The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest bathing temperature in the sea/Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.
