for a short or long stay (I stayed for one month and had everything I needed and more). Janice was very receptive and quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a blast in the area and loved being so close to all the fun spots around town and the lake. Also, appreciated the hosts quick and detailed responses whenever we had a question. Very clean and organized! Loved all the extra touches (games, beach chairs, blue ray player, kitchen necessities) Will definitely stay again!

The room is lovely and has great amenities. The views of the lake are stunning. The check-in was a breeze. For Winter travellers, note that places in Weir's beach are usually closed in Winter, but Laconia, Meredith and many other places are easily accessible with lots to do

Such a wonderful location and view! The lobby does not do the room justice, it’s lovely and well appointed! Check in was a breeze, just be sure to pay close attention to the instructions. We were close to everything we wanted to do and loved the scenery of NH in Fall!

This is a great location! The large windows open out to reveal uninterrupted views of the lake. Do yourself a favor and wake up one morning to a gorgeous sunrise.

Loved Loved Loved!! Very clean beach area. Close to everything. The host Patrick was visible, friendly and attentive. We had suite S20 Welch. Very clean and had everything we needed. The deck on the back is very large and relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We walked to Weirs beach and the Naswa. There is a great little place Alicia's that is a 2 minute walk that has good pizza. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely responsive host with an excellent location on the lake. All of the cottages were extremely quiet but you’re right in the heart of everything. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I got married on Saturday and decided (spur of the moment) on the following Tuesday to head to Lake Winnipesaukee for a little honeymoon. We live in Bangor, Maine and left a little late but Patrick was right there when we checked in at 6:00pm. He is super friendly, professional and is very accessible. We purchased the suite that was not beachfront but when Patrick found out it was our honeymoon he offered for us to stay in the C10 cabin “treasure” which was vacant for the few days we were staying as a “free upgrade”. This isn’t something very many places would do and says a lot about the type of family operated business he has. The cabins are straight out of the 50’s but were very clean, actually spotless. We brought our own bedding because some places on the Lake don’t supply linens. These cabins had all the linens, blankets pillows and bath towels. We did chose to use our own linens and comforter which made it a little cozier. This cabin came with its own BBQ grill on the beach, private chairs and picnic table. We were lucky that no one else was outside when we were so it was very quiet and relaxing. The sounds of the loons and ducks on the lake was so relaxing. The air conditioner worked great, fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a ton of dishes/glasses. It’s in a great location if you want to be close to Weirs beach, just a few minute walk. Breakfast at Weirs Diner or Alecia Cafe, casual dinner at the beachfront patio at Naz Bar and Grill - coconut shrimp were amazing!! Right across the way from a marina/boat rental place with everything from kayaks to pontoon boats. It’s truly a perfect little getaway spot and we hope to go back soon!

I stayed here on Labor Day weekend with my girlfriends and it was ideal location. Everything on Weirs Beach is a quick walk down the road. Lots of local restaurants to eat at. There is also your own private lake front that you share with other people staying at the location, which is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Proctor's is a great place to stay and a short walk to Weirs beach/boardwalk. The beach is clean and spacious compared to others around. The suites were very comfortable. Patrick was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will come back!

You will live visiting Timothy House I. Tilton NH. It is a large, rustic house that has all the amenities you need and it’s in a beautiful, quiet setting. Dave is a wonderful and caring host who makes sure all your needs are met.

This was our first time renting an AirBnB, and it could not have been any better! From the moment we stepped through the doorway and were greeted with banana bread, fruit, candy, and the subtle scent of wood smoke, we knew we hit the jackpot! Our hosts were close enough to respond super quickly to a very small issue, yet we had the quiet privacy of a mountain top retreat! The house was immaculate and so very warm and welcoming! The kitchen was divine! I cooked more here than I do at home!! We were able to get the R&R we were craving, yet also were close enough to many amenities if we so chose! We we definitely be visiting Timothy House again! PS...Our grandchildren loved the videos we sent them of us playing the piano!!

Amazing house

The Timothy house is a beautiful and you can tell how much love, care and pride of ownership went into the space! There was banana bread waiting for us when we arrived and it was delicious. It was an absolutely perfect place for us to host our annual writing retreat, quiet and set back from everything but still close enough to town that we could get everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Clean, home like environment, beautiful open kitchen and open floor plan, comfy couches and chairs, and quiet setting for a great night's sleep! Close to lots of shops and lots in reach for day trips to MA, VT, ME, or further up in NH. Dave and Cathy are prompt, helpful, and friendy in their responses. Timothy House is a perfect blend of quiet getaway and local accessibility for fun vacation spots!

It was perfect, even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything was very clean and every need was anticipated. Will definitely be staying here again.

This home is wonderful. It is convenient to everything in the area. It is very clean and quiet. Our host had some coffee ready for us along with some fresh fruit and other continental breakfast foods. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay find this place, you will not be disappointed.

This air bnb is great. It’s in a great location, reasonably priced and had everything I needed. I definitely plan on using this air bnb again. Marianne was extremely welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home.

An outstanding place to stay! Spotless, beautifully appointed with our every need anticipated, from coffee and breakfast items, a list of area restaurants and attractions, to an awning over the entrance door that was a blessing in the sudden rain. Marianne was gracious and helpful, as we had a crazy schedule. This is a walk in basement setting, but large windows make it light and airy. Highly recommend Marianne's place!

The Drift Away house was a wonderful place for a group of 12. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and the house was very clean and organized. The location was perfect; very close to Weirs Beach with great views of the lake. Highly recommend!

This is a great location - walk to Weirs Beach and the strip in minutes - one block away. Nice private back yard with a fire pit, screened-in front porch with a great view of the weekly fireworks! Good space inside and a great price for the area. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place. Think the house in home alone: a big beautiful home, super clean, with everything you want. The pictures don't do it justice - this place is gorgeous! And the hosts were extremely quick to respond and very kind. Can't recommend enough!

The house was perfect for our two family ski trip (4 adults + 5 kids). Everyone had enough space without feeling separated from the group. The kids were able to get up without waking everyone else. Easy trip up to Gunstock and in town so we could run to the store quickly when needed.

The house was perfect for our crew of friends with small children. Plenty of space, comfortable, large bedrooms and welcoming atmosphere. 10 min to Gunstock. Definitely recommend!
