The house was built in the last century as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the noisy big city and now serves exactly that purpose again. The new cast-iron stove fits in with the character of the house, which takes care of the heating of the house with log wood. Without the oven, the cottage stays cold with appropriate outside temperatures!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
