There is a living room with a sofa (bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the garden side of the house. There is free parking in front of the house, WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day.
