The cabin in Åsen

Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

Great cabin in the woods only 1 hour from Oslo

Idyllic cottage in beautiful tranquil surroundings in the middle of Hurummarka. Rødvann is located right outside the door with the possibility of paddling and swimming, as well as hunting and fishing. One canoe is included in the rent Toll road, with about 10 min walk on nature trail from parking in the summer. The path is not straight forward, but a little up and down, so I recommend a good backpack. In winter it is about 3.5 km with ski slopes from parking and into the cabin. Poor on-site mobile coverage. Cozy and well-maintained cabin with stunning views of the Oslo fjord. Open and bright living room, 3 bedrooms. The cabin is south facing and has sun all day. It is located high and free in a quiet area. Nice and undisturbed outdoor areas. Few minutes to the lake and nearest beach. Only 1 hour from Oslo by car. Easy access by bus. Walking distance/3 min by car to Tofte city centre with several shops. We use the cabin ourselves a lot all year, but want to rent out some weekends and holiday weeks when we are not using it.

Charge your batteries in this quiet spot just 15 yards from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. In the summer, just put on your slippers and go straight out for a morning swim. On the beach there is a great place to sit and enjoy sea and boating . The apartment is a residential house on Bjerkøya in the Oslo fjord. There is a coastal path sign on the island and there are several beaches in the area. If you are two families on a trip together, one of the families can rent the apartment next door.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Koselig liten hytte i hage ved siden av utleiers bolig. Inneholder et lite soverom med en ganske høy dobbeltseng på 150cm adskilt fra oppholdsrommet med forheng. Hytta egner seg best for 2 personer, men det er en sofa i oppholdsrommet som kan slås ut til dobbeltseng, liten sofabenk der barn kan sove, kjøkkenkrok og bad. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.

Holmsbu is a charming and cosy little village, located by the sea. Lots of things to do: fishing, swimming, kayaking, bicycling, hiking, jogging or wandering around in nearby forests. Our place suits couples, families or people travelling by themselves. It is close to Oslo, where the Oslofjord meets Drammenfjord and the breathtaking light has made Holmsbu attractive for well known artists and painters in the past, and still is. Peacefully and relaxing.

Charming cabin with a view 1 hour from Oslo

Small cabin with a great view of the Drammensfiord - lots of sun on the property all day and evening. Short (walking) distance to beaches. You can either fire up the grill (campfire pan) on the terrace and enjoy the view in peace and quiet, or maybe you want to see people and rather go out to eat at one of Holmsbu's 4 restaurants? Sørensen museum and many small art galleries in the area. Great hiking areas.
