You can relax in the cottage with lots of light and the sun-drenched garden with the late evening sun. There are 2 terraces, one on the water with a lovely lounge sofa. “Koesen” means sleeping in the frieze. And that will work in the comfortable beds, made with luxurious bedding. In addition, “it Koeshûs” is a charmingly furnished and quietly located accommodation, equipped with all luxuries, with 4 bedrooms. The loft house room with open kitchen is on the 1st floor with adjoining a beautiful roof terrace. On the first floor is your spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. There is free parking in front of the door. The bustling center is a few minutes walkable.

Small house at the water in Heeg

A small but very cozy romantic cottage, annex to the large house, with its own entrance. The cottage is fully renovated. Downstairs kitchen, sitting and dining area, bathroom with toilet and shower, upstairs bedroom with more than 2 pers. bed and TV. Garden, outdoor veranda in shed with sofa bed for kids, if necessary. You can also rent AN electric boat and bikes from us. From the house you can sail beautifully the electric sailing route Heeg/Oudega/Gaastmeer. Friesland atits best!

The apartment is located in the middle of the bustling village street of Langweer on the first floor above our design studio. It features a spacious living room with a luxurious kitchen (and island), two fine bedrooms with private bathroom. The entire apartment is decorated with tasteful furniture adjoining our design style. Many nice sights are steps away: the harbor is around the corner, nice restaurants, beautiful villages, beautiful nature, cities, shops and culture.

These Waterlodges are fully equipped: a nicely furnished room/kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Waterlodges have there own harbor and a 'terrace on the shore'. And from April to November, a beautiful electric sloop can be rented! Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh bread rolls, it is all possible. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a silent sensation with this 8-person sloop!

The 3 identical apartments are bright and completely furnished. In the cozy living room is also the open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is underfloor heating. On the terrace you can sunbathe and enjoy. If you do not come by boat, but want to hit the water, you can rent a sloop or sailboat. For more information, ask the host.
