The calm of the countryside to rest is the top

Veronique is a considerate and very pleasant host! We spent a short time with her but we were so well received that we recommend it with pleasure! We stayed at Raphael's house for one night after traveling by car the entire day before. The late check-in was no problem for us and Raphael was very understanding when we arrived a bit later than expected. The room is very nice and tidy - a wonderful place to spend the night. There are some renovations that are being done in the bathroom, but everything can still be used. Raphael was a great host, he was very thoughtful and always ready to help.

All right, a really great and clean cottage in a quiet area where you can relax well. The supermarket Aldi is within walking distance very easy to reach and also in the city you are fast.

We were very happy with our 3 night stay here. The property was just a good size for a couple. In fact it is larger inside than it looks from the outside. Very clean and modern with nice views towards the fields but just 2 minutes' walk from a large supermarket. The beautiful Forest of Lyon is close by and the lovely historic city of Rouen is only about 30 miles (50 km) away. Very good value for money and very good communication with the owner, Charles.

Charles' place is an exceptional value! Modern, convenient, comfortable, a step away from a nice Intermarche for grocery shopping, and Gourney-en-Bray is a nice central location to visit Picardie and the Seine-Maritime. I tried to book this place a couple of extra days, but it was booked solid, and I was not surprised. I would definitely return. Can't say enough.

Very good solution for staying in Gournay

First you are staying right in the old village of Gerberoy which is a story book village with amazing homes from the 1600's. Cecile runs this as a B&B and her breakfasts are amazing. She also has a French restaurant right down the road and we loved our evening meal there. She is a very wonderful person and accommodated our crazy schedule. I wish we could have relaxed there a little longer but our plans required a lot of time away from the B&B. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed. The old world beams and details still are visible within the modern design. We had a room with a sweeping view of the French country side. It was amazing waking up with the sun to start our day. We will be back as our French family is located in one of the villages just down the road. Please enjoy Gerberoy and Cecile's B&B as much as we did.

Wow what a special place! It is hard to leave this review as we want to keep this special place all to ourselves. We had been to Gerberoy before so knew what a picturesque village it was. However staying in Cecile’s b&b made it even more special. The room was gorgeous.... me and my husband were travelling with my mother in law so Cecile had put an extra bed up in our room. The room was large and had a gorgeous view of the stunning garden. The sunrises were out of this world! The bathroom was also large with a view out onto the pretty street. The thing that makes this place extra special is Cecile. She went out of her way to greet us as if we were old friends. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing.... home made jams (the violet and rose were extra special), brioche, home made bread, home made yoghurt, scrambled eggs, fruit and more! Cecile had such great knowledge of the village and the surrounding area.... there didn’t seem to be any question she couldn’t answer. We sat in the evenings playing cards and drinking the best local cider which you could buy from Cecile who then provided glasses so we could enjoy it in the garden. Thank you again Cecile for the most incredible time. We have made wonderful memories and hope to come back and visit soon.

Cecile place is awesome, the host, the. Breakfast, the house, and Gerberoy itself like living in the fairy tale. This village is a photographer dream. The Logis restaurant is a must to seal the deal! First of all it greeted me with a smile! The room was cute and the bed was comfortable and the scenery was wonderful! When the room was not there, I changed the cup and I was glad that they added a new service coffee too! When we ate breakfast or 22 € we ate dinner as delicious as I was at the restaurant. It was easy to understand and also explained when eating. Mr. Cecile was a very friendly person because I could hear each other, even to other guests, including me. Gerbroy was, of course, beautiful and a lifetime memory. Everyone please come and stay at this place ☺ ︎

Its a great choice if your looking to get out of the city. Everything that is listed is as described. Though if you plan on coming here, public transportation isn't viable in this area. So make sure you come here with a reliable means of transportation and you'll have a fantastic France experience. Thank you Benoit!

If you are looking for a quiet weekend in the countryside, you are in the right place! Very well received by Grégoire and his family, they are very caring to make you feel at home. We had a great week, the house is well heated, we were able to arrive earlier than expected, there was what it took to make a nice fire in the fireplace, the living room is super spacious and pleasant. Ideal accommodation for a stay near Beauvais. Quiet, super clean, very well equipped and close to all amenities. Etienne and Claire are very welcoming and accommodating. Plus: a view of the fields with pretty cows while nibbling the cherries of the garden !!!! I highly recommend.

Gorgeous Chateau! Our red room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable bed and a great powerful shower (not all Chateaus have that, but this one did). Room was cosy warm and had additional heater ensuring our comfortable two night stay in February. Max is a superb host. He was very attentive and super helpful with everything. The main salon (Chateau lounge) had a log fire which we enjoyed very much. When we arrived Max treated us to some delicious fois gras, which was a wonderful surprise (much enjoyed, big thank you!). Max recommended (and booked) restaurants for us - these places we would have never found ourselves (all great recommendations, delicious). Great french style breakfast, everything beautifully set up! We took endless amount of photos. In fact the whole Chateau experience was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in many chateaus before and this one we can 100% recommend! Thank you so much, Max! We had a superb stay!

Diane was a pleasant and attentive host. We really enjoyed the house with its green spaces, the spacious room (perfect for a couple), the fireside breakfast and the very well equipped spa. We highly recommend this accommodation for couples looking for rest and relaxation.

It is an absolutely lovely place, very cosy inside and the surroundings are very quiet. We stayed here in January and although the temperature outside was cold, the house was warm and pleasant and we had the fireplace to enjoy. An excellent stay in this magnificent gîte! Everything is thought of down to the last detail, both inside and out, making this place just sublime. The equipment is very good and Diane's welcome is just perfect! Small bonus, and not least, the discovery of a museum filled with treasures from the past. We are really delighted with our stay.
