The Coastal Cracker Cottage welcomes you! Stay in the Heart of Old Homosassa. Completely remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on HUGE corner lot with plenty of parking and room for boat and trailer. Located within one block from the beautiful Homosassa river as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. Manatee tours, fishing and scallop guides, boat rentals and more are within walking distance, as well as golf cart rentals at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop to ride anywhere in Old Homosassa. This is the perfect basecamp location for scalloping, swimming with the manatees or just chilling on the river. Guests have access to entire house as well as a lockable shed in carport. We are available anytime by phone, text or email. Access to house will be given via codes prior to check in. Located in the HEART of Old Homosassa in a residential neighborhood. 1 block away from free public boat ramp and gas. Walking distance to multiple food/ gas / bars/ shopping. Golf cart rentals available at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop. Must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking with exception of designated smoking area located at picnic table outside. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater fish or for freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
