Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

We Are Super Clean and Following The Covid Cleaning Protocol In The Apartment. You will love our totally renovated and newly furnished private apartment that is steps from the most beautiful beach in San Juan. It is a short walk to the beach over a pedestrian bridge (4 Minutes) and all the best restaurants, hotels, hang-out spots, and grocery stores on the Isla Verde strip. When walking to the beach you do have to walk over a pedestrian overpass that is not handicap accessible.
