Its construction is of stone and pine with copper accents. It takes advantage of the Mexican sun and sky and its position on the most beautiful square in Guanajuato - with French doors opening onto the fountain below and a wonderful rooftop garden in which you can sit and while away the time, above it all. The house is in the heart of town. You can comfortably walk to almost any place you'd like to visit. It is close to the Jardin Union, the Teatro Juarez & the Teatro Principal, the University of Guanajuato, the Basilica, the Mercado Hidalgo, the Alhondiga and most museums, language schools, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
