Beautiful sea view Victorian apartment

This raised ground floor apartment has direct sea views in an architect refurbished 1838 Decimus Burton house. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The apartment and entire building have been restored , it has a modern spacious kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. There is a South facing balcony with sea views and a garden terrace.

With it's own front door, you're welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas in a Conservation Area which overlooking the sea and the pier.
