It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

The apartment is about 81 sqm in size, very bright and friendly, parking spaces are located on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules

The train, bus and airport bus to the BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. By local ticket ABC you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes by train and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes. Divided into 2 large light-filled rooms, a fully equipped apartment - incl. small workspace by the window- with direct access to the patio amidst our little green oasis.
