Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The quiet apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family house. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbach Valley southwest of Würzburg. It is only 4 km to the A81-Gerchsheim motorway and about 8 km to the A3-Kist. In the village there is a bakery and butcher's shop, as well as an organic farm shop and an ATM. There are numerous grocery stores and gas stations in the neighboring towns just a few km away.

Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
