Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Apartment with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30 sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on floor(90cm) if needed. Remember to have your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash up kitchenware so that the dorm is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Modern Lakefront Cabin

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person

Studio close to airport

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.

Very cozy studio

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.
