The house is 3 blocks from the beach (very close). It has ample garden and beautiful gardening. It's small but it's very comfortable. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single bed in each room) and one more bed in the living room. Large Queen and King beds. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. LCD TV, satellite dish. Outdoor barbecue and shower. I leave all the kitchenware, cutlery, pots, etc. 220v voltage. Child counts as guest. Good water on the tap. There's a mineral water spout nearby.

Boat House, foot in the sand & charm...

An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
